INCANTO

I have been a regular customer for over 10 years. I recently had to order things online and experienced incredible rudeness and deceit. They sent me 2 things less, which is about 50 euros, and I paid for these things. Plus, it says on the website that delivery should be free because I ordered for 200 euros. But when the courier brought me the package , I had to pay another 40 euros for delivery. Thus, Incanto blatantly deceived me for almost 100 euros! I called and emailed, but no one has answered me for 3 days! I want to warn everyone not to order anything online from this store, because its a scam. And maybe after this review Incanto employees will finally answer my email

I have heard great comments on it from friends who were clients and others who worked there. I will soon go and visit it to make my own opinion and of course buy something. 🫶🏽

Incanto cheated me out of 100 euros! The order from this store did not arrive complete, 2 items were missing. Support has been ignoring me for 3 days now, no one is answering the phone. The website says that delivery should be free, I ordered for 181 euros, but I had to pay the courier 40 euros. This is a scam, they don't answer the phone and ignore their customers

Unfortunately, I have not seen the reviews before making my online order. I face the same situation. Website and login don’t work, no one replies me. My order hasn’t been shipped for a long time now. I will have to complain about this to respective bodies.

The products are nice but the employees are not nice at all, we wanted to buy something and we ask for the size and she showed us the price first, not the size.. Bad impression😐
