Very well maintained and clean with friendly staff. All parking is along the one street, with no spaces reserved for guests. That seems to not be a problem.
We had a nice but small room with a small fridge. There is no closet and only a tiny hanger-drawer unit. No desk, but a small shelf. The very small shower in the very small bathroom has one great feature: Full pressure w/ plenty of flow. The shower head is too high, even for me (I'm about 6 feet tall): I had to turn it off to soap up. Our room was below someone upstairs who uses concrete bedroom slippers... or else the noise transmission through their floor into our ceiling is too efficient. Or both.
This is wine country, and they will sell you a bottle or glass of wine. No breakfast, though they do make coffee and provide hot water and tea bags. Instead, each guest is provided a $5 coupon to use at one of four walking-distance places that serve breakfast. It covers about half to 2/3 of the cost of a small breakfast. The quality and style of those places is somewhat variable.
Nice "family room" with TV, microwave and an untuned guitar. There is no fridge there, and no water. Tea bags, but to make tea, you use either their coffee-flavored hot water, only in the morning; or bring water to the microwave. The only cups are paper. I brought one of their glass glasses (a definite plus) with water from our room which worked okay with the hot-sleeve that they provide for the paper cups. Good selection of Stash tea flavors. There is an outdoor patio area with nice plants and seating. In the dry season (this is), it is very pleasant. Alas our room windows open to it, so we had neither good privacy nor protection from someone who came out to smoke at midnight, waking us with the stench.
The WiFi worked well, with no apparent trouble handling the number of guests using it. No in-room phone (but we all have cells, don't we?)
I would stay here again, but would ask for an upstairs room, possibly a "suite."
