Ink Hotel Melbourne Southbank

They put us in a very small room and awkwardly-shaped. The room didn’t smell well but we managed since we stayed for only two nights. The shower is great though. The staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is good and location is excellent.

We stayed one night, 2 couples with a room each...."Pocket" small rooms very clean and good space/value being for the one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with some luggage storage while our room was to be ready (we were a few hours early)...We had drinks the night of our stay- good atmosphere/comfortable) - then all had breakfast next morning of departure. Very good menu options, with each meals very enjoyable.

The hotel's location offers significant convenience due to its proximity to various amenities. However, the guest experience could be enhanced by improving the concierge's customer service, as the initial interaction during check-in was perceived as less than welcoming. While the room was adequately presentable, its size, cleanliness, and the audibility of sounds from adjacent rooms were noted as drawbacks. Given these observations, a repeat booking was reconsidered.

A great visit! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean, including all the amenities you may need. The location was walking distance to the main city attractions and a short walk from public transport.

Incredible service! Staff were so supportive, helpful and kind. They made sure I felt safe and comfortable when a situation arose (unrelated), just so lovely cannot thank the staff enough. The space was modern and inviting, with good facilities and were able to accomodate some last minute changes (can't say that happens often I appreciated the effort), great coffee and located a short walk from CBD hotspots. I always appreciate accomodation that prioritises sustainability. Seeing other visitors pups was a plus! For all of the above and the cost, it is worth it and I highly recommend

Outstanding hotel. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Though premises are modest, rooms are incredibly quite and staff have a first-class attitude in terms of customer service. Food from the kitchen was surprisingly good too; especially the Indian dishes.

Fantastic dog friendly have gorgeous don’t sofas, bowls and adorable toys you can take with you as ours loved playing fetch with them. They also supply doggy toilet bags. Beds are amazing and shower is incredible the water pressure is like no other. You can even wash your dogs with the hose coming off.

Stayed 3 nights for a business conference. Chose Ink Hotel for its quiet, budget-friendly location—slept well despite being a light sleeper. Room was small but cozy, and housekeeping was great. The bed was a bit short; I’m 5'8" and just fit, so taller guests might struggle. The $100 hold took 4 days to return, which isn’t great policy. Breakfast was basic, would’ve preferred a toastie or croissant with proper coffee. Front desk staff weren’t very welcoming either. Overall, decent value but room for improvement.
