really nice rooms with good air conditioning house keeping every day they fix anything if u call we locked our safe and couldn’t open it lol the pool is amazing so big and clean and food drinks to ur chairs or in the pool! great staff with our baby! will be back! it’s also right on the beach like can walk on to beach from room 10 steps! also 3 minutes walk to the patong beach sign and waking street!

October 2025. Worst experience I have ever had. After completing the check in process we got escorted to the room and saw that a staff person is fixing the AC inside the room right before our arrival. Few minutes inside the room we understood that we got a low maintained room with ants, insects and lots of mosquitoes. The room was dirty and very claustrophobic and dark. After complaining to the reception, they sprayed the room and we had to wait outside the room, but since it didn't help much we requested another room (but clearly we wanted to get out and cancel at that stage) The other room was somewhat better, though it had its own issues (noisy fan, dust), and since they told this was the only alternate room they've got, we had no choice but to take it. we got the feeling that we disturbed the receptionist, like we were the problem. Not to mention that no one apologized for the whole experience. In addition, we found out the next days that the breakfast was extremely poor - we had to ask for vegetables' refills every single morning and when loading vegetables the staff closely checked on my plate and it felt very inconvenient and rude. Apparently they don't do refills unless you ask them to. I also asked to change the pillow as it was very uncomfortable, but the receptionist told me this is the only pillow that they have got so I ended up sleeping with no pillow at all as this was somehow better. The hotel didn't agree on canceling or partially refund us. Eventually we decided to check out prior to original check out date and book in another hotel on our expense. Really bad experience. I usually do not leave negative reviews but this was extreme. If you read this make yourself a favor and PLEASE do not arrive here.

The hotel’s location is great and convenient for dining and nightlife. However, the service is quite poor, which reflects the concerns raised in other reviews I initially dismissed. I now fully understand their frustrations. I’m baffled by the repeated questions about room cleaning when I specifically requested beach towels. On my second night, I asked for towels, and the staff member came but kept talking unnecessarily. I had placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door at night to avoid interruptions while sleeping, but that didn’t mean I placed it there to skip cleaning in the afternoon. They had already cleaned our room when my partner was there. Since I took the beach towels outside for sunbathing, I didn’t expect them to change the towels during that cleaning. On the third night, I went to the reception to request beach towels again, but they continued to ask about room cleaning. They insisted that the towels should have been changed during the cleaning. I explained that they had cleaned the room while I had the towels outside in the afternoon. This situation was both frustrating and confusing. If they had changed the towels, shouldn’t I be able to request another set? Is there a limit on how many sets I can receive each day? This wasn’t mentioned in the hotel booking, leaving me quite puzzled. Additionally, there were no plug sockets near the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge our phones while using them in bed. Furthermore, the sound insulation was very poor; we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which disrupted our stay.

I have been fortunate to have stayed at several different hotels and this is one I stayed at for two nights on my current trip travelling around Thailand again. ||Now bearing in mind this hotel cost £172 for two nights and o decided to treat myself to a bit of luxury I was disappointed with the stay for a variety of reasons.||Firstly I just want to say the welcome at reception was really good and the staff are all pleasant but that’s where it ended for me.||Like other reviews this hotel is in urgent need of an upgrade. The reception is rather nice but then you enter the rooms and check out other areas of the hotel.||The shower head was rusty and mould was in the bathroom, the cabinets underneath the sink were loose and the wooden cabinets are not secure. The rooms are what I can only describe as the chalets I used to go to at school in the 90’s so dependant on where you are there’s no privacy unless you keep your curtains closed all day.||The pool area had dried cigarette butts laying around, the steps to the swimming pool are not secured and the tiles tired. The bushes are covered in a green mesh so to some degree it looks like building work is taking place which there isn’t.||When you compare the like for like prices of this hotel to others (a basic booking search will show) you’ll see this hotel as supposedly a more high ended hotel however I’d say it was probably the most expensive of my trip and trips in the past and overpriced.||I am sure this hotel was top notch ten years ago but it needs some serious upgrades.

We had a lovely stay at Impiana. The staff were always there with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Great location right on the beach, it was always nice to walk into the serenity after the hustle and bustle outside. Highly recommended.

Beachfront hotel with a very nice atmosphere, completely in the nature, even with a lot of nice and cute squirrels jumping around in the trees. A bit of background music from the club next door, but nothing that was too disturbing. By the pool, and with the sound of the waves, the relaxing time is guaranteed. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back!!!

Review for Bank Bank was an extremely helpful and personable staff member during our stay. He went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and even showed us into the town! The service was exceptional, and Bank shows a strong work ethic in hospitality, impressive for a young man!
