Stayed for 3 nights and overall had a good experience. We were pleasantly surprised when our room got upgraded to a corner unit with more space. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Location is excellent — very close to KLCC and with direct access to the covered pedestrian bridge, which made it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was generally good, and I especially enjoyed making my own cheese platter with fruits and tomatoes. However, one morning was quite disappointing. While waiting for cheddar cheese, I witnessed another guest (an Indian lady) handling the food with her bare hands and even cutting the cheese herself, which was very unhygienic. I politely told her to stop, but she ignored me. It was off-putting and should’ve been addressed by hotel staff. I hope the management reminds guests to respect hygiene standards and ask staff for assistance instead of touching shared food.

A truly outstanding experience – highly recommended! My recent stay here was an absolute delight. The room itself was a haven of comfort: spotlessly clean, remarkably spacious, and evidently very well-maintainedTop-notch service truly enhanced my stay. The staff were remarkably friendly, polite, and exceptionally helpful from start to finishThe location is absolutely unbeatable, perfectly situated in the heart of KL. Access to KLCC and Pavilion via the connecting bridge is a breeze. I'll certainly be returning on my next visit!Starting the day was a treat with breakfast's impressive variety. Every dish was wonderfully fresh and flavourful. What truly stood out, though, was the dining staff's attentive and genuinely friendly service The surau facilities are exceptionally well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for prayer. All in all, I experienced a wonderful stay and would certainly choose this place again.

I recently stayed at Impiana KLCC Hotel for the second time—my first visit was back in 2007 during a business trip, and this time, I returned with my family for a leisure stay. The hotel continues to offer an unbeatable location right in the heart of KLCC, with easy access to shopping, dining, and popular attractions. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout our stay, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for my family. However, the property itself appears largely unchanged since my first visit nearly two decades ago. While it's still functional, it would greatly benefit from some modern updates or restoration to match the vibrancy of its surroundings. Overall, Impiana KLCC is a reliable choice for travelers looking for prime location and friendly service. With a little refresh, it could shine even brighter for both returning and new guests.

Our recent 4-day, 3-night stay at the Impiana KLCC Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! This hotel truly sets the standard for best-in-class facilities and an exceptional guest experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The club lounge was a highlight, offering a fantastic ambiance and excellent service that truly elevated our stay. Beyond the luxurious amenities, what really made our trip special was the incredibly helpful staff. Every interaction was positive, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. Karen Hafizah, the Duty Manager, who received us upon arrival. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression and truly made us feel valued. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The hotel's prime location is another major advantage. Being so close to all the major malls and attractions in KLCC made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Kuala Lumpur adventure. Impiana KLCC Hotel exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We can't wait to return!

My wife and I booked a one-night stay at Hotel Impiana KLCC last week (Wednesday to Thursday) mainly because of its convenient location near the KL Convention Centre, where we were attending a gift fair. We checked in early just to drop off our bags before heading to the event. All seemed fine initially. However, when we returned to the hotel around 10 p.m., exhausted and ready to rest, things took a disturbing turn. Shortly after settling in, we started hearing strange noises—what sounded like someone running back and forth above our room, especially between the bathroom and the main area. It continued repeatedly, and we could even hear water sounds as if someone was playing or splashing. It felt deeply unsettling and eerie, like something out of a horror movie. We were so disturbed by it that we couldn’t sleep, and by around 1:30 a.m., we made the decision to check out early and move to a different hotel in the middle of the night. When we brought up this experience to the receptionist and asked for a refund due to the situation, we were shocked at how casually it was brushed off. Their reaction made it seem like this wasn’t the first time such complaints were raised—which honestly made it even more alarming. We do not recommend staying here. Our experience was frightening, and the lack of concern from the staff made it worse. Definitely not the kind of stay anyone would want, especially when all you need is peace and rest.

Arrived very tired at midnight after a long journey, despite requesting long weeks before connecting rooms and a nice view, neither was provided after a 20-minute wait at check-in. I was given 2 separated rooms with an awful view (see picture) – they could have at least met one of my requests ! ||Overall, the hotel’s standard did not match at all its online presentation ! Very disappointing start to my time in Kuala Lumpur.||I had hesitated between this hotel and the Element for the same price – the latter was a thousand times better. I truly regret my choice and wish someone had warned me.||I am also very disappointed with Booking.com, which charged me nearly 200 MYR more without any prior notice and has not replied to any of my emails, even to honour their so-called “price match” guarantee...

My Review of My Stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel (May 24–25, 2025): I stayed at Impiana KLCC Hotel for one night during a short vacation in Kuala Lumpur. The check-in process was fast and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Petronas Towers. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked with essentials. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance of KLCC and Pavilion. I also enjoyed a quick dip in the rooftop pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had a wide variety, and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff in the dining area were attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Rating: 4/5

Yelp
REVIEWER # 4 Talk about FANCY! Whoa! Impiana KLCC Hotel did not disappoint! I strongly encourage you to get the club room access so you can get all the perks of the amazing amenities: *unlimited Wi-Fi access *Daily afternoon tea *Daily breakfast *Complementary use of the club lounge for up to 2 hours *Complimentary coffee, tea and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the whole day (bonus!) The location is perfect, it's right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur; you can walk to the Berjaya Times Square and the KLCC Park. The staffs were extremely helpful and efficient especially the registration counters. The hotel offers a great infinity pool. I didn't get the chance to relax in it because the weather had a mind of its own, but it was such a beautiful view from my hotel window. The hotel was fabulous-everything from the front lobby with that beautiful, shiny chandelier, to the stellar customer service....all the way to the hotel room (we'll get to that in a minute)...and lastly, the wonderful luxury of having the club floor access where it was complimentary beverages all day, free breakfast and daily evening cocktails with finger foods from the hours of 5:30-7:30PM (You know I didn't miss a day of the complimentary breakfast or happy hour, right!) The breakfast options were delicious. I love the Asian selection and the Dim Sum every morning! Now, let's move on to the room that I was in! Whoa, the room was EVERYTHING! Pictures do not justice. I was stunned when I walked into the room and seen the setup. Located on the 16th floor facing the main street with wonderful views of the City and the Twin Towers; it was just priceless. The rooms were clean all the time and the housekeepers are extremely nice and helpful. Did I mention the see-thru window that looked into the bathroom from the bedroom? A total baby making room ;-/ I was in a king bedroom and the bed was SO comfortable! OMG. Somethings I didn't like about the room is that the sinks would clog up; water from the shower would spill from the cracks of the doors and make huge puddles on the floor. Overall bathroom needs a little TLC. I love that the hotel has the bridge connected on the 16th floor. It was so convenient to get to the other side of the city and avoiding the heat and crowds at the same time. The room service gentlemen were total sweethearts! Big shout out to Suhaimirahman AKA DJ Mymax! Not only was he a cutie but he was so great to pick up my bags from my room and assist me downstairs. He also informed me about the club lounge and the showers that I could use even after I had checked out of my room. One of the best places to stay when in KL! :)

Yelp
Wow this hotel is so fancy, like 8 people available for opening the doors for you, to take your bags and to welcome you. You got this welcomedrink at the lobby and there was a fast check-in. The room was great! Awesome view, good complementaries as fruits, water and the daily stuff in the bathroom. There was a bathtub, king zice bed and a safetybox. The tv showed films in english and had many channels. Ok so the hotel had a great breakfast buffe, they served lunch afternoon tea and dinnerbuffe for those who wanted. It had a great pool with sun between 9 to 14. It was not big and had space for about 16 sunchairs. You could order both food and drinks there. The localusarion was awesome, nex to petrona twintowers wich you can see from the pool. Great restaurants in the near for exampel skillet. You should really ho there if you have the time and money. A little expensive this hotel but deffenietly worth the price!

Yelp
We had a gala dinner. Complete with cultural dance and music. All the indigenous tribes dances of Malaysia were represented. The food was a buffet. Traditional offerings were watered down a little. Didn't have zing. For example there was a rendang with thin sliced beef rather than chunks. Anyhow we paid rm185 for a bottle of Chilean wine that seemed drinkable but our argentine colleagues were not keen to participate. A fun night in warm ambience. The local fare & desserts were less sizzling than expected.

Yelp
It would be great if you stay at the new wing (which is the club suit with free evening cocktails and canapés). The old wing are bid rundown.

Yelp
A great hotel by its name - This hotel is a 5 star hotel and it is extremely popular among tourist and corporate. This is due to its strategic location - just opposite the Petronas Twin Towers and it is within 5 minutes' walk from the hotel to the twin towers. This hotel offers a fantastic view and definitely the facilities are excellent. Impiana KLCC is actually a business hotel and it is connected to the fully air-conditioned link-bridge that links to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang. This hotel has 519 rooms and all rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi in which the connection is relatively good. Room sizes are at 30 square metres to 123 square metres. There are a total of 9 categories of rooms starting from superior queen to Impiana Suite. Don't be taken aback when you see the size of the reception area. Although it looks slightly small - it is designed purposely to suite business people who are relatively having a mind of quick check-in and check-out. Their famous Swasana Spa has noted to be one of the best available spas in town and Cedar on 15 offers one of the best places for hangout and rooftop dining. Food is sumptuous and the portion is huge plus the ambiance is refined and fantastic! Added advantage is the price is reasonable not overpriced. Lunch time or dinner time is rather quiet at this place, so be sure to have advance booking to reserve a nice view here :)

Yelp
Fantastic location, awesome breakfast buffet, friendly staff, nice lounge and pool but that's about it. The rooms are poorly maintained and a bit outdated for how nice the rest of the hotel is. The bathrooms in the room are a total joke. No ventilation, cracked tiles, nasty grout and the shower is poorly designed. If the shower head is on and the water not pointed directly into the tub the entire bathroom will become a pond. The beds are fairly comfortable but the whole room didn't give you that clean feeling. It was a little grimy to be honest. The breakfast buffet was definitely 5 stars. They had a huge variety of food from Malay, Indian, Western, Chinese and so on. They even have a coffee bar with fresh made cappuccinos and lattes. This place is definitely hit and miss on several accounts. For the price fork over a little more and stay at the JW Marriott across the street.

Yelp
Impiana Hotel was where my ABRSM piano exams would also be at. I've been in the waiting room and specially booked hotel rooms many many times during my piano days. The hotel in itself is grand, I could tell even from just entering the lobby area with glass chandeliers dangling down from the ceiling. The waiting room had sofas for nervous examinees and accompanying parents to sit on while their wait for their turn to be called out. When my name was called, I had to sit on the chairs outside of the exam room and I was really really nervous because I could hear the person before me play their pieces and the examiner's voice from outside on the hallway. The rooms weren't sound proof although the sound was sort of muffled. Sort of. When I went in, the room was nicely carpeted and my examiner was given a nice carved wooden table and chair. The room was spacious, and there at the center of it was the Kawai grand piano. Overall, I think the hotel was beautiful decorated and very well maintained. I just wished they'd do something about making the room a bit more sound proof. You never know what family arguments or confidential business discussions might be going on behind those hotel room doors. Just saying.
