Last Friday, I made a purchase online with payment deducted from my credit card. I also received a confirmation via email of this order. While I was eagerly waiting for my pair of sneakers, I received an email from this shop on Monday that my order was cancelled and their reason was that my order was flagged as potentially high risk for fraud. Due to high demand of this pair of shoes, it was sold out before the shop was able to do security check on my order. I was terribly disappointed with the bad handling of this order as it was obvious that the shop had sold my pair, using such a silly excuse to cancel my order. From my many years of online shopping, I have never experienced such an experience. I was very disappointed because this is my wedding anniversary present for my husband. I didn’t expect the shop would cancel my order after accepting my payment and confirming the order . All they offer was an apology and not trying to accommodate my concern. I will never shop here again and will recommend that no online purchases should be done from this shop as I am totally loosing confidence with it. I can’t express more about my disappointment with this experience!

Some staff are friendly and very helpful (the small portion), but most don’t care and very arrogant. Better going somewhere else. The collections are so great as before, only one or two brands that other stores don’t sell but most brands have their own store nearby.

Incu Sydney sent out a cap in a flat paper bag which lead to it arriving squashed and lacking structual integrity. Took no responsibility what so ever but instead made up excuses and claim that the cap is designed that way. Classic Sydney.

Is this place a joke? EVERYTHING is made of plastic. I swear if the clothes went near fire they would just go up in flames. What are people paying $1000 for polyester for? This is just FAST FASHION. It’s disgusting. Couldn’t barely find anything made of natural fibres. Had a voucher and I didn’t even know what to use it for so I bought a candle. 😂

I love the clothes in this store, I walk past daily and admire them. I check them out online, find wonderful pieces I can't get anywhere else. Then I walk in and feel like I am interrupting the staff somehow, invading their space, causing them discomfort by merely browsing. I am ready to purchase something delightfully opulent and then... then I feel the stank eye of general apathy emanate from your staff and I just can't reward you with a transaction. I want to love you as much as I love your clothes. But, you are a beautifully delicate exotic flower that smells like hot garbage. Fix the garbage. and bloom into the wildly exotic and delightfully fragrant bouquet of therapeutic retail joy your promise to be. Until then I will need to wait until my next trip to Tokyo to get my fashion fix, a place where they understand how to make customers feel welcome and valued.

Yelp
Alexander Wang, Acne, Lover (Australian YAY!), Karen Walker, Marc by Marc Jacobs. Just a few of my favourite designer names available at Incu. Sure the prices are high but these are designer brands after all and to be expected. Although I have to admit Incu marks it up quite high. This place fits right into my approach to shopping. I don't shop often at all so I have a small wardrobe, but when I do I tend to buy investment pieces that would last me years. I have bought a few items here (mostly when its on sale) and even the most simple items look different when worn. My favourite designer is Alexander Wang and his casual wear line is amazing. He puts a bit of cool to my usual uniform of jeans and t-shirt! The assistants there are usually design students and are nice enough when approached. I guess the clothes speak for themselves and their demeanor reflective of most designer stores. Truth is, at current market conditions, I would rather shop online because you can get all of these designers on websites such as net-a-porter at much lower prices. But if I can't wait or if its sold out overseas, this is when I head to Incu. Lovely store with beautiful clothing.

Yelp
Incu has two stores in the Galleries Victoria, the Mens store which I am discussing and if you a re a woman or tranny, they have a women's store opposite. Incu is great, expensive but great, I don't often buy anything as I don't want to spend $45 for a singlet or $120 on shorts, but if I had an unlimited budget and less clothes I would shop there. They sell casual designer clothes from leading design houses and their clothes cover a range of styles, but are all excellent quality and extremely stylish. Although I try to keep my credit card in my pocket, I still like to have a browse.

Yelp
Wow, this is what it must feel like to be rich. Everything in this upmarket clothes store is simple, elegant and beautifully tailored. Racks are arranged by designer, but the labels are understated, the value of the clothes speak for themselves. I was happy even just touching the quality fabrics. Given the elegance of the pieces I'd recommend coming here for work or evening wear rather than casual. Although there is the odd t-shirt, it wouldn't be worth throwing away so much cash on something easily imitated by a cheaper brand. Due to my slightly ragged attire (I always seem to be far too casually dressed in these circumstances) I wasn't exactly welcomed with open arms into this shop, the impeccably dressed assistants were far more interested in gossiping and posing in appropriately fashiony angles. A big bench in the middle supplies a range of accessories too, though the shoe range is limited. As John C says, there's a mens store opposite for which I'm sure the same rules apply. One can only dream.

Yelp
Best shop for designer/luxury streetwear in Sydney. APC is my favourite brand there. I just wish the store was bigger with even more stock:)

Yelp
The Sydney store is honestly a little underwhelming, having oggled at their online collection weekly for a while and made purchases online, their physical collection was limited. Nice staff, clean interior but just limited.
