Ink Hotel Melbourne Southbank

The hotel location is excellent. You are just 10 mins walk over the river to the train station. Beyond that you have the city. In the other direction you have the botanical gardens. The tram service is extensive and easy to use. There are also plenty of lively restaurants along the river.||The hotel room was perfect for what we needed. Bed and pillows were great. The shower was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The value of this hotel is exceptional, and aside from it being a comfortable hotel for its price range, what really makes it is the staff. Every single staff member made me feel hugely welcome and went above and beyond. I do want to name check Chloe especially. As a disabled guest, she was hugely sensitive in offering me help in a very subtle way and without any patronisation and she really added to my stay here. Thank you Ink Hotel and all the staff, and especially Chloe.

We had such a relaxing stay here! The bed was super comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for places to visit nearby. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to trams and shopping areas. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Melbourne!

They put us in a very small room and awkwardly-shaped. The room didn’t smell well but we managed since we stayed for only two nights. The shower is great though. The staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is good and location is excellent.

The hotel's location offers significant convenience due to its proximity to various amenities. However, the guest experience could be enhanced by improving the concierge's customer service, as the initial interaction during check-in was perceived as less than welcoming. While the room was adequately presentable, its size, cleanliness, and the audibility of sounds from adjacent rooms were noted as drawbacks. Given these observations, a repeat booking was reconsidered.

Had a lovely stay on my own for the AFL Grand Final weekend. Room was perfect for what I needed, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Always good value.

Spacious room with good view on the top floor. Very comfortable bed Shower and toilet are separated with water sink in the middle, but the tap is not installed properly so it moves as I used. Not good. There is no difference in the level of floor of the shower, so the water leaked out through the bottom of the shower door. The clothes hanger is not in the wardrobe but separated outside. A bit strange that the reading lights beside the bed could not be switched on separately without all the room lights on, there’s no option that the room lights off but reading lights on. Aircon is slightly not cold enough. The carpet on the floor seems and feels quite dirty. However the staff is very friendly and helpful.

A great visit! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean, including all the amenities you may need. The location was walking distance to the main city attractions and a short walk from public transport.
