The area is easy to access, with plenty of public transportation options and located really close to the main gate (Gate 10). The venue is quite large, so even with a huge crowd, it doesn’t feel too packed. There are several restrooms in the corners, and both escalators and regular stairs are available, so the flow of people doesn’t get too stuck or crowded. Inside the venue, it’s very cold, so bringing a jacket or outerwear is highly recommended. For concerts, it depends on the stage setup, but from the side near the middle of the tribune to the main stage, you can't really see what’s happening, you'll likely need the help of the large LED screens to catch the details. On the bright side, if you're sitting in the tribune section, you don’t have to worry about people’s heads blocking your view. Overall, it’s a pretty decent venue for concerts.

Great event place. The area’s temperature is just right. Not too cold nor hot. The perfect venue for a concert. Please provide more toilet outside the area! But other than that, proud of GBK for having this arena to hold international concerts

incredibly huge and accessible. j-hope Hope On the Stage in Indonesia Arena was my first ever concert i attended and it was such an amazing experience. very suitable for concert.

The air conditioning is perfectly cool, making the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The place is spotless and well-maintained.

Consider yourself lucky if your fave have upcoming concert in this venue. Well built for performances with execellent building acoustic. Had numerous proper restrooms and musholla. Located in the heart of Jakarta so it's convinient for commuting with public transportation.

We went here for stray kids concert on December 2024. I sat on the back chair (Cat 2, row 38) and it was so comfortable, it wasn't hot at all, cool air conditions and good air circulation, and we can see the stage clearly. Very nice place, well built for performances.

Quite ashamed to say Jakarta as the capital of Indonesia has only this arena to fit to do an international standard concert. It only has 3 lanes and one single entrance to first check QR code, then security check on bags and no food/drinks allowed to bring it, last is to verify the QR code validity. They should have opened up more entrances to do so but failed. Hence 45 minutes queue was nothing to them if you already arrived 1 hour before the show. No proper signage to show where the gates are for your tickets. Many of the staff was hired on temporary basis and lack of knowledge. Confusions everywhere. The interior not so bad but the spacing between chairs (VIP seats) are too narrow. Once your front seat pull back a bit you will feel your leg room is invaded. May cause unnecessary arguments. The staff who supposed to control the order just stood at the tail back. Being lucky only that it was big star JJ Lin's show that comforted us. Don't think will ever return to this place again. Judge yourself, it is a vast difference from concert I attended before, may be take Singapore as example which is properly guided, many entry points to go in and superb infrastructure to disperse the crowd.
