Inatteso Cafe

I was in town visiting and wanted to grab a quick drink and bite to eat while explored. While I typically don't go for the first place I see, the reviews were too good to pass up. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. It's a cute little cozy cafe with just a few tables. I ordered a Turmeric Ginger Latte and a Caprese Panini. Everything was made quickly. I opted to get it to go so I could enjoy it outdoors.

I was running around Battery Park and craving some coffee. Their pastries are good as well. I love this coffee shop. It has a great ambience, an aesthetic look, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Honestly, the dressed egg and cheese slaps. I’m usually not a fan of frittata based sandwiches but this one was fluffy and delectable. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a photo. Didn’t try the coffee but had a nice turmeric ginger latte. Fast service and friendly.

Good matcha latte but very limited selection of plant based milks. The pastries on display looked very tempting, i have to be back. The ambiance is cute, light and well designed but so many crumbs and dust everywhere, on the tables, on the floor, on the chairs. There were only 2 people besides me so I was surprised the staff could not see that it was time to tidy up a bit.

Delicious iced latte ⭐️ and iced matcha latte was almost as good. Service was excellent and the place was super nice. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed the pizza and lasagna here. Flavors just taste incredibly fresh and full. Pizza crust is so good, I could eat it by itself. We’ll be back!

Such a lovely café! 🌸 The vibe here is super cozy and modern – perfect for chilling with friends or even just enjoying some me-time. The staff is so sweet and always smiling, which instantly makes you feel comfortable. 💕

Cozy little hidden gem cafe. The signage is quite mininal and blends into the building, so you might miss this spot. But it is amazing! The egg and cheese sandwich tasted fresh, and so did the coffee. I just grabbed my food and went, but the atmosphere looks nice, and I would definitely sit down at this place. As with most places in Manhattan though, it's a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Everything tasted fresh and the flavors were well balanced.

Came here before a meeting and go a Decaf Almond Milk Cappuccino. The service is great and the cappuccino was one of the best that I have had recently. Will definitely be back - the pastries looked amazing.

I am obsessed with this place! They sale the best muffins in the city! The chocolate and blueberry muffins are so moist but perfectly crispy on top. They are not too sweet and always warm and absolutely delicious! I promise you, you won't regret buying muffins at this amazing place!

Inattesso Cafe is a cute little local coffee shop. I go there whenever meeting up with friends in Battery Park City. It's generally quiet, and is a cute spot. They have your typical offerings as far as coffee. However, their non-caffeinated options feel limited. Their Hibiscus tea is not bad, and their turmeric ginger latte is pretty good, although be warned that the ginger gives it a kick. They also offer pastries, which I have not tried. Although the offerings I've tried are not bad, I feel like the prices are a bit high for what's being offered. The shop itself is pretty small, and the seating is mostly against the walls/window. It's not really a place where I'd work, but it's a nice spot to sit down and have a conversation with friends. I like this spot for the convenience when I'm in BPC, and I like their aesthetic, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here for the drinks.

Yummmmy!! Could not finish my coffee but this scone knocked my socks off. Loved the vibes but this child made fun of the tiny little table that i was at, and he was so fair for that. Seating is a little limited but this isn't too terribly far from the Statue of Liberty ferry station if you need to grab a quick bite. Great service! The friendliest workers ever.

cute lil spot in battery park city solid coffee and they're mini pizzas look fresh, ALWAYS! i just haven't had a chance to try any of their bites yet...but this is definitely a go-to neighborhood spot for good coffee

Super cute small cafe. Sandwiches delicious. Many options for drinks as well which were also great! Baristas working are super nice and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs (even with all the kids who come in, hehe).

The atmosphere of this quaint shop is absolutely wonderful. A very ambient and quiet shops. This would be perfect for studying or even reading. The food was pretty good, but the coffee is even more delectable. If I lived here, this would be a stop I would have to hit every day. Not to mention the service is very pleasant, and just makes your experience even better!

I think the best bec in the city. Not a diner/deli bec. It's bougie with a bun baked on site and me thinks gruyere cheese?

Decent espresso coffees, and they're open early even on weekends! Oat and almond are your non dairy milk options for an extra 75 cents. If you're having American style coffee, it's pour your own whole milk or half and half, add your own sugar/stevia/etc. We recommend the broad selection of pastries and they also make food to order. Seating outdoors only at the moment.

Charming spot. If you're not a parent avoid "before school" rush hour at all costs as it's under-10 rush hour.

Great coffee. Good pastries. Very nice welcoming and friendly. Vaccination required for dine in, which is a plus =) A gem amongst the towers.

Cute spot for a cup of coffee. Right on Westside highway at The Battery. Breakfast sandwich was yum.

So glad I found this cute place! The seating is limited but they have a bit of outdoor seating as well. My partner and I got the BEC and cheddar scallion scone. The BEC looks filling and I loved the scone! I got the chai latte and they have options for non-dairy milk. They have some prepackaged cold drinks for purchase in the corner as well. Service was quick but this place seems to be a go-to spot for others as well so beat the crowd if you can. 5 out of 5 would definitely stop in again for a bite!

DON'T COME HERE EVER! I live 1 block away and will literally go anywhere else to get my coffee. The cashier is the rudest person I have ever come across. I have never written a single review of anything in my life and felt the need to do this.

husband and i hung out here the other morning. i got the cold brew & he got the espresso latte. both were delicious! nice chill spot, it looked like a great mix of people coming in and out. there's a dog park down the street so you get to see a lot of doggies walking by too.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Found it by mistake and I am very happy with it. Try the turmeric ginger late, a little sweet for my taste in coffee but great to try something different at the same time.

If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible food and service. My girlfriend and I went and gotten blueberry muffins and she had gotten the hot chocolate and I had gotten a honey latte.... The hot chocolate taste like water with chocolate syrup, my latte was terrible and just tasted like warm milk. Our blueberry muffins were extremely hard and tough to eat. We ask for our money back and cashier goes to get their manager and the manager repeatedly says she "makes the muffins fresh everyday what's wrong with them." I'm like what does that have to do with getting my money back? She refuses to refund me and says we typically don't do refunds but we can warm up your muffin. I say no I'd like my refund and she says "sorry I can get you something else" at this point I just walk out because I spent 25$ on two drinks and 2 muffins and I can't even get my money back. It would've been better just to refund me cause I probably would've came back. But now I don't think I'll ever go back there and I'll tell my colleagues about this experience. If you don't do refunds, you should post It somewhere in the restaurant. Waste of time and money. 0/10
