Worst service and unfair return policy for customer, especially traveller pls be aware when purchasing at this store!!! I was a traveller visiting Incu Mens shop Sydney in late Oct and purchased 2 sneakers there (with discounted price 20%). I later changed my mind as it not matching with my outfits, so I decided returning it back to the store. However, i was informed that my items cannot be returned or credit as it was sale items (20% Sale, NOT CLEARANCE) which I WAS NOT informed when purchasing, no one telling me. It’s unfair for customers as they just want to Sell and force customer to take the items even thought it’s not fit. I PAID for it (Not Begging ) so I should have rights to return in case of mind changing. Will never trust this brand again!!!

Raf was super helpful, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even shared some great recommendations. Really appreciated the extra effort!

Absolutely amazing shopping experience, incredible customer service worth coming back for! I'm not very well versed in fashion and it shows - I have no clue how to articulate what I like, or what brands/styles suit me. Despite this all the staff were so incredibly patient and non-judgmental! They always offered to help and were more than happy to step back if I said no. Brian in particular, who helped me out 1 on 1, was the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had for clothing!!! He was so incredibly down to earth and chill, super non-judgmental and supportive which I really appreciated as I felt out of my depth. He noticed that I really liked a certain style of pants and helped me to understand why I like them and what to look for. He even paired the pants with the shoes I told him I had. He would excuse himself to go find other pants that he thought I would like and put them in a change room ready for me to try them on. He wasn't pushy at all and allowed me all the time that I wanted to just think and browse. Finally when I did try them on he gave me his honest opinions in such a friendly and knowledgeable way. You can easily tell he has passion for fashion and that he knows what he's talking about. Honestly such an amazing bloke!! BIG MASSIVE THANK YOU BRIAN!!!!

I really appreciated Brian's assistance. He provided exceptional service all around and was proactive, helpful, and informative which really made the experience stand out. His approach to customer service should really be modelled after in your organisation.

Walked in looking to shop. Last day in Sydney of a week long trip and I hadn't bought much at all. Kind of received a vague welcome from a girl near the entry. Then sifted through the racks. Found several tops in racks at far end of the store. They only have one of each top there so sizing help is 100% required and I would have bought both in the right size. But do you think a staff member - there seemed to be plenty there but it was hard to tell who was staff and who was the mate or if both were staff of all the various pairs yakking away - approached me? Nope. I tried to gain the attention of the bloke nearest to me who was clearly staff, but he was equally as clearly not interested in customer service. Put the shirts back and left. Least attentive / most careless customer service I've experienced in a clothing store possibly ever.

TLDR: Great store! Kind staff! Great fashion recommendations! Today I went in to get a gift for my partners birthday. I was having trouble picking something but a member of staff (who turned out to be the manager) was super helpful. I am an awkward person but he made me feel very comfortable. He helped me pick out a pair of pants that also turn into shorts! It was a great pick. It was exactly what I was looking for. We also had a nice conversation which I felt was genuine and not forced. I was unsure of my partners size and the exchange period was only 2 weeks while my partner birthday is in 2 week so he graciously extended the exchange it for me so I wouldn't have issue if it didn't fit. I had a good experience and im quite please.

showrooming final boss, i feel bad at this point (2025) drop prices more and maybe ill actually buy something or do more stuff like the mfpen exclusive collab so i have nowhere else to purchase

This store has the best sales Sarah and Brian, every time when I go to shopping, they give me a great emotional value just like friends. This is my favorite store in syd.
