Infinity Resort Tropea (Tropea, Calabria) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Minutes up the Calabrian coast from the town of Tropea is Infinity Resort, a smallish and quite luxurious hotel that stands high on a headland above the rocky shore, with views of the Tyrrhenian Sea that no doubt inspired the Infinity name. There’s a touch of a nautical theme here, inspired by those views out to sea, and the resort’s infinity pool, with its own panoramic view, is a highlight." - Tablet Hotels

This hotel was absolutely fab, location is perfect with beautiful sun sets from the rooftop or the private beach. Staff are very attentive and kind. Plenty of space, brilliant food. Easy to get to town and get the train to Tropea. No need to even leave! Would definitely come back. Thank you! Only bad thing was the neighbouring hotel. They sometimes play loud music and repeat the same song for 30 seconds on a loop for hours

What a very pleasant surprise by the hospitality, quality of food, attention to detail, and accommodations to a local town. Despite arriving and realizing it was away from the main town of tropea, we were quickly greeted and surrounded by hospitality for every amenity necessary. There is a experience of walking the beautiful pathway down to the beach where umbrellas and patio chairs. Await you. This hotel is drying very hard to accommodate each and every one of us. We truly appreciate this experience.p

It was a very, very good hotel, I can only recommend it. Very friendly staff, especially Frederica and the cleaning staff are very polite and courteous. The facility is clean and the breakfast is good. The dinner on the other hand is relatively expensive and a little more upmarket. (but you have to try the cheese cake – its very nice :)) We would love to come back! Best regards!

A Perfect Stay in Tropea We had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Infinity Resort in Tropea, and honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location was ideal – a peaceful escape from the busy streets, with breathtaking views of the ocean and a private beach just below. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. While the rooms were nice, they could use some improvements in terms of decor. They felt a bit bland and lacked character. We also noticed some damage to the walls that had been patched up, but the repairs weren't done to the highest standard. Additionally, the shower area showed some rust around the grout. We felt the rooms could be better maintained for a luxury resort like this. The gardens too, need to be better maintained. That said, the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including sweet pastries and cakes. The pool area was perfect – spacious, with comfortable lounge beds under the palm trees, making it a truly relaxing spot to unwind. There is also a private beach club 10 mins driveaway that is free to Infinity guests. Lounge beds and umbrellas included. We also had the pleasure of meeting Alessandro, a new staff member who took care of us by the pool. He was attentive, friendly, and truly a standout in customer service. For someone his age, his professionalism and maturity were impressive, and it was a pleasure to have him around as we relaxed by the pool. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely return. The beauty of the location and the hospitality made it a memorable stay.

A beautiful relaxing place. I have to say this trip was one of our best Infinity Resort is a quiet resort about 3km outside Tropea. Behind a gated entrance is a pristine, calm and welcoming hotel on several tiers. The sea front is down a meandering cliff walk alive with wildlife, just bright and beautiful. The pool area is spotless overseen by a really lovely, helpful and polite Lifeguard. Pool towels need to be asked for but you can do that either through him or through the staff in the restaurant. The rooms cool and clean, serviced daily by an unseen housekeeping staff. |The beds are comfortable and nothing was any bother, extra pillows and a blanket were supplied on request. Reception staff so nice, polite and helpful. |Breakfast was delicious and served in the restaurant by the pool each day of our 5 day stay. Restaurant staff a couple a little standoffish but didn’t impact us. We only had lunch on one day but the chicken salad was one of the nicest we had in a long time. |If you’re coming to southern Italy definitely check out this gorgeous place.

We liked the place, the beach is amazing, staff very helpful, and it did not let much space to work, mainly because the Internet never made it my room;-)

Nice hotel but like most hotels in Italy maintenance is sometimes not performed as it should be. Grounds could use some better care ,broken tiles fixed, mismatched moldings and runny paint should not be in a hotel at this price point. Pool is utra warm ,like a bathtub and not refreshing on a hot day. The sea is not accessible to most people .it is a dangerous climb on rocks to get to the water. Hotel should consider digging out a small are and placing a small ladder for easier and safer access. Rooms were clean with clean bedding , floor in shower was marble ,it was stained and should be replaced. Staff was nice and efficient and spoke English. Food was good with an excellent breakfast. Good but could be better.

It’s a very nice hotel in a quiet but beautiful location. The rooms were always very clean, we had a view over the sea and the breakfast was always quite pleasant with a wide variety of foods. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The nearest city Parghelia was only 5 minutes away if you walked and Tropea around 30 min walking distance (10 min by car). The hotel itself does not however have a sand beach (rather a stone one), although it does have a private access to the sea. I think it’s perfect for short or longer stays for couples or families without small children. But still, the hotel has a very nice pool and the nearest sand beach is about 15-20 min away.
