There are two Indian Summer restaurants in this country — one in St. Kitts and one in Nevis. I’ve tried both, and they’re equally good.
The food quality is consistent, and the flavors are always satisfying. We usually order different types of curry with Indian flatbread. My favorite is the spinach curry, which includes pieces that taste a bit like tofu.
We often get a mix of plain, butter, and garlic naan, along with mutton fried rice. Mango lassi is a must — it’s like a rich, creamy mango yogurt.
The interior design is very traditional Indian, which adds to the whole dining experience.
(I always cannot remember their food name)
