Loved our stay. Great location. Easy to get to anything. So much within walking distance and the tram is right outside. Loved that they let us check in early since our room was ready. The room is a little tight and the refrigerator doesn’t really cool but the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Staff was great, very professional and did their absolute best to help with any questions and always friendly.

We had a lovely stay at INK hotel in Amsterdam. Booked as part of a 50th birthday weekend, there were kind little touches on arrival that made us feel welcome. At all times the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable. The whole hotel had a cool boutique feel and a stylish aesthetic. Great location, easily walkable to the station, and the city centre. I wonderful place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at INK Hotel! The location was brilliant — just a short walk to all the major sights and Central Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. It’s perfectly placed for exploring the city on foot. The hotel has a stylish boutique feel that really sets it apart. We were especially impressed by the beautifully designed rooms — modern, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We loved the unique map-themed wall decor, which added a fun and local twist. The soft bathrobes were another little luxury that made the stay feel extra special. The staff were amazing throughout, especially the team at the front desk who were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had such a great experience and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a chic, well-located base in the city!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in an ideal location—just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station and within easy reach of all the main sights. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.||From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and full of helpful suggestions on places to eat and how to get around. Nothing was too much trouble, and their genuine kindness made our celebration trip feel extra special.||The hotel has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed—we especially loved the creative writing on the wall, which gave it such character. The bathrobes were a lovely touch too!||This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again and again.

We stayed here for 5n during our recent trip to Amsterdam and I have to say that we weren't entirely impressed. There were a few negatives that made the experience a lot less than what we expected, especially compared to other Mgallery properties across Asia and Europe that we've stayed at. ||It all started during check-in as we had arrived early and although we didn't expect to get the room immediately, we also didn't expect to wait till 30m before official check-in time to get the room. Anyway, given that we were aware of the policy, we can't really blame them for this but it did surprise us nonetheless. We had booked a deluxe room and the room that was allotted to us turned out to be much smaller than advertised and this definitely wasn't something we were happy about. Thankfully, Mauro, at the front desk, helped us correct this on the next day when we pointed this out and shifted us to a room which was much more spacious and well lit up. The other issue was that the air conditioning never seemed to work, even though we turned it to the lowest possible setting. Also we noticed that umbrellas had to be rented near the reception.... hardly something we'd expected from a hotel where you're paying close to 500 EUR a night.||It wasn't all bad though.... The staff were genuinely friendly and warm and we loved chatting with Nicole and Aditya during our visit to the bar and restaurant. Mauro, as mentioned earlier deserves a 👍 for his efforts in addressing our concerns. The breakfast buffet had a good spread of options available and the taste was quite good with a lot of healthy options...the coffee from the machine was disappointing though. Some of the drinks we had at the bar were truly amazing and made us want to keep coming back every day. ||The room had all the amenities needed and the bed was very comfortable. The entire place was kept very clean and the wallpaper in the room added a quirky touch. The location of the hotel is very close to the central station and hence walking distance to a lot of places, and a tram stop is also nearby.||Overall, despite the minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay here, thanks largely to the people at the property.

We chose INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery Collection because it is located in the real center of Amsterdam with access to all hotspots. The hotel has rich history as the former home of the Dutch newspaper De Tijd, you can feel it everywhere in the interiors and decorations-it is very interesting. We were welcomed at the reception by a very friendly receptionist Joanne, who explained everything to us. Sweet surprises, a kind greeting and INK bags awaited us in the room. There was also a coffee machine, excellent teas and a minibar with a rich selection. We really appreciated the high-quality cosmetics from the Codage. Our stay was booked with breakfast. Breakfast is served as a hot and cold buffet, we really appreciated the selection of fresh juices, the excellent breadpudding and upon request the chef will prepare other types of eggs (some are included, but for example Benedict eggs you have to pay extra). During our stay we also visited the hotel restaurant PRESSROOM (you can read more about the restaurant in our next review). There is a small gym in the hotel. Despite the small defects in cleaning service, we were very satisfied and we will remember our stay in Amsterdam forever thanks to the incredibly well-coordinated and friendly staff.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The location is an absolute vow & connects so well to the city center. It has good neat and clean rooms although the room sizes are slightly smaller. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in central Amsterdam & want a good connecting rooms for family. I have often had a strong bias & generally found only Asian & African Hotels being more friendly & with better customer service. But for once I was amazed at the hospitality & the warmth of the staff at INK Amsterdam Hotel. Each and every staff right from the front end reception to every member in the restaurant bar Press room was amazing to deal with. I would say we would have interacted with over 8 staff members during our stay & each one of them very so wonderful.

Location is Perfect. It cannot get better when you have to see around Amsterdam city or walk around in the city center. Trams, Trains and Taxis are all very conveniently available from outside the hotel. We did not take breakfast at the hotel because you just dont need to. You have plenty of options nearby to try various pan cakes and other options. Hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are not big but not small either. Staff at reception was once very rude but I guess might have been one off instance. Overall we were happy with the property.
