Great location, beautiful room, Alfonso was very helpful with helping us get around. Love the staff greeted you, both in coming and going. On-site parking for a fee and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is even an open area just outside some of the rooms where you can sit and take in the outside. Definitely will be back.

Close to beach, charge for parking like everyone and they let me keep my car there while I went to the beach after check out, so it was in the shade and safe. Cozy room with a balcony and a table, and a counter, nice layout. I prefer soft beds but my husband liked the firmness.

Overall it was a nice stay but was surprised when we were charged for water provided in the room. It was with the complementary coffee so we assumed it also was complementary. We were charged $10.00 for 2 (1pt) bottles. Short walk to the beach, plenty of eateries. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Our stay here was awesome! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room felt clean, the bathroom felt a little dated but still clean! All of the staff were friendly, the location was superb. The only thing I would’ve liked to see is a microwave in the room!

The Hotel is clean and feels very safe and secure. It is time for it to be updated . The location is good and is walkable to coffee shops and some restaurants.

Extremely clean hotel! Everyone is attentive and pleasant. In-room refrigerator and coffee maker a plus. 2 blocks to beach! Walkable to many food venues, some next door. As noted by other travelers, walls can be thin but I just ran the fan as a white noise machine. Felt safe at all times.

From the moment I checked in it was easy! The staff was polite and helpful. Maintenance man who’s name I think is Juan Carlos, not sure sorry, and the lobbyist greeter Alfonso was extremely helpful and polite kind and went above and beyond for me after I wanted to extend my stay!!! They both stood out to me and made my stay pleasant!!! I will definitely stay again for the location price and staff. The rooms were nice and clean but the bathroom layout was uncomfortable, but whatever. Great weekend!!!

We were visiting Venice because our oldest son is very sick. I had to cut our trip short as he was being moved to a different hospital. The hotel made every accommodation to support us and treated us with kindness and compassion. I also highly recommend inn at Venice beach for its location, on-site parking, comfortable beds and good room lighting

With a great location, on-premises parking, friendly and helpful staff, and updated rooms in an older (period-appropriate) building, the Inn at Venice Beach ticked all the boxes. The wife loved the powerful room heater at night, and the large TV did it for me. Comfortable needs, without any outside sounds, made for a very satisfied couple. It's close to memorable food - I'm looking at you Charcoal Venice, with a convenience store on the corner, and a short walk to Venice Beach, Abbot-Kinney. [His was a serious win.

Be careful, this hotel does not let you cancel your reservation! Had the more expensive loft room booked for two nights, a thank you to a friend. Friend tests positive for COVID two nights before check in. Didn't even realize when I made reservation that it was non-refundable. Given that COVID is still around, seems odd that cancellations not honored. Or at the very least, should have been offered to move the reservation to another weekend. Don't know of many hotels out there that don't allow for things like this. Very disappointed.

Stayed here on two separate nights during our trip to LA recently. Location is just a few blocks away from the beach and close to a mini market, cafes and restaurants. Parking on site is available for $22 a night and they have ample space. The rooms are big and spacious -- the rooms on the third floor have higher ceilings. They have nice modern decorations in the room. While the beds are very comfortable. Toiletries are C.O. Bigelow and they have cotton balls and cotton buds available too. Service is great -- all the staff at the lobby, at the breakfast and housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast was simple, they had fruits, breads, pastries, cereals and hot drinks. Breakfast is located on the first floor at a small courtyard with a fountain. My only complaint is the noise: most of the rooms are facing the main road so the noise of the cars can be loud at odd hours. Also, floors and walls are too thin -- foot steps can also be heard in the middle of the night. This could be a problem for light sleepers.

They have a deal. Close to the beach. Alot of food selections walking distance. They have plenty of parking. Clean rooms with refrigerator, iron and ironing board, safe, balcony, no smoking, and they charge for parking. Please be sure to check it out for yourself soon.

High way robbery!!! Not worth it at all. Entire place feels like a very basic renovated apartment. Absolutely no charm. I can't believe Pacific Hotels has a property like this. I was lured in thinking it was owned by them and it had to be good. They put a couple pieces of art in a janky room and call it a gray hotel - NOT! So bummed I was lured into this. Feel robbed! Just got a call from front desk. Not asking how the stay was just simply reminding us check out is in a 1/2 hour. Totally unprofessional on a Mother's Day Sunday morning. Trust me I'll be out before the 11 checkout. Don't need your reminder like I'm a child.

Very Nice hotel but upon checking the front desk didn't go over anything like check out times or amy other offerings the hotel had. When entering the room snd doing my mom clean up before my kids enter I noticed the bathroom was used. Someone left a surprise in the toilet. Went back down and stated what I seen and he quickly give me another room and said that happens when people switch rooms. Hello we are in an pandemic where we are wearing masks and distance ourselves and you say that to me. So next room was ok but I did throughly clean sanitize before my family came in. Missing towels and a few other items that I had to ask the front desk for. And also had to call the front desk around one in the morning. Party above us was getting loud and woke us up So overall stay was ok. Location was great

Great location. Clean rooms. Just a couple blocks away from the Venice Pier. Only suggestion is that they bring back the breakfast in the courtyard. It was a perk that we very much enjoyed a few years ago. I know they stopped because of Covid but now it's time to bring it back!

This hotel is in the perfect location! Not a far walk from The beach but just far enough to get out of the Venice boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and markets right down the street. It's a fun area to stay in and the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. They even let us leave our car parked here while we went to get breakfast and hang out by the beach for a bit!

I didn't get past the booking process. I attempted to book a reservation online, directly through the hotel's website. After securing a rate in the $150s and submitting my payment information, the site gave an error message: "We apologize. We were unable to confirm the reservation." I went back, refreshed the page, and restarted the booking process. Same error message. I sent a message to the email "reservations@...", screenshotting my error message and attempted reservation details, but hadn't heard back by the following afternoon. So I called the hotel directly and was told the rate was now higher--in the $170s--and that I could book by phone. I explained that I attempted to book at the more reasonable rate the day before, but was told the hotel could not honor my attempt. No wiggle room. I did not book. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If this was my initial customer service experience, what ensuing obstacles might I encounter there? And during a pandemic? No thanks. After researching hotels in the area, I picked this one for its customer service (among other things) but am roundly disappointed that my time has been wasted for being ignored and stonewalled after experiencing the hotel system's own error. A sincere hospitality business would have done better.

Ideal location in the Heart if Venice. Tucked away two blocks from the beach, this hotel features comfortable beds, friendly customer service and complimentary breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Santa Monica/Venice attractions are a short Bird or Lyft ride away.

Omg! What a great find! Where do I begin? Reasonable prices for the location! Friendly, accommodating staff! Quaint and modern. Cute and fun. QUIET rooms all face a lovely courtyard where they serve a nice filling brekky! We had a loft room! Oh my! Spacious and well appointed with a sofa bed, desk, mini bar & sink area, storage under the stairs, balcony with a peek-a-boo ocean view, 3 blocks from Venice Beach, robes, and a queen bed in the loft.? Bike rental shop next door with the best guy ever to help you with your rental needs & a discount for being a hotel guest. I mean seriously!! This place is the score of the century!

Clean hotel,great service. Parking is located in the back. Better than any doubletree for example and less expensive.

Perfect location for Venice! Located a few blocks off of the beach however that was perfect for me. I ended up checking in super early And they only charged me an extra $30 which I was more than willing to pay. The gentleman that checked me in was older and work classes and had dark hair but he was super awesome and after a great conversation we ended up upgrading my room to the loft Suite! Fell in love with the room and want to actually return for my bday! On site parking was a plus! Jose, Who is also a front desk agent and the youngest member of their staff was super awesome and a gem!

Inn at Venice Beach is within comfortable walking distance to the Venice Canals (that are gorgeous at sunset) and an array of good local restaurants (Baja Cantina) and comfort food chains (Islands Burgers). The Venice Boardwalk is less than a half mile as well so...Location, check! There are plenty of ways to get around. They have a reserved lot if you want to park for your stay and then Uber and Scooter all around. Plenty of transportation to wherever you want. They are friendly as when we checked in, the young man at the counter was very friendly and even upgraded our room to the loft without any push from me. The suite was appointed in a quirky manner which is consistent with their branding and the Suite had thebhone necessities....mini fridge, coffee maker, two TVs, and such. The value is there though I would have been upset if I paid the Suite price for this Suite. The area is not crowded early in the week, even during the summer, so I'd suggest a Monday-Wednesday stay if you can swing it. Nice staycation indeed.

We are here from Washington and there is construction right outside our room that is so loud and booms like an earthquake. The hotel didnt tell us but once we arrived we were offered ear plugs and that is when we realized this hotel has no ethics or boundaries. All they care about is making money. This construction is one foot outside our room we huge bulldozers digging up pavement and concrete. The construction started at 0700!!!!! Don't stay here until this is over with and am the hotel of it is ongoing during your stay.

Beautiful place!! If you're like us and planned a trip out here last minute and you want something close to the beach then look no further. Parking, service, rooms were all great. Very tidy and well kept. Got what we paid for.This is where I'll be going when I'm back in the city!

What a quaint and fabulous inn! The staff was attentive -- my zipper was stuck on my dress, and I came downstairs for some help. One of the crew took me to a side room and tried to fix it. She tried for about 20 minutes, and even got the help of another team member. That is dedication to pleasing the customer :) My room was clean, spacious and close to everything you'd want in Venice Beach (ocean, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping). I will definitely return.

the worse customer service. We just got back and the room above us there was a lady STOMPING around (don't stay on lower floors) the entire night and then the next day a new guy doing the same. I use to love this place and have stayed there several times. They said they would discount the bill. NO RESPONSE. Emailed the managers twice. Nothing. But that's life. Here is why you stay at the Venice Breeze Suites. 1. Better location. 2. Better staff. 3. Right on the beach. 4. Way better rooms. (this hotel is not new) 5. Kitchens in Venice Breeze Suites. This hotel has passed it's time. Stay at another hotel. If you get the lower floors, you will regret it and who wants to stay on upper floors with one slow elevator. Just bad Management and if your paying 600.00 for two nights, do not stay here. They would not even respond to an email. Sorry staff. No personality they look at their computer screen when you talk to them. Both managers are MIA.

Love the atmosphere and boutique type design! We had a room with balcony overlooking the street and it was super close to the canals and beach.

I stayed here for three nights and I was very pleased with the rooms and service. The hotel has complimentary wifi, but few other amenities; you won't be paying for extras you aren't using! They have great Covid-19 protocols and every staff member was very nice.

I really enjoyed our stay here; rooms were clean, no disappointing surprises, great location and friendly desk staff. I think good value too; especially as they offered a roll in bed for $10 / night which helps the family vacation budget a bit :) There's in house parking for $20 / night. Breakfast was included too; pretty standard American hotel breakfast, nothing special but nice to get.

The Good. If you are looking for a modern hotel, close to the beach, and reasonable parking rates, the Inn at Venice Beach is your best bet. Location: Nestled away two blocks from the beach, the area is surrounded by unique and fun shops and restaurants. You can walk straight down onto the fishing pier (photo opp!) Always busy on the streets so you're never left with that creepy unsafe feeling walking back at night. The hotel: love the front desk! Such a cute little entrance and if you're lucky you'll be greeted with some chocolate chip cookies =) The room: modern, clean, chic. We were given a room away from the main street so Noise level was never an issue. The breakfast: if you are big on breakfast this is not the breakfast for you. Offered complimentary with our room, I enjoyed a little snack in the early hours waiting for my husband to wake up from his sleep (I'm an early riser). We would head out for our official breakfast afterwards. Bagels, fruit, cereal and yogurt. I loved their coffee! The bad and the ugly slept in for this one.

This might be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location cant be beat. The rooms (and dont be fooled by the outdated tiny lobby) are fantastic. Each one that I have stayed in is funky and eclectic and most importantly spotless. The breakfast in the perfect little courtyard is decent (though you will most likely step out and find something better a block toward the ocean). I highly recommend staying here. I dont think you will regret a single thing about it...unless you are roomed next to the guy that banged on the divider door at 10pm because a blow-dryer was in use (who does that?)

Wow! The second you step in, you are greeted by the friendliest guy, Amad! First thing he made sure we put money in the meter in the front so we don't get towed. Check in was quick. He gave us his restaurant recommendations as this was our first time visiting the area. The room was just like the photos on the website. We got the one with the loft. Nice and cozy. Complimentary breakfast was okay and simple. Patio area was cute. Check out was a breeze. Amad was once again there bright and early with a smile. He asked if we would be back. Of course! We would definitely be back because of the amazing customer service and we loved how it's close to the pier. The only thing I would say is to put a sign in front where to enter. I was confused because there wasn't a sign over the door. It might have been on the ground showing the Inn's name but I think the guy was covering it? Not sure. Anyways, I ended up at the bike rental place which is right there at the Inn. They directed me to the correct door :).

I stayed at this hotel on January 25th-27th. Staff is friendly. Close to the beach. The room is just ok. We stayed on the first floor and could hear the people above us walking around from about 10 pm to 2 am. The ceiling creaked loudly and the footsteps sounded like thunder. We called the front desk but the noise continued. The noise began again at 6 am. This happened both nights despite our repeated calls to the front desk. No one ever contacted us or tried to rectify the situation. If you stay there, stay on the top floor. No relaxation to be had here. For the amount of money, we spent it was not worth it and I would not stay there again. Venice Breeze Suites was a much more relaxing and quiet hotel with a view of the ocean.

Simple and fine. 2 adults, 2 children in a room with 2 queens. And let me tell you, the room was twice as big as the one we had just come from in Arizona so we were happy. The beds are comfy, with lots and lots of pillows, plus down comforters inside duvets...thank god no frickin' bedspreads that you don't even want to touch to pull off the bed before you get in. Our room was 2nd floor (3rd floor above street level) and the window was on the alley corner so not right on Washington. The only noise that bothered me was at 2am I think some dude had finished his drinking and was shouting around for a cab for awhile. But I knew it would all quiet down within half an hour or so, and it did and was perfectly quiet for the rest of the night. Contrast in desk clerks: when we arrived at 1:30pm they told us the room would be ready at 3pm with such a finality that I'm sure he didn't even check. Whatever. But when we left, the very nice clerk REALLY wanted to give my 9-year-old daughter a piece of candy from the tray on the counter, and I wouldn't let her have it (we had just been at a Thanksgiving parade where my kids collected POCKETS-FULL of candy thrown from parade participants) and I guess that was just too mean for him because he reached under the counter and gave her a brand new, unopened box of raspberry chocolate mints. I relented. Anyway, the continental breakfast had more than enough choices, and all in all, it was a fair enough value for the area, and because my choices always come down to the comfort of the bed, I have to say I'm a fan.

Great Hotel. Truley enjoyed staying there. We loved the center patio area. The staff were sweet and very accommodating.

My husband and I had a very nice stay here for our anniversary. We were here for one night only. The staff was super nice and even had our room ready for early check-in at 11 am so we could drop our things off and go about our day. The room was cute and I loved the courtyard. My only minor complaints are the price (a bit expensive) and the noise level (could hear the people above us and the people in the courtyard during breakfast). Despite these small issues, the location can't be beat and would consider staying again the next time I'm in the area.

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at Venice beach. Our rooms were clean and cute and the location was perfect-just blocks from the beach and right near the canal. The staff was fantastic, especially Alfonso! He gave us great advice as to what to do in LA and the surrounding area. We started each morning asking Alfonso about what we planned to do and he was always friendly, gracious and proud of his city. And, he recommend Alan's deli just down the block for their yummy sandwiches and they were amazing too. Definitely would recommend.

I stayed one night June 2018. Pleasant helpful staff. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The location is good for both Venice and marina del rey. Lots of really good restaurant options in close walking distance. Bike rental down stairs ( Carlos the nice owner ) It's so nice to hop on a bike and roam the beach front and canals. They even give a discount to hotel guests. The only drawback is $20. per night parking. Other than that I appreciated the attention to quality and detail. Nice little continental breakfast included as well. Nothing fancy but they do everything well. I'll definitely come back and recommend this to others.

I had made the reservation on booking.com and didn't notice at the time that it wasn't cancellable. Once I knew the trip wasn't going to happen I sent a request to cancel and was willing to pay at least a night because it was my error. I told them the situation and they refunded the whole thing, no questions asked. I can't tell you what a relief it was and how much i appreciated their help. When I'm able to take this trip I will be re-booking here gladly. It's really hard to find good customer service any more, so thank for showing me it still exists.

Perfect location and the service was great. Our room was well kid out and nicely accommodated 4 of us.

One of the best stays we've had in a hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Loved the room and balcony, very comfortable size. The only problem was that the bathroom was pretty small. Located in a good area with lots of restaurants also. Parking on site was very convenient, but cost $22 a night.

Rooms are clean, well equipped, nice colors. Room had small patio, facing beautiful trees. Great central location. Market and loungy drinks and bites on the same block too. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was good. I'd come again. Only thing it's missing is a better outdoor area/pool but there is the beach!

After a number of attempts at finding an airbnb for our week in Los Angeles fell through we did some research and decided on booking a loft for our family of 4 at the Inn at Venice Beach. It really was delightful. Clean, comfortable, a couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants. Flexible housekeeping, an adorable courtyard, on-site parking, a mini-kitchen so we could keep some refrigerated items of our own in the room. We would definitely stay here again. I wanted, in particular, to mention a gentleman named Emad who was on duty at the front desk when we arrived. He was so sweet and informative. His numerous offers to provide information should we need it were appreciated. Emad's welcome was a lovely way to begin our vacation!

This was my second stay here and it didn't disappoint. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are wonderful (although the bathroom (shower/toilet) were a little small). It is also in a perfect place in Venice. It is just down from the Venice pier and a couple blocks from the canals. There are so many restaurants that are also very close. They serve a great breakfast also. I always love staying in Venice when I'm in LA because there is so much to do and you don't need to drive. Also, it is close to the airport (5 miles), which is perfect if you need to catch an early flight home. So if you are in Venice, check out this place. You won't be disappointed.

I like Venice. I like clean hotels. I like quiet. I like a nice staff. I like lots of coffee. This place delivered on all points. Nicely decorated, clean, no weird smells, and quiet even though on the main drag. Ask for a room towards the back courtyard. The room another companion had facing the front street was a little noisy with the band of drunk singers at one in the morning. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. Parking is $14. bucks, thereabouts, a day tho.

I had a wonderful stay. Very impressed with the hotel, the rooms, and breakfast. Location is perfect, price is reasonable, and the guy at the front desk in the morning was so helpful and so nice-it left me feeling good the rest of the day! I gave you guys 5 stars on Yelp. You deserve it!

This hotel had a great location. Walking distance to the beach and canals. The rooms are adorable and the complimentary breakfast has an adorable outdoor terrace to sit at. Good parking for only $20.

The people here could not be any nicer. I ended up staying two extra days, and they were so helpful - printed out my boarding pass, gave me dining suggestions and were, in general, lovely. The rooms were clean, everything was great. The Baja place next door is nice with lots of outdoor seating- but pricey. Definitely go for Happy Hour (and make sure you sit in the right side of the restaurant for that.) Would definitely stay here again.

Decided to stay another day with my wife so we didnt have a hotel so we chose this one based on the road we were driving. I must say its one of the best hotel rooms we had, it was clean and the employees were professional and kind.

This place was a sweet little treat after three days backpacking around the Channel Islands. A huge shout out to Martin -- he hooked us up with free parking and a late checkout. He was very friendly and made some helpful recommendations to us two VB newbies. The hotel is walking distance to Venice Beach and some great places to eat, and I loved the decor and beach vibes. I would definitely stay here again!
