InDa Hotel

Loved the hotel! The cheesecake is an absolute must-try — I even went back a second time just for it! The wait staff are incredibly humble and friendly, which really made the experience special. While the prices might feel a bit on the higher side at night, the excellent service and lovely ambience more than make up for it.

Stayed here for 3 nights with family of 2 kids. Experience was amazing and I highly recommend the hotel to all. There were some hiccups initially with room but the staff was very agile and proactive to solve everything. Room allocated to us was spacious and feel-good. Inda cafe itself had great vibes & food. Breakfast was awesome and fulfilling like by kids and adults alike. Location is great as well, given that you can walk up to the north cliff using a back gate they have. Auto stand nearby and many eateries are walkable from the hotel. All in all - loved the experience and we will stay again.

We stayed here for two days and we had a wonderful time. The staff is really helpful. The cafe has to he the best in town. The location a walking distance from the cliff. The plants are a great part of the property. You will love the place and landscaping.

Only visit this stay if you like living with lizards, insect’s and frogs and low maintained rooms with poor infrastructure and earthy feel for a good amount of 5k per night. We stayed there for around 3-4 nights and it was our worst nightmare. The geyser wasn’t working and in one of the rooms, we experienced electrical shock in the bathroom. It doesn’t have basic things like tea bags or water kettle as well in the room. All you get is lizards, broken flush, bad geyser and no shower head. I would recommend not to waste 5-6k on a stay like this as you get much cheaper and better options in varkala for that amount.

Room decor is really nice, overall property is beautiful as well but there is some dust mites issue going on since most of us got allergic sneezing and had to take medicines just to be able to sleep in the rooms.

My husband and I are regular guests of InDa. Every time this place gifts amazing memories and very relaxing time. The nature around is very soothing, beautiful views are great for photoshoots. The hotel is located close to the Cliff, so you can enjoy it anytime. Clean rooms, polite service. Food is to die for - big portions, unique taste. I personally love the fact that if you book a room with included breakfast, you will have an access to unlimited coffee till afternoon 😍 Also, my husband and I are in love with the nice small pond. Overall, the place is made with love and taste. P.S. It’s pet friendly 🐶 Our furry friend enjoys it too!

The property was a major disappointment with poor infrastructure, lack of cleanliness, and misleading online images. The rooms were small, unclean, and unsafe, with dirty bathrooms and no proper locks. The surroundings were unhygienic, with insects and a muddy, difficult pathway. There was no room service, and the staff was rude and unhelpful when concerns were raised. The place is poorly maintained and not worth the rating it has. Not recommended at all. This was a horrible experience overall. The property has barely any parking space, and from the parking area to the rooms, there's an eerie, muddy pathway that's especially difficult to walk through when it rains. The rooms are extremely small and nothing like what was shown online at the time of booking. The bathrooms were dirty, with stains in every corner. Outside the room, I noticed insects, worms, and slugs everywhere. There is no proper safety lock—only an old-fashioned lock and key, which does not feel secure. Room service is not available, and to make matters worse, when I informed the receptionist about my dissatisfaction and mentioned that the rooms didn’t match what was advertised, they were rude and dismissive. One even told me I had no right to complain about not liking the room and that they can't help me with that. The entrance and overall layout of the hotel is very disorganized and lacks basic upkeep. The entire place feels old and urgently needs renovation. The rooms were not clean, and the beds didn’t even have proper white sheets. I genuinely don’t understand how this is one of the most highly rated places in Varkala there are many better options available. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff's attitude and the poor conditions make this stay extremely disappointing. don't ever visit this place

Revuews are purchased, dont fall for it. Worst people, worst manager, we reached 15 min early to the hotel and wanted to checkin, they even had there rooms empty but they denied our checkin, over that when my father want to checkin the room he yelled at him, InDa manager was very rude, and it doesnt look as on the Instagram, they pay their clients or give good discount for posting such reels.|So dont trust these reels these are all fake. InDa rooms are also not as shown in the images. They even dont have any power backup. They will sound good over the call while booking the reservation and once you reach there and have minor issue then they’ll be rude.
