This is a very reknowned place for seminars, conference, events. It is famous to host international and domestic events. A very famous movie Rang de basanti was shot here. There used to be very good restaurant called eatopia, which is now closed however you can enjoy breakfast brunch at Habitat Hub restaurant in winter from 11AM to 3PM. Earlier this restaurant was named American Diner. Their bakery is also worth trying and the food is price affordably. There is also a food hub in building no 4 near SBI bank.

Nothing new here ,just good old habitat center Till a few days in my life I used to think this place hosts official events only like medical cme or other conferences. My thinking changed when I was invited here to attend reception of a dear friend who was married just a day earlier and around 8 kms from this very place(although the distance wouldn't be really relevant to my post here but hey If you know it,show it) Went here, parked and attended and left Multiple halls given Food was good but couldn't eat much although I did try all desserts and they were amazing. The decoration were good, the space provided was ample and clean. Overall a good place.

Visited recently — a wonderful blend of culture, calm, and creativity right in the heart of Delhi. The architecture is beautiful, with open courtyards, greenery, ponds and walkways that make you feel relaxed even though the city is around. The galleries and auditoriums are top-notch; there’s always some event or exhibition going on. If you love art, music, theatre or just thoughtful conversations, this place hits the spot. Food and cafés are decent — some places are cozy and nice, though not always cheap. me downsides: It can get busy during events, parking is a bit of a pain, and signage inside can be a little confusing.

I visited the India Habitat Centre, Delhi last month for an international conference, and I must say, it’s an incredible place. The surroundings are so serene and surreal — it feels like a calm oasis right in the middle of the city’s chaos. The architecture, open courtyards, and green spaces make it perfect not just for professional events but also for just hanging around and soaking in the ambience. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to visit again!

Great Experience at Habitat Centre Food Court! The Habitat Centre Food Court is a hidden gem in Delhi — clean, vibrant, and full of delicious options. The ambience is peaceful, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed evening meal. There’s a wide variety of cuisines — from Indian to Continental — and everything is freshly prepared and reasonably priced. The staff is polite, the hygiene standards are excellent, and the overall atmosphere feels very comfortable.

Aadhi Raat Ke Baad : The Stein Auditorium, IHC (Delhi) Went to watch this play at the India Habitat Centre. The place was well-maintained, clean and the auditorium had great ambience. The nearest metro is Jor Bagh - you can either walk from there or take a quick auto. The play itself was fantastic. The entire cast performed really well but the actor who played the thief stood out : absolutely brilliant portrayal. Overall, a memorable evening of theatre!

The India Habitat Centre is an absolute gem in the heart of Delhi! The architecture is stunning — red brick buildings connected by sky bridges, open courtyards, and spacious walkways framed by lush greenery. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, with a perfect blend of nature and structure. The landscaped gardens, potted plants lining every path, and beautiful fountains create a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. There’s a mix of open spaces for strolling and cozy nooks for quiet reflection. The lily pond area with warm lighting is particularly charming in the evening, while the central lawns and tree-lined avenues are perfect for a leisurely walk. The ambience transitions beautifully from day to night — golden sunsets over the brick facades give way to softly lit pathways and fountains under the night sky. Whether you’re here for a cultural event, a meeting, a meal, or just to enjoy some serene time outdoors, the IHC never disappoints. A must-visit for architecture lovers, nature enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city.

India Habitat Centre is one of the most vibrant cultural and intellectual hubs in Delhi. The campus is beautifully designed with lush green courtyards, open spaces, and eco-friendly architecture that make it very welcoming. It regularly hosts art exhibitions, plays, film screenings, and literary events, along with conferences and seminars, making it a perfect blend of culture and knowledge. The auditoriums and halls are well-maintained, and the restaurants offer a good variety of food. A must-visit place for anyone interested in art, culture, or simply spending some peaceful time in a lively environment.
