Independence Hotel by Dara - Sihanoukville

Had a fantastic stay at Independence hotel Sihanoukville! The rooms were modern, clean, and had stunning ocean views. The private beach was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing walk. Breakfast was excellent, with a great mix of local and international options. We also filmed a video capturing the hotel’s beauty—it’s truly a stunning place. Highly recommend! The room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The staff offered a warm welcome at the lobby, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast featured a delightful variety of options, including Cambodian, Western, and Chinese dishes—all included with the stay. The view of the sea from the room was breathtaking, and opening the curtains allowed the refreshing sea breeze to fill the space.

Business Trip stayed at Independence Hotel. There is the very nice resort hotel, quite, relax and natural environment. Tried the different foods at Sunset Restaurant, is delicious. Very nice Swimming Pool and Beach, enjoying the time after work.

It is a beautiful place both in nature and seaside along rocks and the beach. There are multiple pools indoor and outdoor, by the hotel and the ocean. There are multiple restaurants and bars and decent roads easy enough to navigate. I would definitely go back and stay longer. The nature, animals, and beauty is insane. The only thing that was not great are the cost of water and the cost of some of the dishes, especially with what you get. However the food was okay and the buffet was good.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I always love coming back for the amazing view of the swimming pool and the beach, it’s definitely my favorite spot in Sihanoukville for that!I stayed in the Pod Village rooms this time. They felt a bit small, but overall they were fine. I really appreciated the natural surroundings and the peaceful vibe. The breakfast was good, and overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent stay! The hotel is clean, peaceful, and well-managed. Beautiful sea view, private beach, and great service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Moved to main hotel - large room with bath and could work at desk, with great sea view.Modernist 1960s hotel, with charm. Good swimming pools. Restaurant bit hit and miss.Beach good within the purview of the hotel, but a disgrace further down, with crumbling ******* and abandoned building sites

One of the best oceanfront views with a nice beach. Sadly the hotel and the grounds are not well maintained and are understaffed so the service suffers because of that. The food is ok but I expected more considering location and price of the rooms. Definitely come and stay for the views and the private beach resort feel.
