If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
It started when our bathroom in Room 1304 flooded, soaking the entire floor. We had to repack all our belongings, lug them downstairs (with no offer of help or an apology), and move. We were "upgraded" to Room 0415, which turned out to be a clear downgrade—a much smaller, open-plan room. We were lied to.
But the worst part was the staff. We spoke to the person who identified herself as the manager. When we calmly explained why we were upset, she was curt, defensive, and as we were speaking, she literally rolled her eyes at us. Her only "solution" was to offer to move us again at 10 PM at night.
She offered zero compensation for this entire ordeal. We were the ones who had to suggest a solution, at which point she gave us a single "free drink" voucher—the same one they give for skipping room cleaning. It was a complete insult.
To top it all off, we sent a formal, detailed complaint email to management and have been completely ignored. No reply. They clearly do not care about their guests or take accountability for their failures.
Do not stay here. The service is disrespectful, the management is non-existent, and the location isn't even that convenient.
