The employees were very busy and they worked nonstop. Thank you, the rooms were spotless. The bedding was crisp and hotel quality. We enjoyed the breakfast and the veranda outside. Time for the carpets to go, this makes the facility look run down. We would stay here again if ever in Radium.

This was a great bed and breakfast in Radium Hot Springs. We enjoyed cocktails on the front porch, walking to a delicious ice cream place and wildlife right outside our door.

Such a disappointment. The room was clean and decor adequate but our first impression was spoiled by curtain rod was detached and hanging loosely and a set of blinds had a broken piece hanging. We sorted out the curtain rod and tried to keep a positive attitude. The yard in front of the Inn was overgrown with weeds and gave the appearance of dereliction rather than welcome. There was a staff member present but hospitality was minimal. The breakfast was bleak beyond words. The other guests ate in glum silence while contemplating what reason they had for booking the hotel. We bought food for our breakfast the second day and did not bother with what was offered. The Inn is described as a boutique establishment but we saw none of that. A charmless disappointment. I suspect the owner either doesn't care or is absent.

Wow! Place looks good on the web. In reality, it’s kinda dirty. New owners in the last 3-4 years and they have done nothing...nothing to keep the landscaping and Inn interior looking good. Upon checking in they tell me that my room. ( the one I booked a month ago ) is taken. Doesn't matter if my Booking sheet stated what room I BOOKED.Then they show us a dinky, little muggy room. No other rooms available she says. Oh, but wait, we have a room upstairs available. This room is okay. But hot & muggy. I think they are afraid to run the a/c. Room was clean BUT every window blind had broken cords. And, I forgot to mention, the lady who booked in ahead of me came back to the desk saying someone was already using her room. Don’t know how she made out! And, they don’t even have a coffee machine in any of the rooms. Good thing we travel with a Keurig which we travel with for occasions like this. Breakfast was okay....

I stayed here on my way to Kelowna rather than staying in Golden since the hotels in Golden are way too expensive. So glad I tried the Inn on Canyon! My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the Inn was quiet at night. The AC was also very quiet and cooled the room nicely on a very hot day. Breakfast was included so that really adds value to the stay. Also, I loved all the seating on the veranda. Great spot to sit outside with a coffee or read.

Lovely, quaint accommodation. Staff were lovely. Our room was clean and tidy. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful park across the road. Only downside for me was not having a kettle in my room to make tea/coffee, was available in dining room though.

Where to start...well, the carpet in the room was dirty, badly stained and really needed a very deep cleaning. The hash brown potatoes served at breakfast were old and not palatable and then there was the cold coffee and spoiled cream that curdled in the coffee. Staff were friendly so it had that going for it but as for staying there again, no way. Not worth the price paid.

Stayed here for two nights. Room needs a renovation - tap was eaten through, curtains had holes,... but room was mosy clean (lots of smears on the TV). Since it was one of the cheaper places around, it's still OK. Breakfast was not good. Coffee was sad. You can only get coffee or juice yourself. For any food item, you have to fill out a little paper slip where you can choose egg dishes, hashbrowns, bacon. You also have to order toast though that paper slip and don't have access to a toaster, which does not make sense to me: If it's busy, you'll have to wait a bit until you get food and can't even choose how roasted you want your toast. Hashbrowns tasted like cardboard. Communication was not working. We ordered brown toast, got white and brown. Ordered hashbrowns, didn't get any. Ordered one yoghurt, got two,... Ambience is a bit odd. Lots of new lights with cold LEDs meet some older, warmer lights - not a good mix. At checkin, we were told that payment was received (via Booking), at checkout we were told that credit card was denied (staff showed us a picture with a mastercard, I paid with a visa though) - after a bit of arguing they said they'll contact Booking. Do not recommend.
