We Had a great staycation with my Pangga, many times..I love the property! The place is accessible fo all. I really like the ambiance and The Room Attendant so attentive and polite! He knows is everything what we need. Kuddos to Jaymark Lenaming our Room attendant every time when stayed in Injap Hotel..you are the most valuable assets to the company! We recently stayed at Injap Tower hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick.The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-stocked during our stay.The location was perfect – close to SM Iloilo but still quiet enough to relax. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend Injap Tower Hotel to anyone visiting Iloilo City, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!.

The service was excellent! The room attendants were very proactive—they would kindly offer to clean the room without having to be asked. The staff were genuinely friendly, greeting guests with a smile even beyond their duty hours.The food was delicious, though slightly on the pricey side. I do hope they consider setting up a designated smoking area; if they do, I wouldn’t think twice about coming back.Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly recommend this place.

I arrived around nighttime,Room was clean although first night wifi wasn’t working in my room I called the front desk and they told me they will send technician tomorrow morning,Still the wifi is not stable even though the technician fixed it. Also my shower was leaking they fixed it but it took some time so I decided to go down and ask to transfer to a new room but they said they will fix both wifi and shower first before letting me transfer. although I said Im gonna go out I cant wait till they fix it,I let them enter my room without me .When I came back everything was fine already also nothing in my things went missing.

The wifi is a disappointment. If you have a Samsung phone be prepared to ask for a pocket wifi. Otherwise no WiFi for you. The wifi is inconsistent. The Gym has only one treadmill and it only work for a day or two. The gym is closed at 8pm as well. To make the long story short, if you value a reliable wifi and a functional gym, go somewhere else. The manager and supervisor were receptive and respectful though. The staff are all great as well.

Very accommodating! All the staff are courteous and very hospitable.I borrowed Ilan iron to press my curled outfit for my daughter's graduation.i expect extra payment for this extra service given but no extra charges were served.The breakfast buffet is so good! The food is great as well.pverll I give them a perfect rating and I would highly recommend this place!

Great Stay in a Convenient Location||||This hotel is in a great location—very accessible to public transportation and right across from SM Mall and plenty of dining options. The room was exceptionally clean, and they provided ample towels and toiletry kits. The staff were excellent—very welcoming and ready to assist with luggage the moment you arrive at the entrance. My experience with this hotel is a bit of mix feeling. The price is very fair and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The shower is clean and spacious. I waited and waited for the hot water in the shower but never came, I didn’t really care but the only thing I could not accept was the air conditioner in room 2005. It didn’t cool enough to get a good night sleep

We really like this hotel in Iloilo City. The location is prime just right across SM Iloilo. The room was clean and they have buffet breakfast for two at the top floor (21) Horizon Cafe. You can enjoy the view of Iloilo while enjoying a cup of coffee and savoring your Pinoy breakfast.
