I always had good experiences at indigo precious metals. This time it is different. I made a non pre-order purchase and the website at that point says that the store has the stock. When I made the payment, the staff at the counter told me that they had no stock and I have to wait for vault delivery which is supposed to come last week but I received no call/message. I asked on WhatsApp on the tentative collection date, only to receive an apology with no answer. They immediately served me an AI bot after a human agent. I asked on email before the WhatsApp saga also received an apology, again with no collection date. I don't want an apology, I only want my purchase or the least is answer my question.
I paid non pre-order price only to receive nothing and until today, I still receive nothing. I have purchased from smaller bullion establishments, even though they appeared more unrefined/ ah beng, treats me with courtesy and gave me better service. If IPM don't want to serve small purchase then don't accept small purchase like bullionstar. now the scenario is IPM accepted it, received money and then give this treatment.
IPM please fix this. Below is a screenshot on the 31st Jan 2026. When I made the purchase, note your website still display in-stock and can pick up from shop.
