I've visited this location twice. And another location once. This Market Street location is by far better. Indi's is what it says: fast food. And it is DELICIOUS!!
Unlike it's Broadway location, this location's parking lot / outside area is clean. The drive-through menu is full of options for chicken, seafood (fish and shrimp), sides, desserts, etc. They thought of every way possible to prepare these items to satisfy your hunger.
I ordered wings and roll, cod fish sandwich, green beans, smoked baked beans, and cole slaw.
The wings are small, but they are nicely browned and super crunchy with a thin batter and plenty of meat. These small wings are the kind you pop right in your mouth, grab plenty of meat, and the bones comes out clean - know what I mean?!?! The cod fish was thinly battered as well. A very nice size to satisfy w/ two pieces of wheat bread that was soft and fresh. Both the wings and cod fish were 'not' greasy. Thank You!!! Each side item was nicely seasoned (really!) and very delicious. I will order them again. The cole slaw was fresh, juicy, and crunchy. Some cole slaws can be a bit dry.
My only complaint is that the two rolls that came with the wings weren't as fresh as the ones I had with my last visit. They were edible, but Indi's already proven they can do better.
The customer service has always been great. They don't have you waiting at the speaker forever, they handle their customers quickly when paying and receiving their food at the pick-up window, my orders have always been prepared quickly and accurate, and they've always been really friendly and courteous. Today I had to pull aside because my cod fish was being freshly fried. The wait wasn't long at all and the employee apologized for the wait and told me to have a great day. The Indi employees know how to give quality customer service even at a drive-through.
