Incheon International Airport

Very clean, easy to navigate airport. It has a lot of food options as well as shopping. You can do tax-free services here at the machines when you first enter the airport. It is also easy to get to via public transport, and you can buy transport cards at the machines near the airport train station. The architecture is also quite lovely, too.

First time in Seoul and was so impressed by how clean the entire Airport was. Landed in the morning, and there was hardly any one else around during new years. Easy and fast access to baggage claim, only took a couple of minutes. Place to eat as well at the Arrivals Exit Lounge with plenty of choices. Entire Airport was very clean, staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were also clean and modern. Finding a Taxi from the Airport was also very easy and would fly here again anytime.

Definitely one of the coolest airports I’ve ever been to! It’s extremely clean and extremely big as well. You can walk around and go to different shops. They have anything you could possibly ask for. I got a good walk in walked probably 2 miles in the airport and surprisingly it’s quite empty in some places so you have some peace and quiet if you wanna take a nap or if you have a long layover if you want to sleep.

The best airport in the world! Clean and neat. Very well organized! The instructions of what to do and what not to bring are being shown on the big monitor TV screen during queuing up. There were shelving cabinets showcasing items that are prohibited to bring on board the plane. I must say that this airport is a smart airport in educating passengers before entering the departure area.

T2. Modern. Clean. Beautiful orchids. Shopping area is crowded but the Lounge Zone by Gate 268 is very quiet, with a nap room. Some lounges have long line. I didn’t even bother to check. A infant seat (18 months or less) inside the toilet stall is great for young mothers.

Inchoeon International Airport, Korea. Easy process either from the security check or baggage claim. Very good vibes and not a complicated airport where you can easily get lost or confused. I didn't have a chance to go to the food court, located upstairs. All the duty-free shops look amazing and not at all expensive when converted to British pounds. Only Dunkin' Donuts is available for refreshments and it is very busy. All signs are clear and the staff are very helpful.

I've been to a lot of airports around the world, and in my opinion this is the largest, most modern airport. The only downside is that this airport is far from Seoul and usually takes at least an hour to get there. You can also take a train or taxi into the city. Overall the design is very modern with clean lines. The drive to the airport is quite nice as you pass a lot of interesting places including bridges as night lights that add a unique experience. I found the shopping to be quite intensive here as it felt bigger than any other airport including Heathrow or Singapore's Changi. It's not a full service or destination/holiday place as Changi's, yet its still very cool. This is one of those airports that it fun to explore if you want to be at the airport several hours early. It's very big, but organized well. As long as you can speak Korean or read English you'll be just fine. I can only say a few things in Hangul and I had no problem.
