"The Inn and Spa at Loretto, one of Santa Fe ’s iconic boutique luxury hotels, could easily be mistaken for the ancient Taos Pueblo. The hotel’s angular architecture, soothing desert hues, and romantic lighting draw heavily on the original pueblo. Rooms are outfitted with both traditional touches (handcrafted furniture, Anasazi pottery and artwork, kiva fireplaces, colorful textiles) and modern luxuries (slate-floored bathrooms, iPod docks, flat-screen TVs, private balconies). The restaurant and spa are among the best in the state, and the atmospheric lounge one of the coolest spots in town to sip cocktails and catch live music. And, as if it needed another dose of history, the landmark Loretto Chapel sits on the grounds, guaranteeing both excellent views and easy sightseeing access. Now, if only more pueblos were like this."

I've been here all of 6 hours so far on a Thursday. Very pleasantly surprised I was able to check in very early. Had a excellent cocktail, booked a very short notice massage, and spent time at the beautiful pool. Nick at the spa was incredible. Absolutely recommend him! Planning on more time at the pool and hot tub after dinner. Loving my stay so far. Excellent staff.

The king room was very spacious. We had a corner balcony that looked out over the pool and had a great view of the mountains. Many amenities at this hotel. We used the spa and had fabulous massages and facials. We ate some light bites and had a drink at The Living Room. Staff is friendly and helpful, valet is great and rooms are clean. The location is everything. You are central to all the shops and churches if you stay here. Would book again!

We had an amazing experience at The Inn Spot Loretto in Albuquerque! Adam and Hunter went above and beyond taking care of my sister throughout her wedding weekend and made sure our entire group was well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and fun energy made the whole stay unforgettable. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was top-notch — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend!

The Inn is located in an incredible location within walking distance of almost anything you would like to do in historic Santa Fe. Parking is convenient and efficient with valet parking included in the amenity fee. The interior of the hotel is clean but a tad dated. While not luxurious, its a beautiful hotel and will please most travelers. The rooms are also clean and comfortable with a cute, plush teddy bear awaiting your arrival. The coffee bar, Crafted, in the hotel is a major plus serving flavorful coffees and tasty pastries. Furthermore, although we didn't visit it during our stay, the "Living Room" in the hotel is a hub of activity serving drinks, lite bites and even has live music. All in all, a pleasant stay in this historic hotel.

My experience was absolutely amazing and I have to shout out Genelle (my lifesaver) and Tami who were absolutely delightful. Their service was exemplary. Hunter was also tremendously helpful and full of enthusiasm! My spa experiences were also spectacular. The food was delicious and the property is architecturally and artistically astounding. Thanks for making my birthday trip one to remember!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Inn and Spa at Loretto. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel truly welcomed. The Living Room Bar staff was incredibly attentive and warm, and the spa team delivered one of the best experiences I’ve ever had—especially Bruce, who gave an outstanding massage I won’t soon forget.
Our room was beautiful, with its own private patio and a stunning view. Be sure to check out the fourth-floor walkout—the unobstructed view of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking.
The location couldn’t be better. You’re steps away from great food, unique shops, and gorgeous hiking trails. When you visit, do it all—you won’t regret a thing.
This place is pure magic, and when I return to Santa Fe (and I absolutely will), this is the only place I’ll stay.

It is a nice property. However, we were in Room 219 that had mechanical noises that disturbed our sleep. The headboard is against a wall is adjacent to an outside air conditioning unit. When you place your head on the pillow you can hear a humming, similar to a bathroom fan running. Then there was an occasional whishing sound that came from the interior wall. To be fair we did not complain as we were only staying two nights. Just be aware if you are assigned this room. ||Secondly, the second afternoon we had two drinks, chips and guacamole on the patio near the pool. I signed the receipt and included my room number, the total including tip, my printed name and signature. ||Later that evening we returned to "Living Room" in the hotel. We were confronted by our server from earlier who accused us of running out on our tab by not properly completing the receipt. I looked at the receipt and told her it was not us, but probably the other couple that was out there at the same time. The receipt only included the total and a scribbled name. Often times, servers will ask for a room number before service. ||While I do not fault the server, a manager should handle this type of potential conflict. To ask a guest if they skipped out on a bill is a sensitive issue. We were asked this is front of two other locals we were in conversation with about the general Santa Fe area. ||A manager should be made aware and approach the possible person(s) who may have unintentionally or intentionally forgot to include their room number or a legible name.
