Been a very loyal customer to In Good Company. Love their timeless and chic designs made with good quality materials. Sad that they closed the jewel outlet (quite some time ago). Now ion is the one I frequent. Special shout out to Janice (I think). It’s always easier to shop with her around as she recommends the best pieces. ❤️ Nice Plain Vanilla cafe in store. Good for my hubby and kids when I shop. ☺️

Fantastic experience shopping with In Good Company! I first tried the product in-store but didn’t make the purchase right away. A few days later, I received a promo code from their email campaign and decided to go ahead with the purchase. Shopping on their website was incredibly easy. I could easily access my past purchases, which made checking my sizes a breeze. Applying the promo code was simple, and the checkout process was seamless. For my store pick up, I went to the ION Outlet. The process was quick and easy. With help from the friendly salesperson, I was in and out in just a couple of minutes! Overall, I’m really impressed with their service and the convenience of shopping both online and in-store. Highly recommend!

I really want to support local stores especially since IN Good Company has great designs for work wear. However visited their store today and was looking at some clothing items. The sales lady loudly who was nearby angrily 'tsked' me when I reached in to look at the clothing label for the price tag. There's nothing wrong in a customer looking at a price tag...she had been staring at me uncomfortably so I left the store immediately. I guess i'll have to support from online if I want to buy from IN Good Company

Been a huge fan of this local brand in the past few years. The designs are quite timeless and classic, so the pieces don't appear out of fashion after a few seasons. Service is also quite lovely. Recently we were shopping here and the sales assistant offered to let my mom rest on the stool of the fitting room while she waited for me to try clothes. It was a quiet day so the shop was quite empty. I appreciate that she took the initiative when she noticed that my mom was looking for some where to take a break. Thank you very much! :)

Great shopping experience with one of your staff Christine at the Ion branch. Went down to exchange my online purchase for other items. She was very helpful and friendly in offering good alternative suggestions. She also suggested small items to top up the small available balance after I had selected the exchange clothing, which I would have otherwise forfeited.
