There were 8 of us, 2 were staying at the resort and the rest of us fairly local. We'd not eaten there since the new management and at first didn't quite understand the setup, with menus for the Indian cuisine and a board with other pub food. But we had quite a mixture of things among us, and all of it was very tasty. The chef was very accommodating - we asked if potatoes come with the lamb, and they made mash for us by request. Their service was really attentive, and they made the restaurant lovely in it's atmosphere, with the proprietor even amazing us with magic tricks that were really good! There weren't many people there, but it was nice that they pulled out the stops for us. We'll definitely be returning, and I hope they do well there.

Worst food I’ve ever had for such a high price for child portions, curry tasted like double cream the naan bread was burnt to a crisp dirty glasses don’t waste your money on this place

Within the grounds of the MacDonald resort but a separate restaurant. Unusual setup with restaurant adjacent to bar and slightly void of atmosphere. However the food was superb. Limited menu but freshly cooked and tasty. Owners very hands on and friendly. Would recommend for food rather than your usual Indian restaurant vibe. Well worth a visit

Attended for an evening meal, family in tow. The food is tasty, but the portions are barely enough for a child never mind a grown person with a full-sized stomach. The menu is fairly limited but the options are decent enough. Sadly, the prices are "hotel prices", even though this business is separate from the resort (something the resort is very keen to point out). So you end up paying quite a bit of money for not a lot of food and drink. Also, the location means that it's practically deserted and you'll be eating your meal in near isolation, if that kind of thing bothers you. The bar staff were excellent though, I never found out their name but she was happy, attentive and engaged with the whole family.

We were lucky to find this Indian restaurant, the food was delicious, authentic and tastes just like homemade. Very nice service and it was a delight to meet the restaurant owner Mayur Raj Verma who we recognised from the bollywood movies, he was a child actor, such a humble gentleman he is. This is a lovely restaurant in a stunning location, we were so happy we visited this place.

The owner and his wife were so helpful when we checked into Macdonald resort after hours. So we had to go for dinner the next night. Our dishes were amszing as well as desert. Portion sizes just right. The Naan was thinner than my preference. The Malbec wine was good. 3 hours of relaxation.

This restaurant has only been open since April '24 as I understand it, however, many of the reviews are from a previous restaurant with the same name. This is extremely misleading as the reviews suggest A 4.5 star rating which really couldn't be further from the truth. The grounds around the building look beautiful but once you get closer you can see the sad tired building and the interior is worse. The crisp white table cloths on the photos were replaced with bare tables and sticky homemade table mats. It's very much a 'this will do' interior. The owner was very friendly but didn't seem to know how to run a restaurant which is surprising as I understand he has done for many years. No plates cleared so we had to balance one plate on another to eat. Plastic water glasses which should have been thrown away. Questionable quality/freshness of poppadoms and sauces. Portion sizes, very small. One of our party was given chips with a congealed white sauce which was supposed to be cheesy chips. Another had coconut chicken with no coconut. I could go on. Needless to say, we won't go back.
