I have been a regular customer for over 10 years. I recently had to order things online and experienced incredible rudeness and deceit.
They sent me 2 things less, which is about 50 euros, and I paid for these things. Plus, it says on the website that delivery should be free because I ordered for 200 euros. But when the courier brought me the package , I had to pay another 40 euros for delivery. Thus, Incanto blatantly deceived me for almost 100 euros!
I called and emailed, but no one has answered me for 3 days!
I want to warn everyone not to order anything online from this store, because its a scam.
And maybe after this review Incanto employees will finally answer my email
