Inkam Hotel

This was great place to rest in between bus trips. I was surprised by the size...it is a real suite with separate sleeping and living room and a small kitchen area. Immaculately maintained by a professional and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here because it’s so close to the bus station- it’s like a 2 minute walk to get there, super convenient for catching my bus in the am. It was quiet, a great price for a room all to yourself. Felt like everything was pretty clean- the shower looked a bit weathered but I didn’t mind. Is equipped with a mini fridge, I wish it had a microwave as well. Maybe there was one in the lobby, I didn’t check. Would stay again- the area around it looked nice as well saw a many good restaurants along the way while walking towards the square.

😊: Their check-in policy is earlier than most other places 10am. But even with that, they still let me check-in another two hours earlier. Room was big and clean, with separate living room and bedroom. Sofa was comfy and the tv had at least six English channels.. 😢: Not that it would stop me from glady staying here again, but it is an older building and many things in the room look it. Doing a major update of furniture and fixtures may not be cost effective, but that doesn't mean they can't use a little paint to make things nicer. Paint is cheap! The paint on the wardrobe on the bedroom, for example (room 406), has worn away. It would only take about 100 baht worth of paint and maybe 30 minutes to make it look fresh again. It will still look old, but it doesn't have to look old and ugly! 😂 Just a little paying attention and a little effort can make a big difference!.

It is a simple but nice hotel! Large room! Near to the bus station, 100% recommend to who needs to take early bus to Chiang Rai or Bangkok. I arrived there around 11pm, the reception was closed, but they let everything prepared for my check-in! Thank you so much!

Only 130m from Chiang Mai bus Station 3. Long distance bus station. Room in apartment style with room, living room and table top, but no kettle was provided, you may get got water yg use microwave at ground floor. The best price you can get here..

The apartment is spacious. It has a bedroom, a living room with a nice sofa, an armchair and desk. The pantry and dining table with two chairs are useful. It’s on the fourth floor and it has an elevator. It’s close to the bus terminal. Overall it’s a quiet neighbourhood. Will stay here again in the future .

The room is spacious, and it os close to Central Festival. You can walk there.The hotel is worth staying …

And it has AC and private bathroom.. 😢: The beds were hard, and also the sheets and blankets were dirty as well as the tables, walls, etc... , there's a whole empty kitchen with no plates or anything sort of not even a microwave !! just a simple sink and a mini fridge. Also the bedroom was pretty small compared to the rest of the apartment..
