This hotel deserves its great reviews. We were very impressed with the outstanding hospitality of the front desk, starting with the Russian-speaking young fellow (Vlad?) grabbing and carrying 3 of our suitcases when we arrived. They were also very helpful and accommodating when one member of our party got sick. The manager who was greeting guests at breakfast and offering everyone tea clearly sets the right tone. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the location - minutes walk from Carmel Market - is hard to beat.

A really nice hotel, very close to the Carmel Market and Alenby street. Service at check in was great and overall the hotel looks nice and new. The room i got was very very small, the water from the shower flooded my bathroom every time i took a shower. There is no Coffee machine (with milk) in the hotel which for me is basic. Water should be refilled in the room each day, not only on check in.

My wife and I chose this hotel due to its proximity to a bunch of cultural attractions. Turns out that was the least of the benefits. The room we stayed in was immaculate, clean, well stocked with towels, coffee, and even fine Italian still mineral water. Prior to our arrival they reached out directly via WhatsApp to ask me if I had any specific requests - which I did - and they took care of all of them. They even have a self service laundry if you choose to forego their laundry service. The room air conditioning was powerful, and given the boutique style, the room cools down and warms up quickly and efficiently. One thing I did not realize at booking is there is a restaurant in the basement. It’s Asian fusion and the aesthetic is a mix of modern minimalism and Asian undertones. There is a plexiglass floor in the hotel garden where you actually look down into the restaurant beneath your feet. This was very trippy and cool to experience in real life. Overall I’d come back again no questions asked. And shoutout to Rafael in the front for answering all of my questions!

My stay was flawless. During my stay, I had the flu, and the team took excellent care of me by bringing water, tea, and anything I needed. Kudos to Hezi, the manager, who went out of his way to ensure I had a pleasant stay despite being unwell. Highly recommended in every way.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and high service level. The rooms are nice. Breakfast is good. The only thing i would have preferred was having the breakfast at the hotel every day instead of on weekends only. And the start time of the breakfast is a bit late (9am). Would book again and highly recommend. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing.

Wow, what an amazing and unexpected experience! We came to the Ink Hotel for a night with friends, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Truly, it’s the best value-for-money option I’ve seen in Tel Aviv. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They helped us with parking, and Hezi at the front desk gave us the warmest VIP treatment. He took the time to explain the hotel’s story, its architecture, and all the thoughtful design elements — you can really feel the care that went into every detail. While we waited for our third friend, we relaxed in the hotel restaurant and had the easiest, friendliest check-in ever. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed. That evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant, which was packed — we only managed to get a table for 10:15 PM, so definitely book in advance. The sushi was excellent, the vibe was lively, and we had such a great time. We also enjoyed the small rooftop pool, which was the perfect way to unwind. The hospitality throughout our stay was top-notch, especially from Hezi, who made us feel truly welcome. I travel a lot and live outside of Israel, and I can honestly say that the level of service at the Ink Hotel was exceptional — not just for Israel, but by international standards. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. In its price range, it’s hands down the best I’ve seen in Tel Aviv. Plus, the location is fantastic — close to the Carmel Market, great restaurants, and cool shops, yet the street itself is quiet and peaceful, which is rare for such a central spot. Do yourself a favor: book a night at the Ink Hotel. You won’t regret

Friendly stuff, great location, poorly maintained. Tiles in the entrance are loose and unsafe, parking lift was faulty 2 in 10 days. Water leaking out of the shower, turn a wet floor into a hazard. General cleanness isn’t great. Pool was full over birds thingy. Restaurant and bar is cool. Very vibing.

The location is perfect, the service is amazing and the rooms are super clean, cozy and stylish Really enjoyed our stay! We would love to get more vegan options in the breakfast, but we didn't expect too much, so it was fine.
