Impiana Resort Patong Phuket

We stayed here for one night in a Superior Garden-View room. The room was spacious and clean—we didn’t encounter any cleanliness issues like some other guests have reported, and we really appreciate that.|This resort is very close to Patong Beach, making it easy to access. You can truly relax and enjoy your time on the beach.|We have two suggestions for the resort:|1. The actual room looks better than the official pictures, which appear too woody and dark. It would be great to update the website with new, brighter photos that reflect the real experience.|2. The younger reception staff behind the desk should improve their attitude. They shouldn’t continue using their phones when guests approach the desk, or think that simply saying “Sawadika” is enough before returning to their own activities. This kind of attitude comes across as impolite to guests.

Location great but noisy. Front line reception staff very unfriendly and definitely need training on customer service. Staff working at the dinning hall and pool extremely friendly and very helpful. Resort needs revamping. Pool tiles are falling off and electric wiring in pool is lose. This was reported but nothing was done. Towels are old and stained. For a four star hotel this is disappointing.

We have been several times (10 or 12, I don’t remember) in this wonderful hotel and every time is better than the last one. Every time our stay here is a unique and unforgettable experience! The staff is very kind and helpful. They are always ready to accommodate any request that we have. From the reception, pool and restaurant staff, everybody is smiling and is so welcoming. The food and the service are awesome! This is a paradise on earth! It is in front of the beach and very close to all the shops and restaurants. I really loved staying here, the staff were amazing and respectful like I was to them! The resort was very clean and tidy/ security kind and helpful. Loved breakfast every morning I was there, being located in Patong beach there is a lot going on at night but not overly noisy though, I would recommend and definitely come back. Thank you Impiana

Everything was perfect after staying at the Impiana Resort! The location was ideal, right on the beach yet right next to Bangla Rd and all the shops. The staff was Awesome especially Gerald, Nan, security, and the kitchen staff. The hotel food was good with a nice selection of American and Asian food. Also close to plenty of night life. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff at the Impiana Resort...

The Impiana is one of the only three resorts located directly on the beach in Patong. The rooms are furnished in typical Thai design and offer a comfortable bed with quality linen, towels changed daily, a courtesy kit and a small private patio. The shared ocean view areas offers a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds sunshades and a bar with table and pool service. The Sala Bua restaurant, where breakfast is served is of excellent quality. The staff is really friendly, always smiling and always available to solve any problems in all areas of the resort. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

We left after only staying one night even tough we were supposed to stay for 5 nights. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes and the bar next door plays super loud music from 2pm which makes sleeping impossible even with earplugs. ||I have been to thailand 4 times during the ”rainy season” and I have never seen this many mosquitoes in a single room in my life. This is also the third hotel on this trip but the first with such a huge bug infestion. We were given a bug spray that did kill the ones in the room, but more kept coming during the night so it wasn’t a huge help.||Reception said that the mosquitoes are in the rooms because on the style of the hotel being ”resort” so basically bungalows close to the ground. I do not believe this to be the real reason since I have stayed in similar hotels countless times and never had this issue.||Mosquitoes aside the room was super dark and somewhat dirty. There was hair and dust everywhere and walking in the room left our feet covered in grime. The rooms are also more humid than outside and the floors are very wet.||The reseption was nice and helpful as they did listen and gave us a new room which too was dirty and riddeled with mosquitoes. Still they were kind. Also the hotel area is pretty in the daytime but that is about all the good this hotel has to offer. The breakfast was okay, not very well organized but okay.

We stayed at the Impiana Patong in March 2025. The resort is one of the very few hotels right on the beach and what a lovely stretch of the beach it is. The hotel itself is lovely and the pool area is kept well. Always plenty of sunbeds available but the condition of the sunbeds and mattress were poor. The rooms are large and the Aircon is superb. Fridge is clean and cold. We foumd two cockroaches and one little lizard in our room which wasn't so nice but it is Thailand. We had a Seaview room but there is a hedge in front of the terrace so you have to stand to see the sea. This is the case with all Seaview rooms. Not worth the extra fee in my opinion. Breakfast is excellent and serves western and Thai food. Quality superb and great hostesses. Always well stocked. Now, here's the kicker. Not the fault of the hotel but they have built a large beach club nright next door to the hotel (Bara Cuda) They start pumping out the music at around 2pm and it can be heard all through Impiana resort. What's worse is that around 6 pm, the beach club cranks up the volume so that not only is it loud in the hotel rooms, but the vibration from the bass notes goes through you. This goes on until 2am. ( Our son works in construction and gave us some industrial ear plugs before we went. They didn't block the sound and vibrations atall) |It's a shame really because the hotel is lovely right on the beach but the music is just too much everyday.
