Great Stay in a Convenient Location||||This hotel is in a great location—very accessible to public transportation and right across from SM Mall and plenty of dining options. Staff and location are the edge of the place. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is literally across SM city. There's a 7/11 and savemore downstairs where you can easily buy your grocery needs. Buffet breakfast isnt worth it though.|Had better ones in cheaper hotels around the city. No outlet by the bedside too. Only 1 outlet for a 3 bedroom room.

My experience with this hotel is a bit of mix feeling. The price is very fair and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The shower is clean and spacious. I waited and waited for the hot water in the shower but never came, I didn’t really care but the only thing I could not accept was the air conditioner in room 2005. It didn’t cool enough to get a good night sleep

Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. However, the pool can do better and use improvements in terms of cleanliness. It’s right in front of SM City Iloilo and surrounded by many restaurants and establishments, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were soundproof, so we had a peaceful and restful stay.Another highlight was the hotel’s affordable tours. We booked one, and it was well-organized and definitely worth the price. The staff also gave great recommendations and assisted us with everything we needed.Overall, we had a great time at Injap Hotel. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Iloilo—great location, friendly staff, and good value for money. Highly recommended!

overall a budget-friendly and okay stay that i would still consider if i visit iloilo for next time. staff are somewhat helpful, was able to answer our queries, but didn’t offer to help us with our baggage going up the room. it’s an observation, though we don’t exactly mind. however, we appreciated it enough that they stowed our baggage while we waited for check in and explored the city. we did actually get a room earlier than check in. didn’t stay for long enough to actually explore all the services, but i’ve broken down below per category of memorable highlights for injap.

Clean 2 star hotel with friendly staff. Only 2 out of 3 elevators were working though and the lobby is small so it was a bit cramp and lines were long. But the staff are very helpful which makes up for the situation. No comment re the pool, gym, and hotel food. There is 7-11 in the bldg which is very convenient.

Everything I am looking for in a hotel. They have a mini fridge, a microwave, water heater, hot water, they also have a mini pool and a gym, and the restaurant at the top has very good views of the city. There’s also a thriving food scene on the streets near the hotel at night.

We really like this hotel in Iloilo City. The location is prime just right across SM Iloilo. The room was clean and they have buffet breakfast for two at the top floor (21) Horizon Cafe. You can enjoy the view of Iloilo while enjoying a cup of coffee and savoring your Pinoy breakfast.
