I rarely write reviews but I had to share my amazing stay at INK Amsterdam! Firstly, I want to compliment the staff - so friendly and attentive. No task was ever too big and they were always quick to attend to our needs. The location is spot on, right in the centre which meant we were able to walk to majority of the sights and attractions. I was really impressed with our room, it was far bigger in person - the photos online do not do it justice. I also enjoyed the quirky design of the room (make sure you take the time to read the taglines on the wall)! As a fellow hospitality worker, I honestly cannot fault this hotel - 5*s from me :)

We arrived on the afternoon of valentine's day to be told we'd been given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. From the moment we walked in to the hotel from the moment we left, every interaction with the staff was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. The room was divine. We can't wait to come back

Despite my multiple visits, this trip was dedicated to work. I can tell you that the hotel met my expectations in terms of location and laundry service. The variety of breakfast options was appropriate for the price, and the reception staff were excellent. I recommend staying there.

We stayed here a few nights at the beginning of January. Overall it was a good stay, but our room was incredibly small, even by European standards. Our 2 twin beds along with our 2 bags took up the entire room and we would have to move for each other in order to get around the beds to the bathroom. However, it was a comfortable room and we had a good stay. My only complaint would be the pillows which were not that great. The bathroom was a nice design and very clean. Almost all the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute we checked in to the person who helped keep our Uber waiting for us because it arrived too quickly when we were heading to the airport. The cleaning staff was also very friendly, which is a nice plus. The location is good and is easy to walk to a lot of areas that we were visiting. Overall it was a good stay.

This was my first time visiting Amsterdam and I am glad I booked INK Hotel Amsterdam. The hotel is in the perfect location for accessing all the famous attractions by foot or a short tram ride. The hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast is superb. But it’s the people that work there that make this hotel extra special. Everyone that I encountered is really friendly and helpful. The staff created a happy atmosphere and it was noticed. Amsterdam is such a great city and when I return I’ll definitely book INK Hotel Amsterdam again.

This hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly located in the heart of Amsterdam. The staff are incredibly sweet and kind-hearted. A special shoutout to Michelle at the front desk—she is wonderful and made our stay even more special. Thank you so much for making our visit truly memorable.
