Impronta Restaurant Venice

One of the best meals I had in Italy! We enjoyed several dishes, but I highly recommend the mixed fish starter. It seems to be a crowd favorite as many tables around us ordered it as well. For the main course, the baked sea bass is a must-try—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was exceptional, the best I’ve experienced in Italy. The restaurant itself is clean, elegant, and has a sophisticated ambiance. A truly memorable dining experience!

Came in this gem for lunch on a raining day, we had the most incredible lunch in Venice. Food was perfectly cooked and very well presented. Every plate, every flavour was a story itself. Mixed seafood appetizer was exquisite, the pasta dish was an amazing treat as well. Thank u so much!

We had the most amazing experience in Impronta for dinner. Not being able to decide what we wanted for a starter, the decision lying between the tuna tartare with ginger and the selection of mixed seafood, we asked the waitress, who offered to make one of the options in the mixed seafood a tuna tartare. It was presented beautifully and was absolutely delicious. As a main, we had the orange potato gnocchi (not actually orange?) and the spaghetti on beef tartare. Both were presented beautifully and tasted divine. The staff were kind and helpful, and the crockery was incredible. The toilet felt luxurious with the fresh flowers and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely return the next time we are in Venice!

It was a great experience from booking the table until the staff waved us goodbye! The service, the food and drinks to accompany beautifully executed courses are at very high level. The prices are reasonable for Venezia, the waiting staff are very friendly and professional. We are definitely coming back on the next visit to Venice.

What an authentic Venetian gem with authentic Venetian cuisine!! Not only the food is amazing, and the ambiance and facilities modern and chic. But in addition, very accessible. I had the opportunity to visit this place after a great recommendation from our hotel which by the way made an exception for us and helped us stay a little over their midday break. We order delicious pasta dishes full of seafood and authentic Venetian flavors. But the most outstanding items that we ordered was not even in the menu. My mom wanted something to help her stomach after much European traveling and she was carving for a simple soup. Upon our request, our server asked whether we would like it of seafood or fresh vegetables. My 96 year old mother elicited the latter. The result? The Chef greatly surprised my mother with what can only be described as a brilliant kaleidoscope of fresh vegetables and flavors that not only refreshed my mother’s stomach but her soul. Thank you very much Impronta for being so accommodating and for an Amazing culinary experience.

There was very stylish and cozy. Dishes like photos from Pinterest. But I was disappointed by the pasta carbonara with seafood :( My expectations were higher but this meal turned out to be ordinary, nothing special.

To my fellow Americans: this is the kind of establishment I would willingly tip 25%-30% for outstanding, friendly, and attentive service! Roman and Natalia often went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dinner. The food was delicious and the panna cotta, which was recommended by Roman, was beautifully set and silky. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

Thank you for a fantastic dining experience at Impronta! We enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends, and the ravioli was truly the best I've had in Italy. The desserts were stunningly presented and tasted incredible. A special thanks to our waitress, Felisha, whose excellent service made the night even more memorable.
