In-N-Out Burger

This was my first experience and I love in and out burger. I will go again and again💞Animal style burger was delicious and buns were freshly made and try French fries with sauce on top and there shakes are pretty tasty.

The place is spotless and very spacious. All the staff are extremely friendly. It’s my first time here, and I was really impressed with the menu and especially the prices.

It’s soo not Texan to love In N Out so don’t tell anyone I wrote this review. The food is always on point here… I will say the lines get insanely long both drive through and inside so be aware. But they never disappoint!

Stopped by In-N-Out, and as always, the food was spot on – fresh, flavorful burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and that classic shake you can’t go wrong with. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was exactly what you’d expect. The only downside? It was painfully slow this time around, which was surprising since they’re usually quick. Definitely worth the wait, but hopefully, they pick up the pace next time. Solid four stars.

They got a really good cheeseburger, amazing and of all burger joints I have tasted , in-n-out have really good cheeseburger, especially the patties are like of good quality meat. I just feel the fries are too dry and powdery kind, they could improvise a lot on the fries, otherwise the service, the seating and the quality of the burger everything is fine - a good place and especially in the evening, There’s a big line for a pick up or to go, but if you wanna sit there and eat, you have plenty of space. There is good parking space as well.

The bright white and red is a bit much for a first timer. Kind of gives Johnny Rockets old school diner vibes. We definitely weren’t in and out as we waited probably 15 min or so for our food but it was fresh and tasty. Try the Neapolitan shake! This place reminds me of a sonic and Dairy Queen crossover.

I've heard about and seen these in recent years but haven't had a chance to visit! Well, I finally did and it was so good. I ordered the double burger animal style which pretty much means its lettuce wrapped with no bread. Their onions, tomatoes and lettuce are super fresh and I absolutely love the sauce that they put on the burgers!! They have a really condensed menu so its not hard to order and the service is pretty fast. CONS: the burger patties are pretty small. Its not big and was hidden inside my lettuce. . took a couple of bites to even get to it!

I'm in In N Out girl through and through. Baby girl if your having a bad day and your mans or woman's takes you to in N out you better keep them around! Food is always so fresh. Also this spot makes another good causal yap sesh to spill the tea. What can I say you can not go wrong with a nice juicy burger. *me typing this as I enter the in n out drive thru line*

I've never been a fan of in n out. But every time I have it, it's always good. Their burgers have a distinct taste that throws me off. It's good nonetheless. It's always busy here but the food is always consistent and the staff are friendly. It's a good burger. Just prefer shake shack.

There are no In-N-Out Burger's on the East Coast, so I was super excited to try their hamburgers. Everyone asked me what I wanted to do and I said that I wanted to visit In-N-Out Burger. Please, don't hate me..,I know this place has a cult following...but, my burger was MIA. The bun was delicious and the tomatoes, lettuce, and onions were fresh, but I was searching for the burger. The French fries were hot and crisp. The location was bright and cute. Service was good. Our burgers took a few minutes to get prepared, but nothing outrageous. I had heard about all of the burger hype and I was let down. So, was my lunch partner. We both looked at each other and said,"Huh?" Maybe they had a bad day? Maybe my expectations were unrealistic? But, I like a little burger in my sandwich. So, I ate my fries, drank my cola, and shrugged my shoulders. If only there was a burger in my sandwich?

Good food at good prices. Fast food, but good fresh quality. Fries can be a bit too salty for some, but overall in and out is consistent and good value. Staff is always friendly and the deco and environment is neat with more of an old school burger joint vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking.

Was visiting Dallas for the weekend and had no idea In-N-Out had a bunch of locations there! I've never tried it so we were super excited to. We ordered 6 burgers - one of which was lettuce wrapped. 3 of us got doubles and the other 3 were singles. We each got the grilled onions inside which were delicious. We also tried regular fries, cheese fries, and animal fries. The animal fries are soooo delicoous because of the sauce. The staff were nice and the booths were clean. Food came out super quick. Plus, this spot is SO CHEAP. Coming from NYC, we'd never see a $5.50 double cheeseburger. This entire meal was $42 with a soda. I am sold on In-N-Out and will definitely be trying it again in Cali / Vegas.

My order would've been great had my milkshake been thicker and tastier (more syrupy). Also my fries had so much salt on them they gave me lockjaw and water retention. I never have fries here in the state of Texas with salt only because everyone over seasons their fries here it's crazy. The ONE time I didn't ask for NO SALT. They shook the entire shaker on mine lmao. I gotta laugh from being angry or disgruntled. Lastly I changed my syrupy, soupy milkshake to a sweet tea but it wasn't sweeeeet go figure. Finely I can say, My Cheesburger with sautéed onions, lettuce, and tomatoes was delicious, and fresh. For almost $10 bucks I'll probably visit a Burger pub or joint before spending that on a fast food meal. 7/10

Going to an in-n-out was exciting for me, but this time it really wasn't as good as I remember it! My order took awhile, I just had the protein style double cheese burger, fries, shake and my husband had the regular double cheeses burger! Also when I got my fries, it wasn't hot and it was all small pieces! Service was slow even though I was the only one in line!

So glad this California favorite is so close to me!! Where else can you get 3 double double burgers and an order of fries for $20?? I love that extra toppings are free and can't forget all the chili peppers I can get. Their service is always so good, with friendly faces and someone constantly cleaning up the dining area. It does get pretty busy on Sunday during the lunch hours. But they are pretty efficient with getting orders filled pretty promptly.

the perfect late night craving spot! I like how late in n out stays open till and it's always consistent in flavor and quality. I love the animal style fries and animal style grilled cheese as vegetarian options. The employees here are also really friendly.

Always fresh and tasty. We got a couple Double-Doubles, animal fries, and drinks. When we arrived, the drive thru line was not too-too long (as it can often be at this location), but we went inside anyway. Among the undersung features of In-N-Out is just how clean they keep their dining room. With the exception of the germaphobes who sat across the aisle from us - in addition to grabbing about thirty napkins, they picked they only not-yet-cleaned table in the entire place, dragged an employee over to clean it, and then cleaned their tables and booth a second time when the employee was done. The ingredients were always fresh, and the service is reasonable considering it's all made-to-order.Neat surprise this visit - they have a "lite" lemonade now. If there is one thing I wish they would add, it's mayonnaise. It's rare I forget to snap a picture, so I must've been hungry.

I have only been here once. I know they use real potatoes to make French fries. However, they taste like paper. Very bland. Burgers were ok, but way below the taste of a Whataburger or Dairy Queen. For the above reasons, I won't be patronizing them again.

I always enjoy coming here when everything else is closed. Their burgers never disappoint, and the lemonade is surprisingly refreshing. The customer service is top-notch, making each visit a great experience.

I love the staff almost as much as I love the food. They are ALWAYS so friendly and upbeat, kudos to management for encouraging that culture. Food came out fresh and steaming very quickly even though the restaurant was slammed busy. Always get my food exactly how I ordered it

In-n-out burger is always our first place to stop when we come into Dallas, so on our trip we made a stop in Frisco. We typically don't stop at this location (we stop at the one in The Colony) but I couldn't wait to eat as I was starving. Their cheeseburgers are always top notch. Their fries, however, could always be better. They are too soggy for my taste. I wish they were much crisper. Never have a bad experience at In-n-Out. Wish we had one in Oklahoma (a girl can dream!)

Location is a bit hit and miss with how busy it gets. The staff always tries to keep the line moving as best they can. The window in the drive thru to watch the employees cook is a really nice touch. Make sure to order "animal style" for a yummy surprise.

Visited this place in the evening recently. Packed to the brim. Outdoor seating available though but most of it was also taken. We ordered pretty standard things. Just a couple of burgers and fries. Took at least 10-15 minutes with several numbers getting their orders ahead of ours. Staff very cordial and place was relatively clean as well. Wouldn't come back though because location is just too far in. Like a maze to a main road.

Whenever we're in the mainland we have to get our fixings animal style while our son and friends get their hats

Best tasting and best value in burgers, other places that charge more but not as good. Go here for burgers, the only downside is the crowd, this place is always very crowded

Okay.... so when you go here you know exactly what you are getting. No frills, simple menu, and consistent quality. Also, unlike Whataburger the employees are clean cut and don't appear to be felons. My double double was hot and on point. It's a rare treat for me and I'll Def be back!!!!

Went through the drive and had our order taken by Violet! Very sweet to us and overall made us feel very welcomed.

The two stars in this review is for the staffs and service, they are always nice and fast as all in-n-out chains, for the burgers recently, zero stars. We've been eating here for about once or twice a month in the past two years. For someone growing up with in-n-out burgers, we appreciate this place in Frisco for its convenient location. I never thought I have to leave a review for in-n-out, everybody should know this chain is a decent place. But our recent experience with this Frisco location was more than disappointing, not once, twice, but three times in two weeks. The double doubles were TOO SALTY! Every bite is like taste of ocean salty. I thought it might be the grilled onions in animal style, (which I ordered all the time in California, never salty like this place) but the last two times we ordered regular double doubles are still TOO SALTY. Hurt my throat by swallowing it. It happened twice on Weekday nights, if the manager wants to find out who's in charge. Not to return here. NOT RECOMMENDED, for anyone on a less salt diet or with heart problems, don't come here, or mention you don't want salt on your burger. We are healthy young people can't even stand it.

In and Out always hits the mark. Greg food that tastes great. Staff that is always super friendly. Never any complaints. 100/10 will always stop when I see one.

Poverty dip 6 double double. They were not up to par. Zero crisp to meat zero crisp to bread. Don't know what's going on but. Not up to par. Last few visits.

Went in it wasn't too busy. I was order #7 burger and fries. I watched till #12 and saw parties with 3 people receive their burger's and fries. That's not right. Not sure what was happening but that's really not right. There was nothing special about mine. I looked at the others picking up and basically just the quantity was different one had no bun. Of course it doesn't help when you hungry. This is the first time I've had a bad experience here.

Just barely a four. But, a good experience. I've become a convert over the past 3 years of the California burger immigrant. In an ultra-competitive burger market that is Dallas Ft Worth, you better bring the goods or you dont last very long. Or should I say you dont profit and grow. These guys came in gunning for Texas teacher's pet burger and all-around don't mess with my, Whataburger. A Whataburger as a matter of routine drive-thru fast food acquisition is hard to beat. But, they were acquired by a Chicago holding company a year or so ago and I think I detect some operational difficulties which is frustrating. So, I've decided to just shift gears and spend my hard-earned $10 (yes a double double combo meal is still under $10 yea) at In and Out Burger. Plus I really like the name. This location was good. But ,not excellent like two others I frequent. But good enough to say,Go!!! right now go get you a burger, you know you want to!!!

Every time I come into town that has an in-N-out Burger it's a must to stop. The service is always quick and tables always open up you just have to be quick before someone else grabs the table first. Unfortunately, we couldn't even finish our burgers because they were so salty. We ordered 3 and all 3 were very very salty. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Today was a good day! We're in town. We are from Oklahoma and don't have an In-N-Out...yet?? Think we will get one?? But stopped by to enjoy a burger. We pulled up to a long line. One would think oh no, let's go elsewhere. But, it went super fast. There was a young lady, Madysen, taking orders outside. She was super kind, bubbly, friendly, and answered questions happily. I ordered the cheeseburger. I am not a fan of their fries, so I just got a burger. Love the option of the open box to eat in the car! My burger had the perfect crisp butter bun. The meat was cooked perfectly. The cheese was melting. This was a great stop on our way out of town. It hit the spot!

You can't go wrong with this place!! Delicious food at a low price. Used 10 bucks for burger, fries and drink! (Double meat) leas than that if you order a single. I am a fan of the animal style!! Thousand island dressing with tiny onions mixed in. Malea the burger and fríes that much enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean. & the staff was friendly! Good spot to grabe a bite to eat!

Regardless of whether I'm dining in or ordering at the drive- thru, going to in n out will always be my highlight of the week! I love how simple the menu is, and the freshness of their food. The employees are all really cool individuals. I've never had a bad experience here, or at any other in n out locations. They have to be one of the few fast food chains that knows how to keep customers happy, because not once have I been to an empty in-n-out.

2020 Yelp 120 Challenge - #1 May I have a double, double animal style with a chocolate, vanilla shake. All in a box with a lid. This is my go to order and whenever I am in the need of a delicious burger. I always pick IN -N-OUT. The service isn't as fast as the west coast, but I'll take it. My food is always hot. One of the things I was a little sad about leaving when moving from the west coast was leaving IN - N- OUT. I'm happy to have found one close to my new home. I always ask for my food to be in a box with a lid, b/c is not all over the place by the time I make it home. I suggest you try it the next time you order your food.

Picked up an animal style double, fries, and shake for my daughter after wrapping up a hockey tournament. She said it was great and really seemed to enjoy her end of season treat. The staff were very friendly and asked if we needed any extra sauces when we were handed our to go bag. This extra customer service seems trivial but it is increasingly uncommon at fast food places nowadays. Great spot!

Stopped by in the evening for some fries and the drive thru line was pretty congested. The wait wasn't too bad as it was a weekend. The service and food is consistently great.

AMAZING! Can't beat In-N-Out, great food. Ordered the double double animal style and Neapolitan milkshake! Order the cheese fries and ask for spread on the side! Service was great they gave me everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Line was long due to rush hour traffic but worth the wait! God bless In-N-Out and it's amazing staff! Tell them Chris sent you!

Fast service and great food. Got the double double and it was cooked to perfection. The burger was juicy. I am not a fan of their fries in general but not bad.

Return visit just to see if it was any better than other burger joints in Collin county since our last visit long ago. And everyone else showed up as well. Especially the youth sports teams for Sat lunch. Need that burger for afternoon games. Fries are just so-so for us as we prefer sweet potato fries. We got the animal style cheeseburger which was OK. Not worth a repeat visit as other burger joints serve better burgers and/or fries for us.

I visited this particular In-N-Out on a Thursday afternoon (11:30a) just before lunch rush and there were only 3 cars in line and it moved rather quickly. 5/5 for speed As a native Californian, I was skeptical as to how legitimate this store was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised the same amount of smiles and kind workers here as my California stores. 5/5 service The burger (1 double double w/ grilled onions, 1 hamburger no onion) and everything in it were the same. HOWEVER, it tasted saltier(?) and had like burnt edges. My tastebuds just KNEW this was not the same as CA In-N-Out BUT not enough to throw me off and think it's wasn't an in-n-out burger at all. The fries were the winners because they were slightly thicker, and not as stale and hard as the fries im use to. These were very nicely cooked. 4.5/5 No bev was acquired.

Ordered a lettuce style and regular burger with a side of regular and animal style fries. This place serves amazing fresh burgers and fries.

It was PACKED for a Sunday 1:00PM lunch. But, the staff had the line moving at lightning speed. We both got our burgers "Animal Style," because those diced, caramelized onions are absolutely amazing on top of their solid burger. Paired with a vanilla shake, it made quite the lunch. My one thing I just absolutely hate about In-N-Out is their fries...they need to step up the fry game. But, the animal style burger is just something that keeps me coming back for more.

My daughter use to work at in and out in Temecula CALIFORNIA. The crew there were quick fast and on their feet. This in and out seems a little bit off. The burgers look like a bum had constructed it, the manager doesn't look or act like management material. The workers appear to be out to lunch, I've never seen a more motley crew working an In an out Burger. Also, this in and out at dinner time looked like a ghost town, 4 people inside the restaurant, a few drive up? Pathetic! Where are the people, I'm use to seeing large crowds inside and outside of the restaurants, and cars lined up out to the street! What's going on here? The people at this location are dull, no spark, no life!

Good burgers and fries, nothing special we may return one day. It's a fast food quality burger

After all of the hype around this famous, fine burger establishment, I finally took the leap and tried it. I'm here in Texas visiting and I've never had In and Out before so it was a must that I find one to try out. We stopped at the nearest one to our hotel and the line was incredibly long. Never seen a line this long at a fast food joint outside of Chic-fil- a (and we all know why they have lone lines...ummm um!) I ordered a Cheese burger with animal fries and let me tell you, the bun that this burger comes on is glorious! The animal fries are a must as well. I absolutely would recommend!

Always have to grab in-n-out when in TX or the west coast! This location had very friendly staff and hospitality. We ordered an animal style double double and animal style fries! The fries were just okay, but the burger was delicious. The animal style is what makes the burger and can't wait to have it again!

Burgers taste like frozen Pattie's, buns were dry and tasteless, service was decent but a employee asked the lady at table next to us to move her feet so he could sweep under her table while she was eating! Not sure why they're not advising employees not to try and clean under a table a guest is eating at- but it's basic courtesy! Won't be back as the burger wasn't even worth the lower than average price.

Went here last night on the late night and it was amazing like always. The food was hot and the line went quick. The service was great as always. I will keep coming back to eat here!!! Love the animal style on my burger and my fries!! The coke also was very good. Perfect amount of syrup to carbonation ratio.

Boring burgers and some of the worst fries I have ever eaten. You'd figure with a menu containing 2 options, with cheese or without, they could do everything perfectly. Are the burgers bad, no. But if you are looking for something interesting this is not the place to go.
