I am not a huge fan of drinking tea, but this place makes you fall in love with the idea at least. You must feel the vibes inside. I would love having the chance to stop by one day when it’s raining outside, I truly believe the atmosphere is magical. There is no loud music, which makes the place perfect for discussions or reflections. I recommend a reservation in advance, it is usually full and almost no chance of finding a free spot.

I have been wanting to have afternoon tea for a bit so when I came across Infinitea I was really excited. I traveled by way of Metro and it was very simple to get there. Take the red/yellow line to Eroilor and then walk like 10 minutes. It’s in what looks like a multifamily home, next to a set of colorful stairs. The cafe is on the first floor, it is dimly lit on the inside with antique furniture and fixtures. There are plenty books to read if you like. The outside area is perfect for warmer days, spacious and dreamy. I went to find a seat and then went to wash my hands. I give them 5 extra points because this is one of the first establishments in this country to have hand lotion in the bathroom 😍 esp. since the weather is getting colder. There was one waitress when I went she was nice. But wasn’t around much as she had a lot of people to tend to. I ordered the Queen’s plate and a spiced chai. The tea came out first, it was very hot and came in a nice white porcelain kettle. It came with honey and a shot of milk on the side. I rate the tea 3/5. I was expecting Spiced chai to already come with milk mixed in it and the tea to be a stronger black tea like how it’s suppose to be. The Queen’s plate was a nice assortment of thinly sliced and toasted bread that all had a layer of cream cheese spread and different toppings: 1. Gorgonzola w. Pear: was nice, personally, I don’t like moldy cheese — 2/5 2. Cream cheese, smoked salmon with cucumbers and a quail egg: LOVED. You can’t go wrong with this combo — 5/5 3. Brie with Prosciutto: I don’t eat pork so I removed it and used the honey with the brie instead and that was divine! — 4/5 4. Cream cheese, orange slices and cooked shrimp: this was an unexpectedly GOOD combo. One of my favorites on the platter, but it gets a lower score because the shrimp wasn’t completely deveined —3/5 5. Cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes & pistachios: simple and delicious! — 4/5 The platter also came with gorgonzola stuffed dates (again removed the cheese, and the dates would have hit SOO much harder if it were medjool, but 🤷‍♀️) and macarons which were perfect! Crisp on the outside chewy in the inside and the perfect size. I ended up paying $36 for everything, not quite worth the money, but the queen’s platter is the priciest thing on the menu, everything else is reasonable. The overall experience is a 4/5. With some minor improvements they can be a 5/5. I would absolutely revisit Infinitea and try other dishes on their menu. And I recommend others to try them out when in Bucharest. 😘✌️

I always find myself coming back to Infinitea! It's truly a gem and when you want a quick meal or would like to sit down for a special blend tea this is the place to come. Their garden is gorgeous and very nice to sit in on summer evenings. The interior is classy and has a great ambience which would draw anyone in just based on how it looks. The menu contains some quick meals, like soups, quiches and dessert. They serve cold teas to fit the temperature and the hot infusions are numerous and hard to choose from. All around wonderful tea house and quaint spot to spend an afternoon in.

A gem for these times and this society. It is like a time travel in an oasis of silence, quality music and amazing teas.

I was here two times. Inside the teahouse the atmosphere is cozy and they also have a beautiful garden but always full with customers. The location is beautiful and worth a visit. The serving is awfully slow. For food I had duck toast and was good. The cold teas we didn’t like.

This is my favorite place in Bucharest, however, during my recent visits, I left with such a bad experience. Yes, the place is nice, and the teas are great, but my question is: why does it take 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our order? And why does it take more than 15 minutes to prepare a tea? I didn’t order a steak, I only asked for a tea. It’s crazy to me!
