This is the best In-N-Out Burger east side of the Mason Dixon! Seriously normally I can’t stand their fries, but this place makes them really good. The burgers are always as good as they look, and the staff is fantastic! Every In-N-Out needs to look at this in and out! 15 thumbs up.

We come here every weekend. 2 weeks ago, we bought a few burgers and an animal fry. When we got home the fry was not in the box. I was able to get it back for free today! I like the food!

Hasn't tasted In-N-Out for four years since last visit to Bay area in 2019. Ordered WhGn with L Chilis and Toast today with great taste. No wonder In-N-Out is so famous at western America.

This is my first time having this burger. I am from out of state and it’s one of the nastiest burgers I ever tasted and the fried taste like cardboard, and the burger was mad salty. Whoever says In-N-Out is a good place is not, five guys is way better.

Second week of terrible service! The girls at the window were terrible and rude to my neighbor when she went thru the drive lane. To top it off they always mess up her order and way too much socializing with each other instead of working. Lynsi needs to get off her high horse and re- train this store.

So we all already know In-N-Out is a reliable burger joint that is always super consistent. But this shopping center is way over crowded. The traffic especially for a place like In-N-Out that always draws a crowd is just a bit too much here. The In-N-Out in La Verne is a bit quicker. But in the end it’s still In-N-Out. The healthiest cheese burger in the world 😄

This was the first time I’ve ever had my order messed up at an In-N-Out — and I guess there’s a first time for everything. The food itself was consistent with what you’d expect from the chain (once it was correct), but the experience was a bit frustrating. Parking and seating were difficult to navigate during busy hours, which isn’t surprising, but the layout of the drive-thru makes things even more hectic. What really stood out was how long it took to get my corrected burger — it took longer than the original order, even though my family had already started eating. Re-makes should take priority over newer orders to avoid situations like that.

Why not have a late-night dinner? We all know the menu is delicious, but today's visit was extra special. DEVIN!! My God, I hope management reads this. What a great guy! He greeted us with a cheerful "Hi, how are you?" and not just us but every customer he helped as the front cashier. His energy was contagious, and he truly made everyone feel welcome with his great personality and genuine care. It's rare to encounter someone who takes customer service to the next level, but Devin does it effortlessly. He wasn't just going through the motions--he made us feel like valued guests. It's clear he enjoys what he does, and it reflects in every interaction. If you visit this location, look out for Devin--you'll leave with not just a great meal but a memorable experience too. Management, please acknowledge this shining star! Oh yeah, and there's plenty of parking, a very clean location that wasn't so busy where you had a line wrapped around the building, and we were able to find a table right away. Our order was perfect, smiles all around. :)

I'm so annoyed and disappointed with the service at this location. We literally avoid it because of the long lines and poor customer service but today it was convenient so we stopped by. I ordered the same thing I always do and it's never an issue anywhere else. I ordered 3 Flying Dutchman's whole grilled wrapped with chopped chilies. They didn't add the chop chilies. When I went back to say something they just slapped wet ass chilies on them with a bunch of chili juice all over the tray soaking the flying the Dutchmen's. Of course I said something again and they switched the tray instead of fixing the order. I then simply just asked for my money back. I don't understand why they couldn't just fix their mistake. It may not sound like a big deal but to a pregnant woman with cravings it's a big deal!

We went thru drive thru and ordered three ch bgrs, one mustard grilled, one 2x3 protein style with buns on the side. They charged us for an extra veggie bgr- for the buns we asked to be on the side. Had to have them redo the order at the window and they couldn't understand the protein style with buns on the side. Then we get the brgrs and on the mustard grilled there was only a table spoon of lettuce on it! That's why my husband ordered his protein style with buns on the side because they are barely putting any lettuce onthe brgrs these days. Good thing I checked before we left so asked for a side of lettuce. All the burgers we dripping and soggy by the time we got home and had to grill the buns so they would be edible. Maybe we won't go thru the drive-thru next time. See pics:

When it comes to burger, In -N-Out, it is my husband #1 favorite place and comfort food. The Double- Double cheese burger is the irresistible burger for everyone in my family. The Animal style fries with cheese is also very flavorful and delicious. I believe It is a pleasant meal for many people including my family. The Drive- thru is very convenient. Yes! Sometimes the line is crazy, but the staff try to do their best to move the line faster. The conclusion is nothing can go wrong with any burger from In-N-Out! Perfect food, fast service, great taste and affordable price!

Always excellent. Always professional. Always consistent. Always good prices. Wish they would change sunflower cooking oil since I'm allergic (and I'd love to eat their fries again, like when they used to use vegetable oil), but I understand they don't make their decisions based on my issues. Haha! Still, In-N-Out is my "go to" for a great burger!

Last night I had another craving for In-N-Out french fries. After getting Costco gas, I drove on over to this In-N-Out to get my fries. Drive-thru line wasn't too bad. It starts with 2 lines and then they merge into one line. What a clever idea especially when space is limited at this location. The lady who took my order was pleasant. The gentleman who collected my money was nice. The lady who handed me my fries was friendly. Staff is usually top notch at In-N-Out. I got three fries no salt extra crispy and a water. Unfortunately, my extra crispy fries were not that great. I don't know, but every time I ask for extra crispy, they don't turn out well. Fries were oily and had lost its natural potato texture. They were tough fries. Very disappointed. Hence, 3 stars. I'm not going to ask for extra crispy fries ever again at least not at In-N-Out. Just stick with the original way they make their fries!

Love In n out ! Can never go wrong w a Flying Dutchman & animal fries but it's a challenge now. The owner is family oriented & supports her employees above & beyond. Thank you @ In-N-OUT But it's not their fault prices have skyrocketed. :/. It's the person in sac who increased min to have excuse to cr8 more infl@tn. Time to see. It's up to you to stop the problem or make it bigger. How much you want to pay for a burger ? 30 ? Plus 20 for fries ? Thank you @ In-N-Out for holding on as long as possible We appreciate you ! I was craving for a burger at this time and hot their #3, which included no cheese burger, French fries and a medium drink. I wouldn't mind if their prices went up for 2-3 dollars BUT the burgers got thinner or they put a scanty amount lettuce in the burger. Quality is still good but the portions is good for a kids meal!

My husband went in and ordered two double doubles monster style with two fries and two strawberry shake's. Everything was HOT, fries were crispy, everything was delicious. We put the shakes in the freezer due to they were melted. The drive through line was very very long.! Enjoy we sure did. The Glendora In N Out.

Thank you, In N Out for the amazing service you gave to my mom and grandpa on his 90th birthday!! We enjoyed tour drive thru experience. The line was mild 8 or so cars ahead. The line moved very fast. So friendly! We mentioned we were there for a 90th birthday cheeseburger at the birthday boys' request. Everyone gave best wishes and love. Amazing team. Great food. Always a great burger. Parking is a little tight at this location but can't go wrong with a So Cal original.

Food is always good. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. Ambiance is clean like most other in n out restaurants.

They messed up on my drive thru order again! My son and I have food restrictions because of health and they always put spread and cheese!!! I had to throw it out. Horrible service. The workers suck and stop rushing and wasting my time and money. THIS LOCATION DOESNT CATER TO PEOPLE WITH HEALTH ISSUES.

I hate having to leave a review like this but my Food was cold and watery by the time I got home I live down the street. I had to microwave my food so i'd be edible, The employees here especially the girl taking orders outside and the girl who was tendering cash acted like I was doing them a disservice by coming through the drive through during business hours, Not welcoming what's so ever I asked both of them how they were, got a shrug from one of them followed by a quick can I help you. I work in customer service everyday I understand that people have bad days but this has been multiple times of the same experience here this used to be the best In-in-out around so I figured I'd give them another chance but never again A complete waste of money and my time.

As always, In-N-Out sucks with drive-thru management. Instead of building a logical system, they have to send multiple people outside to take orders with split lines that run into the road, causing other issues. That aside, they can't seem to get the most simple orders correct. Ridiculous.

I don't go to in-n-out too often but went today due to some shopping at Sam's Club and it wasn't packed for once. Asked for the food to-go during drive thru but was given a box. Great, now our food has the luxury of being blasted by cold air in the A/C during this warm Sunday. Don't understand why that is still the default option. Got home and found black speckles in my 7up. I used to work in food service and I am not taking any chances with what could have been mold. Two drinks, straight down the drain. Will think twice before coming back. Hopefully this place isn't falling behind like the Chipotle nearby. That place was a wreck.

Who hasn't had In-N-Out?? The only "slight" negative about every location are the lines whether your walking in or driving thru to order, the lines can have you seriously waiting beyond 20 minutes but the burgers are well worth the wait. Nom, Nom, Nom...craving satisfied.

Pretty much your standard In N Out experience here. Food was good and the order was correct. The restaurant seemed clean. The drive thru moved quickly. Staff was friendly to deal with. Nothing out of the ordinary/exceptional, just exactly what you'd expect an In N Out experience to be. There was parking shared with other businesses in the strip mall parking lot. Seems like it would get pretty busy during peak hours.

This location tends to be pretty quick. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The food is always nice and hot. The fries are always cooked to perfection. You can get a little loud in there especially if you go during school lunch. As typical in and out goes, the veggies are always fresh. The meat is cooked properly and the bun is toasty.

Best. Burger. Ever. It is as simple as that and I'm not joking at all. Service fire too.

I Found a damn hair in the melted cheese of my animal style fries ... was already home by then. Not cool , 0/10.

Terrible services in the drive thru. 38 minutes with 15 cars in line. They need to do better since raising prices.

I came here for fries literally just fries on a Tuesday. They were soggy and made no sense. Literally inedible. I understanding wanting to employ folks and embody the ways of God but some of these young kids are remedial and don't need to be handling food. They need to be repeating the 12th grade. How hard is it to get fries right...? I don't understand how you can give someone such soggy and nasty fries would YOU eat this? I was flabbergasted. I guess this is what happens with fast food in a crumbling economy. Despite fries being 2+$ I was given soggy fries that looked like they were dipped in water. Shameful.

So I was just at this location and I am so disappointed in the food. When we finally got our food at the window it was cold. I think that maybe it's because they take our order at the end of the line and then we sit there for 30 minutes and by the time we get to the window the food has been sitting there waiting for us. I am not going to eat there anymore because the food is gross cold.

I live close to this location and have been to there dozens if not hundreds of times over the past 20 years and my experience has been 5 stars every time. I can't explain these negative reviews. The food is and has always been amazing and they have never messed up any of my orders, which usually include secret menu items.

So disappointed. I love In-n-Out and have never had a bad burger until tonight at this location. I ordered a cheeseburger animal style with animal style fries and I literally spit out the fries. They were gross, cold, and didn't taste fresh at all. The animal style cheeseburger was so dry with a couple pieces of wilted lettuce. Never going to this location again. Management should re-train these cooks because it lacks signature taste of In-n-Out.

I have eaten at this location a million times. Stopped here this week when visiting family. We got our Double Doubles and Animal style fries. Lines were long as always. Still a good location in the shopping areas. Staff were cool. Always a pleasure.

Yes there are lots of burger choices out there but In-N-Out never disappoints me. I just love these burgers and wouldn't trade them for any other.

Came here on a rainy day and they offered free hot cocoa to kids! They do check to make sure you have kids, but they don't say the age range. We like how they give little activity kits for children to draw on so they don't get bored while waiting. The food was delicious as always; fries are very fresh and the burgers have a nice balance with the patty, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. The combos don't come out cheaper than ordering each item individually, so I would suggest ordering what you need instead thinking you would save more with a combo. Even though there were a lot of people, the wait time was reasonable. Definitely would come back if we are looking for a quick bite to eat. Standard hamburgers are now $3.50 and cheeseburgers are $3.95 each. Fries are $2.30 for one order. The employees do a nice job of cleaning the place and have great customer service.

Today 4/8/23 we went to IN-N-OUT on Lone Hill in Glendora to get lunches for our volunteer workers. We were initially hesitant because it would be such a large order, but they did such a great job and worked with us. They even packed the food individually for each person and helped us to the car. Thank you so much Connor for remaining cool, calm, and collected while I panicked a little. IN-N-OUT truly does have the best service!

Best In n Out I have been too and way better than the La Verne location! Service is fast and quick either inside or through the drive thru unlike La Verne. I know this one is more updated than the La Verne, but sheesh that one is slower than slow. The La Verne location is really a drag, wish it was like this one.

So disappointed. Whoever was in fry duty tonight did night fulfill. There was a sauce packet found in the bottom of the animal style fries. I'm disgusted and mortified. It is a complete choking hazard from swallowing plastic. Don't know if I'll be back

This place was great, fast, and not expensive. A definite staple whenever I come to Cali.

I'm truly done going out to take out restaurants the service and attitude of the employees are just horrible. I went today to get my elderly mother a burger and strawberry shake that's all she likes when we do our weekly shopping in Glendora. I just recently moved to upland but the stores are not the same as Glendora so I take her every week out there and lady stop is In N Out. Went through drive through and the young man was taking another person order so I just drove on up in front of her he guy on the right since there was ample room . But the guy came to my window and asked me to reverse told him im already in line will just order at the speaker. He made me reverse lose my place so I pulled out of line and went inside it was faster but im upset by the young kid who had no respect . Will never eat there again.

Came here after Cruel World fest close to midnight and went inside and ordered. There was no line at the time and plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor) available. However a bus full of prom kids pulled up at 12:30 and took over the space. Right now there's heavy construction going on the street leading up to the restaurant so you'll need to do a big detour to get here if you exit the 210 going east. Food was amazing as always!

We always get excellent customer service at every in-N-Out. The food is always perfect!!! Tip: I like to ask for extra extra chilies in my burger. They chop those puppies for you and place them in your burger. Genius! Restroom is always clean and fully stocked. Awesome! I have zero complaints! The inside is sparkling clean as usual. None compares to this place!

I have a special feeling of Glendora, it's some sort of my hometown. There are so many good spots, Donut Man, Foster's Freeze, Rika's Empanadas. You won't believe there are so many good foods in such a small city. Once you check the wiki, it mentioned that the population is 50,003. I bet the individual 3 are me, my wife, and my daughter. I got back to In-N-Out at Lone Hill Ave., Glendora after driving off the 57 freeway, the road is under construction, anyway, I reached In-N-Out. I was parking the car and let my daughter, Lara, came in first and order the meal. We had a triple-triple in protein style with extra sauce and Lara had a double-double, I loved it. There were a group of young boys and girls inside the restaurant, I guess they are high-school students, but Lara said they were not. At that time, two handsome policeman and policewoman walked into the restaurant, they were standing there, so cool and good-looking. I finished my supper and walked out, the police car's engine was on, I almost trying to drive it away. I like them!!

In n out does consistency better than any restaurant I've ever seen. They have the best formula for sucess. The food is perfect every time. Always hot and fresh. Double double with animal style fries will forever be my go-to. 100% recommend!

Fries were dry. Barely any sauce. Burger was dry and did not meet in n out standards. Bags were backed up. Animal style fried were dry. Sauce was underneath dry fries with very minimal onions. Very disappointed tonight. Wait time was excessive and did not warrant the wait time. Very disappointed with this In n Out

Quality you can taste??? I guess if you like fries that have the texture and taste of cardboard!!! A burger that was dry, lettuce that was wilted. I had the wife pick up burgers and fries on her way home tonight Friday, 05/26/23 @ about 10:30 pm. The absolutely worst I have ever tasted. I say tasted because I threw it out, it was that bad. I can't believe that in-n-out would serve garbage like that. I was a a in-n-out fan before but NO MORE!!! Back to Carl's or Burger King. I wish that Kosmo's on Foothill Blvd was open late. Great burgers there! I wish I could rate it minus 5 stars! This place is terrible!

This in n out is always amazing! The service is always excellent, as well as the food. They finally fixed the issue with the drive through line blocks the parking lot, so I have no complaints any more.

Just got off of work at Home Depot and grabbed me a number 1. I get home and the fries are cold. Cold. Smh.

I won't go into too much detail because, let's face it, we all know what In-N-Out is all about. All I want to say is that the staff at this location just can't seem to get an order correctly. It is so frustrating! They certainly take your money for extras (for example, extra cheese), but they then fail to actually include the extra. If you ask to do without an ingredient...for example, no onions...you can bet your burger will have onions in it. So disappointed!

It's awesome that In-N-Out stays open till or past 1am daily! Their food is best for a late night meal and their drive thru moves along quite quickly, even with a snaking line around the parking lot. Their burgers are always consistently fresh and well-made. My usual order is the #3 hamburger meal and I always ask for grilled onions... pile 'em on! Every now and then, I get their off-menu item, animal fries (fries smothered with American cheese, grilled onions, and their signature secret sauce; similar to Thousand Island dressing). They are more expensive than a single burger (the animal fries are priced around $4), but so worth it! I certainly recommend trying them if you haven't yet!
