Indy Hostel

This place is amazing! I had the opportunity to meet the owners and Wow, the nicest, most genuine people ever. The grounds are pretty cool and there is quite a bit of space for being so conveniently located to Broad Ripple. On my most recent visit there was a little bit of finish work happening following their recent renovations and upgrades. The craftsmanship and quality is really nice and the upgrades are equally nice. All in all it is a wonderful place and one I have been pleased to spend time in.

This was one of the best hostels I have stayed in! It is extremely clean, well organized, and at a really good price. There are plenty of common areas to enjoy and the entire place has a homey and cozy feel. Every room is well-decorated and aesthetically pleasing! I felt very comfortable and safe for my entire stay. I would highly recommend the Indy Hostel to anyone and I do not have a single complaint about it!

I loved staying this little hostel! It was nice and safe and very pleasant. The main thing to know is that the bathrooms don't offer any amenities. Not even hand soap. So you'll need to bring all the toiletries you might need. They do provide coffee which you can brew in the morning. The kitchen is nice and has pans, plates, and utensils that you can use. When I stayed there they didn't have any bikes available, contrary to what the booking site said. I'd say the service is far less than what I've experienced at other hostels. I didn't get a great tour or introduction to the place. I had to talk to other guests to figure out what to do about a towel. I never figured out laundry. The owners don't really spend much time at the hostel. I think you can get the help you need if you call them, but you have to call. But beside all that, I'm looking forward to staying at this hostel again for my next visit to Indy!

A great place to stay on a budget. My daughter and I stayed in a private room with an en suite bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. The other guests at the hostel were friendly and quiet. We were able to start a fire in the backyard fire pit and my daughter enjoyed relaxing in the hammock. There is coffee and tea available to make at any time. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Friendly and helpful staff and we will definitely stay again when we're in town.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The hostel was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The other guests were friendly and fun to meet. The co-ed dormitory was really well-priced for just needing a place to rest for the night. I'll definitely stay again!

I just stayed there with a group of friend and had a blast. The staff was very awesome and accommodating. They always made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The location was in walking distance to some bars and restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and had suggestions for any type of outing that we wanted to embark on. Probably the best hostel I have been to.

Luxurious!! This hostel is such a retreat style stay that it surprised me - what find! Spacious, SUPER STYLISH & immaculately clean accommodations throughout. Modern yet with a retro theme - best of now and then that gives a comfortable ambiance I love. I will so stay here again. And that’s not even mentioning the staff who are so genuinely friendly and caring that I have to say they do this from the heart. I feel like I’m in a Bed & Breakfast except with the fun of a hostel.

Our basement room was VERY musty smelling. We considered leaving, but stayed since we'd already paid for the night. Very convenient to the Morning Trail, just two miles south of the trendy Broad Ripple neighborhood, cute courtyard, most residents seemed to be European college age travelers. I'm sure I'd have liked the place if the room we're not so musty smelling.
