Restaurant appearance and general ambience was quite nice. Food was disappointing. My partner ordered a pasta dish. The pasta wasn’t made fresh, she was served what can only be described as supermarket dehydrated and boiled penne pasta, with what appeared to be pre-cooked packaged chicken slices in it. You would expect for the price point that the pasta would have at least been made properly. My partner raised her disappointment with the waitress, but there was no apology and no attempt to make things right. I had a chicken katsu burger which was fine, but it was just a piece of breaded oven chicken on a roll with some curry sauce, nothing wrong with it but nothing special either. The service wasn’t great, the waiters and waitresses lacked basic niceties and seemed quite disinterested. They just took our orders and left without any pleasantries. We were not asked if our meal was ok until after we had finished and they came to take the plates away.

This is a very nice hotel and it is surrounded by beautiful grounds. Now our 5th visit! ||Food was excellent in the Palomina restaurant. I opted for the half Palomina pizza and half pasta with king prawns. Delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive and the service was great, ||Breakfast was excellent. It was all buffet but everything was cooked to perfection. Well done to the new chef! Also loved the new Nespresso coffee machines, selection of fruit and pastries. ||Nice to see a few horses in the fields. Would recommend giving it a try as it is very relaxing and only 15 minutes outside Glasgow town centre.

I had my wedding here last week and we are so glad we chose Ingliston. Our day went so well because of all the staff that made it happen and worked so hard to make sure everything ran the way it was planned out. ||My wedding planner Stephanie and all the events team from booking our wedding to the actual wedding day would do all they could to help me if and when I needed it.|| The staff were just amazing Nicola was fantastic at looking after us. Stephanie was running about fluffing my dress throughout the photos making sure we were all okay carting us anywhere we needed to go. Roxy came to check in on us on the morning and see if we needed anything. The bar/waiting staff were great everything ran so smoothly. Darren was brilliant I really couldn’t fault anything. The set up team made the place look amazing. The food was delicious.||All the guests were saying how great the place was and how well ran it was from start to finish. It truly is a beautiful place to have a wedding. The grand marquee is just breath taking. We highly recommend this place for a wedding we have no regrets booking here infact they made everything so perfect for us. ||Thank you to all the staff and the staff behind the scenes the kps the house keeping who kept the place clean and welcoming for all our guests who stayed over. You really are such a great team||Mr & Mrs Kerr 💕

The Country Club is set on amazing grounds with beautiful panoramic views, really quite breathtaking. There was no fridge in the room (stayed in the main hotel) and although the room was small it did everything you needed. Comfy bed, very clean and tidy and all the other standard amenities. The meal we had in the restaurant was lovely, very well presented and the staff were brilliant, very polite and helpful. The car charging on site, might've been me but I couldn't get any of the charge points to work. I did raise this and was told this would be reported but nothing came of it. No real complaints, a great place I would be more than happy to go back to.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our Nieces wedding. Rooms very expensive and this was just a basic room. All staff were fantastic and the hotel grounds amazing. The Grand Marquee was lovely for the wedding venue

Room was basic, but very comfortable and cleaned everyday. The restaurant and bar are a minutes walk from the hotel. Bar staff were friendly, was able to just sit at the bar without booking a table. Food was really good, would recommend the strawberry tarts. Great selection of gins and whiskies.
