The staff, attention to detail, and quality of output is simply the best in town. Tony and his crew bring the same level of effort to small jobs that they apply to the larger quantity orders. I would highly recommend working with them, as they patiently educated me on trade-offs and were transparent on pricing and timing.

These guys are awesome! John was super helpful in getting my order sorted out promptly and it was all turned around much faster than I expected. I ordered some American Apparel wholesale shirts and the price was great considering I wasn't purchasing the shirts wholesale myself. Will return for sure!

We needed a last minute project done when traveling to Austin (we had all the artwork) we just needed 15 shirts printed. Not only were they extremely prompt, but they also were very flexible with the pricing and extremely fair. I have worked with many print shops because so many are hit or miss, and this is a 100% HIT. The shirts had GREAT quality prints! If you live in Austin, or visit Austin and need a project done, see these guys!

I haven't had a single print shop in Austin work as hard for/with me as Industry Print Shop has. It's been that way from the very beginning. I had a project and called/emailed several printshops...Industry was not only one of 4 to actually respond out of like 10, but they were the first shop to respond and ONLY to do so within 24hrs. Pricing is the best in the area and quality is not sacrificed. I always go to Industry. I'm not a HUGE client, but they don't treat me like I'm not. They get my orders done, communicate, and present all of my orders with speed and priority. My favorite shop.

Nothing bad to say about Industry Print Shop. I repair screen printing and other production machinery. I've known them for years and they take care of business. Their shop is clean and the folks that work there understand quality and consistency. I knew them when they were a small shop and they have had consistent growth every year. In an area that is saturated with screen printers, that says it all right their.

I had a really good experience working with them on design and printing of art posters on really lovely high quality paper. I am happy with the turn around and the gracious people who I worked with. This place is an Austin gem.

AWESOME! I've worked with several companies in the past, and none have completed our screen printed t-shirts this fast. John was amazing with quotes, design ideas, and communicating all steps in the process. It seems like just a few days ago we were asking for quotes on our Raglan baseball-style shirts from 7-8 different companies. John at Industry was the only one to simplify this process, offer easy ways to format our art (which saved a few bucks), and have a sample shirt on hand for us to check out before we ordered. We set up the order, and within a few days the job was done! Oh, let's not forget the pricing. Outstanding! These shirts were printed for a school district department/event, and even with the upgraded shirt option, the quote came in way under the other three for the same art printed on a standard/cheap t-shirt (some of the other companies didn't even reply with a quote for our job. :( ) Don't doubt these most recent 5-star reviews. If you need it done quickly and correctly, go with Industry. We'll be back with them next year, guaranteed.

I've been a merchandiser for many years for local Austin bands and I've been working with Peter F. at Industry on several projects. I prefer to work in-person, especially initially, and Peter was most accommodating. I also enjoy learning as much about my trade as possible and he provided me with that hands-on experience which I really appreciated. Their team did fantastic work on all the apparel I ordered, they know the printing process inside and out, and they are also available for your graphic arts needs. I look forward to continuing to work with Peter and Industry Print Shop on future orders.

I have nothing but great things to say about industry print shop! I worked with James to print about 100 t-shirts. He was helpful every step of the way, from picking the ideal shirt to print on, to sending updated price quotes whenever I changed my mind about something. The printing itself was so fast, that they finished and had my shirts ready before I even knew they'd started! And they looked perfect. The best part for me was that their prices were the lowest I'd found anywhere, online or in town. FIVE. STARS.

So easy! We ran out of shirts in the middle of our tour and IPS was able to speak with me on the phone and get a rush order in for a weeks production and a pick up and at a great price. Peter was great to speak with on the phone, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Tony at Industry is so awesome! I had a last minute idea for shirts for a birthday surprise.... At other print shops around town, even ones with great reviews I was told they could not help me (even though I was willing to pay their expensive rush fees).... Tony, however told me no problem from the get go. He communicated effectively and professionally, listened to my needs, and was flexible (and patient) as my order changed. When I told him what I was looking for as far as shirts go, he didnt waste my time, he pointed me to the best shirts for the price and made it easy on me. I never had to worry about the quality. The shirts turned out on time, and amazing! They were ready exactly when he said they would be, looked better than the proofs, exceeding any expectations I could of had. I could not be more pleased. Will be back to Industry when the need arises. Great work!

I had some posters printed with Industry, and had quite a few concerns about feasibility since I'd never printed a highly detailed light design on dark paper. Tony and crew went above and beyond to ensure excellent communication and quality assurance. I'll definitely be coming back for all future poster printing projects.

Overhyped, overpriced and overrated. Got some shirts through this place and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. My order was messed up twice and had to return the shirts for obvious, glaring mistakes. Not only was the owner rude, but he also insulted my artwork. The rumors about this place being ran by assholes is true. Avoid this shop at all cost.

I would highly recommend Industry to anyone. They are very reasonable in pricing. They give back to the community. Also their quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Industry Print shop through my marketing job. They specialize in screen printing but we threw them a new project by asking if they could print my company's logo on over a hundred yoga mats. Once I was able to get in touch with the right person at Industry they were understanding of our vision and although they hadn't printed on a similar substance before they made us a sample before turning us down. I appreciated that they went outside of the box to help us complete the project. I loved the way they turned out!

Tony at Industry is always a huge help when we need shirts or koozi's printed. Industry gets us taken care of quickly, at a minimal price and we have yet to be disappointed with the finished product.

I was left in a lurch while I was working with another individual who promised a great price and knowledgeable service while trying to get our family reunion shirts ordered and printed. I contact Industry Print Shop as a last minute effort and I couldn't have been more lucky in finding these guys! James was quick to answer questions, emails, phone calls, and all my concerns, PLUS the job was able to be completed quicker than expected and fabulously. The cherry on top was that he ended up saving my family a few more dollars than expected. I will definitely go to Industry for any future business I may be needing.

We needed some shirts for an event and we needed them on time. Our previous print company took over a month and a half to complete a small 30 shirt order AND there were issues with how they turned out. I checked prices with a few folks and Industry gave us the most competitive price possible. What happened after that has made me a customer for life. Understand, we were getting a medium/small size run of about 100-150 shirts, had a tight budget AND only a 3 week turnaround time to get them done. I reached out to Tony on Monday, he called me the same day to get the blanks ordered. Wednesday he asked me about the print style and confirmed that they'd be done by noon....they were done by 11A. 3 days....110 shirts. 3days! Now look, I don't expect such a fast turn around often, I think we got them at the perfect time but anything is better than a month and a half for an order about a 3rd of the size. The staff there is friendly and Tony is the best. I love Industry and the job I work 9-5 and my own businesses will ONLY deal with Industry. The customer service is beyond excellent and the product is simply amazing.

Please don't go here! They are very unprofessional and have a lot of excuses has to why things can't get done. BE AWARE!!
