I have been a regular customer for over 10 years. I recently had to order things online and experienced incredible rudeness and deceit. They sent me 2 things less, which is about 50 euros, and I paid for these things. Plus, it says on the website that delivery should be free because I ordered for 200 euros. But when the courier brought me the package , I had to pay another 40 euros for delivery. Thus, Incanto blatantly deceived me for almost 100 euros! I called and emailed, but no one has answered me for 3 days! I want to warn everyone not to order anything online from this store, because its a scam. And maybe after this review Incanto employees will finally answer my email

Incanto cheated me out of 100 euros! The order from this store did not arrive complete, 2 items were missing. Support has been ignoring me for 3 days now, no one is answering the phone. The website says that delivery should be free, I ordered for 181 euros, but I had to pay the courier 40 euros. This is a scam, they don't answer the phone and ignore their customers

Unfortunately, I have not seen the reviews before making my online order. I face the same situation. Website and login don’t work, no one replies me. My order hasn’t been shipped for a long time now. I will have to complain about this to respective bodies.
