Whether you are a tourist or a business traveler, this Inn is the perfect location for your visit to Baltimore. Located in the heart of the vibrant Canton neighborhood, you are steps away from fine dining, active nightlife and the charming waterfront, with easy access to Fells Point and Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The proprietors, Warren and David, are the perfect hosts who make you feel at home. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is made to your order. I have stayed with Warren and David several times and this is the only place I will stay when visiting Baltimore.

My husband and I stayed at The INN at 2920 for our wedding night and we had a great stay. Warren and David were extremely flexible with our check-in time (which ended up being changed from an early check-in to a late check in), the room was beautiful and you could tell that the whole property was lovingly tended. Warren and David provided us with directions to everything in our room on a sheet of paper that was left for us on the table when we got there with the key to our room. Because it was our wedding night we got the chocolate covered strawberries and the champagne - both were superb! Warren made us breakfast in the morning - a plate of fresh fruits followed by a delicious baked blueberry pancake/muffin thingy (I really can't even begin to do it justice, you should just go try it yourself :) ) and the most outstanding turkey bacon that my husband and I have ever had - and he usually hates turkey bacon. Warren was the perfect host in the morning, very friendly, but not too chatty before we had both had our coffee. AND he helped us carry our things downstairs to the car when we left. Last, but certainly not least, the jacuzzi. It was absolute heaven, enough said. Overall, we can't say enough great things about the INN at 2920, and we have already talked about staying there the next time we are in town because of the wonderful service and the great location!

We stayed at the Inn at 2920 during the weekend of our wedding. Warren and David were so welcoming and friendly. When we checked in they congratulated us and let us into a beautiful room where a bottle of champagne was already chilling! The next morning at breakfast they cut strawberries into hearts for us! Our room was absolutely beautiful and we loved having Valentino, the fish, as a roommate! We had an amazing time and loved Warren and David. We have recommended this B&B to everyone we have seen since we got home and will find an excuse to go back soon!

I can think of soooo many words to say to describe our visit at the Inn at 2920, but “home” is the best one ♥️ We truly felt as though we were staying in the “home” of friends ♥️ Warren and David have done an amazing job making the Inn beautiful, cozy and welcoming. From the first day we arrived, we absolutely felt like we were with family ♥️ The breakfasts each morning were so delicious and you could tell they were made with love. Our room (the Bordello room) was so wonderfully decorated, the bed was very comfy, and the big soaking tub was a terrific way to wind up each day of adventure. Staying at this B&B was so much better than choosing a commercial hotel property. We left well rested and feeling as though we were leaving our friends, but anxiously planning to book another reservation! Thank you Warren and David for sharing your wonderful B&B with us!

It is obvious the owners here really understand hospitality. I would stay there again without hesitation and that really is all a traveler needs to hear. The decor is clean and well thought out, the rooms are cozy and spacious, the neighborhood offers on-street parking, and access to the Inn is well thought out. Warren is a great host and modified breakfast to fit my dietary needs. Note that parking tends to be tougher to find late at night but even then you can park within 2-3 blocks of the front door.

Google
I highly recommend the Inn at 2920. The owners, Warren and David, made us feel at home, and what a beautiful home it was during our short stay. They even helped us carry our bags to our car! The room was great, breakfast was great, and the Inn is very close to many outstanding restaurants -- we ate at Jack's Bistro just a few blocks away, which I highly recommend as well. Canton is a really nice area in Baltimore, and the Inn at 2920 is a hidden gem!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Inn. Warren and David were great hosts, warm, attentive and helpful. The modern furnishings were sleek and attractive, but comfortable, and the breakfasts absolutely delicious. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

By far, the nicest place we've ever stayed. I wanted to take my wife to Baltimore for her birthday, and this place was only ~$40 more per night than the cheap hotels in the Inner Harbor. On a whim I said "why not?" and it made all the difference in the world. The accommodations are fantastic, and the building and decor is really cool. The neighborhood is homey: no tourists (except for us). It's in Canton, which is mainly residential with plenty of local restaurants, bars, and even a pie bakery within a four block radius. At the same time, it's close enough to Fell's Point and the IH that the location is perfect for all your needs. It's quiet, and parking is not a problem at all. Warren was more than gracious as a host, very carefully accommodating our schedules and my wife's dietary restrictions. We're never staying anywhere else when we're in Baltimore.

Yelp
While attending an expo in Baltimore, I had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast. When I travel I generally stay at large chains for consistency. My stay here was a pleasant change of pace. Warren gave me a warm greeting and noted my meal preferences. After giving me a brief download of the local area I was shown to my room. The rooms are comfortable and each has a resident beta fish. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. The breakfast here is great Warren puts great care into everyone's preferences whether vegetarian, vegan, or you just don't like bananas or melons like me. I have to give Inn at 2920 a ringing endorsement, and would recommend this Inn to anyone staying in Baltimore. Their rates are also very reasonable, and a comparable bargain when you factor in breakfast.

Yelp
Such a pleasant little haven in Baltimore. The Inn has modern amenities, stylish and comfortable rooms, and a personal touch that puts the humanity back into work travel. The Inn is one of the reasons I look forward to my work trips to Baltimore. It feels like staying with good friends as opposed to being on the corporate hotel circuit. Warren remembered me from my first visit--almost a year ago!--and kept me well supplied and refreshed with copious coffee and tasty breakfasts. I'm an insomniac and I can never sleep in hotels, but this feels like a home away from home and I'm able to get more rest here. Also the jacuzzi is the greatest experience in the world when you've been on a plane for five hours!

Yelp
I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it! The Inn was super clean, modern, has every amenity you could think of or need and the beta fish in the room was a pleasant surprise! Warren was an amazing host! I truly appreciated his bkfst and kind words (I was in town for a huge exam and he saw my anxiety!). There was plenty of street parking right outside as well! I definitely recommend and encourage anyone to stay here!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for our 3rd year anniversary last November. We had an amazing experience and Wil definitely go back! Pros The owners are people persons The rooms are upgraded and cleans The owners cooked up some amazing breakfasts The price wasn't too bad Its located one street block away from O'Donnell Square which has a ton of things to do and places to eat Its in w asking distance from the water taxi so there is easy access to federal hill, Rusty Scrapper, and many more places.. this means you don't have to drive! Cons On street parking.. we lucked up and found a spot right out front.

Yelp
My fiancé and I stayed at the Inn on New Year's Eve and we absolutely loved it. Warren and David were friendly and accommodating and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated and the room was great. We even had a cute little beta fish named Valentino in our room. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I have a gluten allergy which can be a problem but they made sure I was accommodated without an issue. I'd highly recommend this hotel - we'll for sure be returning.

Yelp
This is a great little inn. The Inn has four bedrooms, and they're modern and bright, but with nice homey touches. David, the co-owner, cooks up a generous and delicious breakfast and makes sure everyone is taken care of. The beds are very comfortable, and the Inn also has wireless. David seems to know all the dinner restaurants in the city. He's like a human search engine -- tell him what you like, and he will send you to the perfect place.

Yelp
Turns out Baltimore is the most lovely walking city - clocked 7 miles my first day without even noticing - and the Inn at 2920 is a perfect place to start your trip. If you are looking for that quiet, cool oasis to launch a great city experience you've found your place. It's in a great neighborhood and close to the Harbor for endless walking. Warren is attentive, offers great suggestions while giving you plenty of space to relax. It's as if you have your own hip urban oasis.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place to stay. They have their basics down. Our room was clean and contemporary. We got a great night of sleep and had a tasty breakfast. But the extras are what take this place over the top. Loads of outlet strips to charge everything a gadget-happy couple would bring on a vacation. An adorable betta fish in each room. And our bathroom had a whirlpool bath which was a much appreciated perk. The location is pretty ideal. There's a row of restaurants within easy walking distance. There's a nice pathway along the harbor so you can take a leisurely stroll. I'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
What a nice surprise! I am a frequent business traveler, usually stay in the big brand hotels. Everything was booked up, so I found the Inn online. I definitely lucked out, it's a beautiful place, tastefully decorated, quiet, and Warren took very good care of me. I didn't do justice to breakfast beyond the yogurt and fruit parfait, next time I plan to go all out. I'll look forward to returning soon

Yelp
Had a delightful stay at this beautiful inn. The breakfast the innkeeper prepared was delicious. He went out of the way to meet our needs. The room was comfortable and well-furnished. With today's traveler needing wi-fi access it is provided. I experienced no speed or other issues, unlike some other places I have stayed. The next time I am in Baltimore, I will stay here.

Yelp
The Inn at 2920 is a great place for a relaxing stay. I was in Baltimore on business. Warren took great care of me. His breakfasts were amazing! It is located in a great area of Baltimore just off the water. Very safe location and easy free parking (rare for Baltimore). I highly recommend this B&B! Thanks, Warren.

Yelp
A hidden gem. Centrally located in the harbor area. The owners, David and Warren, were very cordial and helpful. The breakfast were very good and ample. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Yelp
We had the distinct pleasure of having our wedding hosted by the Inn at 2920. Nothing short of amazing can describe the experience our family and friends had thanks to the generous hospitality of Warren and David. We first visited the inn back in December when my wife booked us a room for the weekend. We fell in love with the place - the beautifully decorated room, the delicious breakfasts they prepared for us, the stocked reading and movie library - it was the perfect weekend getaway. When the wedding planning began a few months later, there was no doubt that we wanted to return to the inn. We contacted Warren and David and they were ready, willing, and excited to work with us. They transformed the inn into a beautiful space to hold our ceremony and cocktail hour. They made sure that our guests were taken care of and made refreshments readily available for them all. Two weeks have passed since the wedding and our guests are still raving about the inn. For those of us who stayed there the weekend of the wedding, the convenient location of the inn to the Harbor East nightlife was definitely a plus. If you are looking for a beautiful spot in the city, this is the place to go! Unfortunately Yelp only allows us to give 5 stars... we want to give them a whole lot more than that!

Yelp
Well, my review is a tad bit different because I wasn't looking for a bed and breakfast. I was brought out to Baltimore on a fast last minute business trip. I asked to be put up in a hotel close to the office, but there weren't any. The admin assist. made reservations at this Inn, and I found out when I got there. I thought, how weird to stay at a B&B for work purposes. But it worked out PERFECTLY! The Inn was not at all what I expected. It's very contemporary, yet comfortable. It ended up being just a few blocks from my work, and just a block or so away from restaurants, shops and bars. I so enjoyed my morning walk to work through the little squares. My room was the Pomfret room, which was tastefully decorated and welcoming. The bed was way comfortable (my compliments to whoever bought the pillows) and plushy towels. The bathroom imenities were very nice, love the soap in the shower. And please tell my fish "Fred", I said hi! Warren was very friendly and accomodating with my crazy work schedule, and wanted to fix me something for breakfast, even though I had to scoot out most of the time early. When I came home (hehe) very late at night, there was always a plate of cookies, chocolate and/or oranges to welcome me, and I loved the sound of delicate symphonic music playing late at night. I know it sounds weird, but I would reccomend this place to work travelers just as much as weekend getaway people. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! :)

Yelp
The INN is perfect in all its details: Welcoming emails before checkin, a cozy public sitting room for working, a pampering breakfast, a bathroom with jaccuzzi , and a perfect location for exploring Baltimore on foot or by water taxi. I was sad to leave and anxious to go back!

Yelp
This place is amazing! Normally I am not interested in a B&B as I fear my privacy will be jeapordized however this place proved me wrong. I had a wonderful experience, great breakfast, and a great stay in a wonderful location in Bmore. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I love this place! I wanted to go on a short vacation with my girlfriend and happened upon this place searching on the web. I booked the room on faith and I was impressed when I arrived. Contemporary but comfortable and luxious interior. The owners really paid attention to the details, you will feel pampered, it was very relaxing staying there. The Inn at 2920 is walking distance from nice restaurants, bars and the harbor in a quiet neighborhood. The owner David was friendly and very helpful at giving you the layout of the restaurants and places to visit, making you feel more at home.

Yelp
Great location. Good breakfast. The WiFi was inconsistent. Very friendly staff.

Yelp
I stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend while visiting my family in Baltimore. It's a really great B&B in a fun Baltimore neighborhood (Canton). The Inn is modern and comfortable, very light and quiet. We loved the food and David and Warren are great hosts. My only reservation to giving five stars was we didn't love the bedding. The blankets were a bit "bedspread-y" and stiff. That said we'll gladly stay at the Inn again and would absolutely recommend to anyone. A gem of a place.

Yelp
We spent a delightful weekend in Baltimore with 2 other couples and chose the Inn at 2920 based upon excellent reviews. The Inn exceeded expectations in every way. David and Warren were gracious and kind and met our every need. The morning breakfast is healthy and satisfying and each day was a different entree. Ask for Warren's "Eggs in a Basket", it was delightful. The rooms are spacious and super clean and the temperature controls will accommodate anyone's needs. We found the 2nd floor sitting area perfect to plan our adventures or recap the day. There is a very lively Canton square just one block away from the Inn, with a variety of eateries and bars, it has more of a local feel and not at all touristy like the Inner Harbor area. David and Warren were great at making recommendations for restaurants and things to do and we were not disappointed by their suggestions. If I could give 6 Stars I would. The Inn is the place to stay if you're visiting Baltimore!

Yelp
Stayed here for two days in the midst of a two-week business trip to the east coast. I stayed in the Pomfret room, which had a comfortable bed and contemporary decor. Major pluses were the chocolate from a local chocolatier on the bedside table, DirecTV in the room, and the silent, pleasant company of Jim, the room's resident fish. When you've been away from home for a week and a half, I guess having a temporary pet fish is refreshing. Unlike what I read about other rooms, the bathroom in this room was modern and fine. Nothing fancy, but perfectly functional and modern. Breakfast at the inn was solid but not embellished in the way that some B&B breakfasts are. I had a good omelette on the first morning and excellent bread pudding and fruit parfait on the second. The coffee was excellent (I lived for a while in the Pacific Northwest, where I became kind of a coffee snob). A short one-block walk from the Inn leads you to a cool old square that has good restaurants, and the neighborhood is filled with great blocks of old Baltimore rowhouses. Perfect for an evening walk. In this case, I think the Inn's own tagline ("Upscale, Contemporary, yet Unpretentious" is spot-on. If you come, you'll want a car to get to the rest of the city, but you will find plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Street parking was no problem - I never parked more than half a block away.

Abigail M.

Yelp
Warren and David are the hosts and from the moment you arrive you know you are at a very welcoming and comfortable get-away. The inn is lovely and their attention to detail is everywhere: from the homemade breads and great coffee at breakfast to the pet fish in the guest rooms. Breakfast is always delicious and they are there when you need anything but they are respectful of guest privacy at the same time. Stayed here in the guest rooms and enjoyed it so much that I came back for several weeks in their extended stay suite when relocating from out of state. I highly recommend this inn for a lovely vacation or an extended stay in the area.i

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay at the inn. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Our room was incredibly spacious and the breakfast was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating proprietors. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
We stayed here for a long weekend away for our 31st wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and if we are in the area we will stay here again. The breakfast each morning was scrumptious and delightfully served by David and Warren. They were very gracious and friendly hosts. This is also a great location as it's within walking distance to restaurants and shops and also near the harbor walking path. We took the path to Fell's Point and spent the day and then came back to the area to have dinner. Nicely decorated and we even had a pet fish for the weekend. Thanks again, David and Warren, for making our visit very memorable.

Yelp
great property, lovely rooms, strong attention to detail, high level of service (friendly, warm, informative; NOT intrusive or feigned) overall exceeded my expectations.

Yelp
The Inn at 2920 is the perfect place to stay during your time in Baltimore. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and if you need suggestions, the owners are always happy to make a recommendation. They offer an impressively high level of service and it seems to be absolutely genuine; they are happy to have you there and help you out in any way you need. The inn itself is clean, modern, quiet, and a great place to stay. I highly recommend the Inn at 2920.

DAVID G.

Yelp
The Inn at 2920 will take your breath away. From the minute you enter this very contemporary and warm establishment your everyday worries are left outside. Our stay coincided with the Canton Wine Festival which took place right down the street and made our stay even more enjoyable. If your looking for fantastic owners to charm you with their infectious personalities or a delicious breakfast to wake-up to then the Inn at 2920 is exactly what you need.

Yelp
Our stay at the INN at 2920 lasted three nights. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we never thought twice about our choice. The hosts are hospitable, personable and welcoming. We looked forward to their warm smiles and amazing breakfasts each morning. Our room was modern and sleek, tidy and clean. Each room is personalized with a betta fish - the Green Room in which we stayed housed Oliver. It was a nice touch having a live fish in the room. It added a certain peace to the whole experience. If you need directions, recommendations or suggestions, the hosts are at the ready to assist. By the time you leave, you feel as if you've stayed with old friends. We wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Baltimore! This place is AWESOME!

Yelp
I think it's a nice b&b - they def. try to make it that way. We spent 1 evening here - the location is good, very near the square in canton where there are casual restaurants/bars. street parking is not too bad either. we stayed in the bordello room which I was told had a whirlpool tub big enough for 2 (from their website pic, I really thought room only for 1) so I was not that disappointed to find out I was right :) The bathroom was ok - I would bring your own amenities/towels if possible as the towels were pretty cheap, the shampoo/soap is pretty generic). The tub was ok, pic looks good, but is old and not in the best condition. The bed was pretty comfy but the way they set up the room, it's difficult for 2 on the bed to watch the TV which is set offcenter - there is no way to move it or angle it closer. The breakfast was pretty good. It's a comfortable place all in all but I have had better for the amount they charge which is why I only give it 3 stars..
