The place is serene and feels homy. My room was big, quiet, comfortable, with clean adequate bathroom. Having a balcony in the room was nice, I only wish it was cleaned prior to guests' arrival. Outside area is pretty, you can stroll along short paths or sit on a bench in front of the lake. The reception staff was friendly and super accommodating, I cannot be more grateful for their help. Restaurant service was excellent. Overall it was a perfect ending to my NS vacation.

I travel frequently all over the world and stay at a range of lodgings from relatively modest accommodations to the most luxurious. I can safely say I have experienced few hotels that have gotten more things wrong through than Inn on the Lake, which was surprising give its high reviews. Though the staff was very friendly during the reservation process, that fell off quite dramatically when we actually arrived. My spouse checked in before I did, and the gentleman at the front desk initially refused to issue a second key to the room for me despite my name being on the reservation. He did not relent until I pointed out that a key is standard for each adult in the room. My family of four stayed in a two-bedroom duplex that could accommodate eight people. The room was equipped with TWO cups and a single, tiny 1 oz shampoo tube. After staying for 4 days without maid service or fresh towels, we inquired about the availability of housekeeping, and were told we were supposed to put the sign on our door. Our room had no sign to place on the door. We asked for fresh towels two additional times before they were finally delivered. When my spouse arrived late one evening and his key no longer worked on our door, rather than issue a replacement, the desk manager called the room waking my children and me so that we could open the room door. In summary, for anyone staying in Fall River and the surrounds, I would recommend they find alternative lodging. The staff of this hotel do not seem to grasp the basics: issuing keys, ensuring the rooms are property outfitted for the number of guests (and yes, when you have customers, they are guests), routinely servicing the rooms as a matter of course, rather than in reaction to repeated inquiries, and making necessary repairs along the way.

- Scenic Location: Nestled on Lake Thomas and surrounded by four acres of parkland, the property offers tranquil views and a private beach—perfect for unwinding. - Convenient Access: Just 10 minutes from Halifax Stanfield International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Halifax, it’s ideal for travellers seeking serenity and accessibility. - Elegant Rooms: Many rooms feature private balconies or patios, jetted tubs, fireplaces, and lake views. Guests rave about the comfort and charm. - Dining Delights: Encore restaurant and Oliver’s Pub serve delicious meals and cocktails in cozy, fireplace-lit settings. The seafood crepes and off-menu chocolate cake are local favourites. - Thoughtful Touches: Staff often go above and beyond—like surprising guests with birthday treats or helping late-night arrivals with snacks.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location easily accessible. Towels thick and big. Very dated and run down. Strong musty smell. Says renovated in 2010. Old jetted jacuzzi bath tub in room with bed. Shower stall had black mold all over bottom frame. No elevator so not good for seniors with mobility or strength issues. Dining room closes at 8pm so only leaves fast food restaurants for later evening eating.

My wife and I arrived Halifax last night. We stayed at the Inn on the lake. this place is a gem. They have their own private grounds in the back with gazebos and benches to sit and look at the water. We had supper on the patio, my wife loved her blue Atlantic mussels. I had the nine walk, dirty blonde beer, and wings, which were fantastic. We had a room that had a double Jacuzzi tub in it, which we ended up using in soaking for the night, the bed was this softest bed ever. The staff was super nice and outgoing. The front desk lady Lynn was amazing. I want to thank you to the Inn on the Lake for being a fantastic first place of our trip and welcome to Nova Scotia.

Google
Upon arrival, we had to interrupt 4 staff members chatting to checkin. The person working the desk was kind, but definitely not friendly. There was no smile and welcome onto the property. Room was clean, bed was comfy, deck needs a little attention. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast. It was good.

Google
The convenient location to the Halifax airport was a definite draw. Although the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pub dining area was cozy and comfortable, we found the overall property tired, musty, and in need of paint. Plus, our room lacked any hot water for the shower. We did very much enjoy the recommended: local Malbec and the red ale.

Inn on the Lake carries on the fine tradition of offering the best in food, service and lodging at a perfect location. We held a 50 year nursing reunion there last week and they went above and beyond. Absolutely outstanding! To a person, all of the attendees raved about the experience.

Yelp
Was here for a week for a business trip along with many other colleagues who were here for several weeks. One of the best places I've stayed on a business trip, Super nice people, wonderful restaurant which I don't think markets itself enough. Excellent experience.

Yelp
My wife and I came to decompress and celebrate our anniversary. Our room was spacious, clean and I appreciated the hot tub and deck. No complaints. Nice big bed. Part of our package included $100 to spend at their restaurant. We went down to the dining room and I was told to remove my cap. So, embarrassed and annoyed, I went all the way back to my room to comb my hair, but I did not change out of my PacMan T-shirt and blue jeans. Am I fancy enough yet for your establishment? Apparently yes. I don't know who I was adjusting my clothing for though. The place was empty except 1 other couple. The dining room was fine. A bit stuffy maybe. The food was overpriced and mediocre. My wife and I both ordered pasta dishes with shrimp. It came with only 3 medium shrimp! These aren't cheap dishes....And the sauce was bland. Service was alright, though it took a long time to figure out how to handle the $100 gift certificate. I was happy to leave. We won't be heading back there for brunch in the morning. I can't see us coming back, either, for a future stay.

Yelp
This place is amazing, I was staying here for business and so glad my company booked this hotel. The hotel room was very spacious it's outdated but has a lot of character. The bar and dining room serve food until 10pm and they have a very friendly staff. I had dinner at the bar and the bartender suggested the seafood crepe. The dish was amazing so much flavor and very fresh seafood, it was drizzled with a nice savory curry sauce.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best and most exquisite dining experiences in the city. We eat there regularly and the food is always delicious and the service is impeccable. Very well priced and a lovely decor.

Yelp
We like to stay a night or two here at least once or twice a year, even though it's only a 15 minute drive from the house. Ever since our 2009 wedding night stay we often come back for both the wonderful service and comfy romantic rooms. For our wedding weekend we spent two nights in the two story suite. on the day of the wedding it provided an area for the boys to get ready downstairs and the gals to get ready upstairs. Our photographer and good friend took wonderful photo of myself coming down the stairs stopping just before the last step and my husband standing with his back to the wall. Neither of us could see one another, only her and her camera. It was the best picture we had all day. It's a wonderful romantic getaway right in our own backyard. When we stay at the Inn, we always order room service at least twice (once for breakfast) and relax next to the in room electric fireplace. There are rooms to book with big beautiful tubs for two to relax in as well which is very welcoming after a long stressful day or even week. So very nice with a tall glass of wine and some jazz tunes. I've attended events held at the Inn and I've eaten in both Oliver's and Encore's dinning rooms. This is just a great package deal where the stay is just as enjoyable as the food. Service from hotel staff is always top notch and we've never once had a complaint or bad thing to say about the Inn and often recommend it to family and friends flying into Halifax. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport and can get you out of the insanity of the hotels closer to the actual airport. Who wouldn't want a really relaxing stay before or after a long flight?? And right on a lake to boot! This hotel always is top picks in my books! Can't wait until our next weekend away from home, close to home.

Yelp
Keeping in mind that I've never stayed the night here and the last time I came for dinner (which was great) was at least ten years ago, I'm going to write this highly specific review about the Inn on the Lake tennis court. You know, because I play by my own rules and stuff. Even with oodles of free tennis courts around HRM, I will still always want to pony up the $10/hr to use this one. It's a thing of beauty! Even closer to the lake than the Inn itself, your skills won't help you win because you'll be too distracted by the views. Gorgeous trees, lovely paths through them, the iconic gazebo-it's all just absolutely stunning and totally worth the price tag when you want to feel like a fancypants at the Rich People Country Club. Or maybe that's just what I do. If you're mostly a play-for-fun kind of guy or gal, bring plenty of tennis balls just in case you lose some to the big blue. It happens. Just be prepared.

Yelp
This was our 5 year anniversary last month and we always come here! We ordered the nachos. Very disappointed. It was chips, olives, cheese and tomatoes.. Also ordered the penne, very bland. New chef? Not sure what happened but we're hoping it changes for our next anniversary!

Yelp
We were there a couple of weeks ago in the dining room. Last night we had the opportunity to share some drinks with friends in the pub. It was a great atmosphere. The place was full, not too loud so the conversation was great. They had a great selection of beer on tap including, my second favourite Hopyard, but also a Peculiar as well as the other regulars. The special for the night was a lamb shank - which was a full meaty shank. The salmon looked great as did the bacon wrapped scallops - with the bacon precooked before being introduced to the scallops so that they were nice and crispy. I can't wait til the deck opens in the summer to go back for more.

Yelp
We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It's a convenient location when flying into Halifax. Rooms aren't fancy, but they are clean. And the grounds are very lovely. And the staff was excellent ... always nice and very helpful.

Yelp
Myself and 8 other people went to this restaurant to celebrate my friends 39th birthday party. We were told that they were full. Which was expected. But then they told us that the wait was over 3 hours and that we should leave and we're not welcome to wait. They claimed we were waiting in the hallway (which is the entrance of the restaurant) After they told us nothing was available we moved to the lobby to call other locations). They were extremely rude to us and made us feel terrible. We then left and went to finbars in Bedford (highly recommended) The next week one of us posted on the Facebook about our experience. We were only seeking an apology only to have them call us liars and proceed to ignore our comments. Over 20 different people commented on their dissatisfaction. ALL comments were very professional and no attacks or profanity were used. Inn on the lake proceeded to delete the complaint and ban us all from posting. All they do is call anyone that posts negative comments liars and tries to make themselves look innocent. Not ONCE have they ever apologized and took responsibilities for their actions. Avoid at all costs. There food is average but it was close to where we live. UPDATE: You'll notice that Sue has decided to comment below stating more lies. 1.) She states that one of us works for a competitor. This is irrelevant as his hotel isn't anywhere near inn on the lake. I and the other 7 people do not work for a competitor and we were all posting negative reviews 2.) She complains that we used social media to "trash" them. In this day social media is where complaints are sent and it's how you reply that defines your company. 3.) She states that we used profanity and attacked them in the deleted facebook thread. This is incorrect, not once were they attacked or was profanity used. 4.) It's unfortunate that a business cannot take responsibility and instead decide to call it's paying clients "liars". They do this all time (check out trip advisor, yelp, facebook, and twitter).

Yelp
I've worked there, very disorganized and other housekeepers wouldn't change the bedding, or vacum or wipe down the surfaces. Not worth the money to stay there. The staff were very rude and harassing. Wouldn't recommend working or staying there.

Yelp
Disappointing. Had the Salmon Mi'kmac ($26) described as a 'planked salmon' which is 'served on a cedar plank'. I don't think I was expecting too much when I imagined a grilled cedar plank infusing it's smoke into a salmon fillet. Well, the only time the plank got near a grill is when the cook singed the edges randomly, simply for looks. The salmon fillet, although a little on the small side, tasted ok, nothing special. It's a shame. I felt like they were trying to trick me. Otherwise, the place is really nice, and the service was good.

Yelp
Had a very nice week staying here in August of 18. Pool was clean and not too busy, ate on site once for breakfast. Food was really good, and service was friendly and efficient. Just a heads up, no free refills on fountain drinks. Our room was clean and comfortable, and only one fault was A/C kept shutting off never getting to set point. And just selecting fan, would also stop running. Could have been better, but was close to where we neede to be.

Yelp
Spent my wedding night here and did the reception. Staff was absolutely amazing. Keri Reed made our lives a hundred times easier planning for the reception and kept us sane throughout the entire event. We got the honeymoon suited which was hundreds of times worth it, and were even seen off by a hug from the staff. Food was always where it needed to be and they literally anticipated our needs so well that when we needed to cut the cake without even needing to ask a staff had a ribbon entrapped knife in hand. Would highly highly recommend anyone do their wedding here. A couple from Toronto was simply blown away by Halifax hospitality.

Yelp
My sister said "I Do" at this hotel a few years ago, and it was a marvelous experience. They have vast, beautiful grounds that extend down to the lake, where there is a large wooden gazebo beside the water that was perfect for their ceremony. The sparkling lake, and the abundant greenery throughout the grounds, afforded a lovely backdrop for photographs as well. The reception in their dining room was just as nice. The room itself was spacious, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that let in lots of natural light. The food, a vegetable tortellini dish I believe, was good, not fantastic, but tasty just the same. The best part of the whole event I think was how helpful the staff seemed to be, the hotel's wedding coordinator, Trevor, in particular. He seemed to go out of his way at every opportunity to make sure my sister and her husband had the wedding of their dreams. They were working with a conservative budget, and he did his best to accomodate their needs, and even throw in a few extras to really make sure their day was special. I know his assistance helped simplify what can be a stressful day for any bride and groom! They were extremely happy with every aspect of the Inn on the Lake's service, and many of the guests commented on how smoothly the day went as well.

Yelp
We had been going to this place every year for about 5 years now. It use to be great! Beautiful, peaceful and romantic. But after our last stay in June we won't be returning to what we had made a tradition at Inn On The Lake. We booked on the ad that included free continental breakfast and when we went for breakfast we were told that wasn't included for us after all. We are a fairly young couple and were treated poorly for that reason. Front desk and other staff were rude and not accommodating at all. A completely disappointing experience.
google avatar

Chelly S.

Yelp
We had to forego this beloved inn and restaurant because the reservations clerk told us their shuttle would not start for the airport before 5:00 am even though we had a 6:20 am flight with a required two hour airport arrival requirement. The receptionist was generally hard to deal with in other respects. We have never had this problem before. In the past we have given Inn on the Lake five stars. This establishment depends upon airport travelers and their policy makes no sense at all. We wonder if the clerk even knew what she was talking about as she seemed terse and seemingly not used to dealing with the public or reservations functions.
google avatar

David O.

Yelp
All of the staff from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk, repair staff and everyone we encountered is extremely friendly and helpful. The Encore restaurant is a very nice decor with wonderful seafood dishes. The seafood chowder makes you want to lick the bowl. Seafood casserole was beautiful, rich lobster sauce and seafood chunks with a light airy pastry that screams butter! The coconut cream pie is amazing with a handmade tasty crust. Our server was professional and great helping us find just the right dishes. Prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Yelp
I loved my stay at the Inn on the Lake! Recently engaged, my fiance and I were looking for a romantic weekend outside of the city (we live downtown Halifax). Our room was great; with a big big balcony overlooking Lake Thomas and the pool, a very spacious 2 person jacuzzi (when they say two-person tub they mean it!), an electric fireplace, and the front desk even sent us a complimentary bottle of Champagne and decadent chocolate truffles to congratulate us on our engagement. Needless to say we felt very welcome and were very pleased with our room! We had breakfast at the Encore restaurant, which is a very tastefully decorated and well-maintained restaurant, a real must-see! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and professional. Every time we passed the front desk they remembered who we were and greeted us with smiles. The housekeeping staff were friendly and polite, our wonderful room speaks to their abilities. I loved my stay at the Inn on the Lake, and look forward to going back many more times. It really is the perfect little escape just outside of Halifax. (We were home to feed the pets on Saturday and back to the Inn in less than an hour!)

Yelp
I do not Ever post on sights, especially bad comments. However I feel that this review is necessary for anyone who wants a nice night away. In my opinion this is not the place. My husband booked a night away for our one year wedding anniversary. New Years Eve. When he booked the night, 1st) He was not told about the brunch at reservation or at check in. We went down the morning of January 1st to the restaurant to have brunch. We get there and they look at us like we have 6 heads, because we didn't have a reservation for brunch. ( a brunch that is apparently well known and fully booked) keep in mind that Dec 30th there was a facebook post saying that there was still reservations available( I checked this page after we checked out, because I was disappointed. ) 2nd) We were charged to hold the room. I'm not sure why. As hotels stopped doing this years ago. They just take the credit card number to hold the room. So in total 500+ was charged to my card for a 310 package. ANY OTHER HOTEL ... You don't have to worry about having the extra funds to hold. Being the holidays. Money was tight. 3rd) I read a review about someone complaining about the Jacuzzi tub. THAT CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT. IT DID NOT WORK. There was only one setting and that was loud and obnoxious. I've used them, THE SAME ONES in other hotels. Never had a problem. 4th) There was mold in the shower. There was a Cheetos found by the bed. (We didn't have Cheetos) 5th) Lastly we get a charge to my card yet again. 69.00 for a pair of king sized sheets. Yup. That's right. My husband called asked about it and they said there was a stain that " their washing routine" could not get rid of. It was a soft blue stain. On a white sheet set. First.... If they were washed the entire set would have been stained blue. Think about it. Second.... I have no idea why or what caused it. I never had this problem before. But the fact that a hotel doesn't cover the costs for bedding that may have to be replaced, is absurd to me. We did not paint the sheets with nail polish. We did not cut up the sheets. So to be charged 69.00 for the sheets is appalling. Im not even 100% it wasn't there already. The clothing I wore was black. So sum this up. I'm disappointed in the way this was all handled. No apologies for anything. Just charges. And phone calls. Horrible place to stay that we tried to make the best of.

Yelp
A lady friend took me for lunch, first time there, for "our" birthday's Sunday afternoon... Accidents do happen however, the server spilled 1/2 a glass of red wine in my lap, didn't top up the glass, followed up with cold 4 oz. fish and chips, both of us, and billed us not only for very bad cold food but also $14.00 and change for the glass of wine... Needless to say, first and last time there... And after just moving to Fall River...

Brian A.

Yelp
Room was great, friendly staff. The general layout of the inn is quite cozy, and everything you may need is right on site. Very clean facilities, restaurant and pub. The grounds are well maintained as well. One note that sticks out in our minds on a negative note however was issues regarding the pub and restaurant manager. He appeared to be quite hard on the staff, and roamed around the place quite frequently, getting in the servers way and never seeming able to crack a smile. To our surprise he did however bid us farewell and told us to have a nice day as we were leaving. I would definitely recommend this Inn to anyone looking for great food and accommodations. Way to go Inn on the lake Fall river Nova Scotia. We would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Went to the Inn on the Lake for the first time in a long time. We went to the restaurant for brunch with friends from out of town. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was top notch. The children ordered off the kid's menu but their burgers & fries were the same size as mine...huge! It was very yummy and filling. I couldn't eat it all. I will definately go back...especially since it is in my neighbourhood. Next I will try the pub :)

Yelp
The first time we came to Oliver's Pub it was OK. We took a couple friends out and it was not mind blowing but good. The next time we went out for lunch last year for Christmas team lunch. Again for me - OK only. The Seafood Casserole I ordered was expensive for lunch at $19.95 and had a lovely puff pastry on top shaped like a lobster but no lobster in it AT ALL! And the seafood tasted frozen - not good for NS. Last week I took a colleague out for lunch and because of location chose this place again. I opted for something safe - the large Caesar Salad at $11.95 (remember that). It came and I got served one tiny slice of lemon - not a wedge as is customary and natural for squeezing, but a thin slice of lemon - I asked for a couple wedges and got 3 more thin slices - OK nuts. The lettuce tasted OK but something was not right; maybe it was the croûtons, almost like they were bad.....so I just avoided them. The dressing well it was good but not enough of it and that's the first time I've found that. The wrap special my friend had was good he said. The bill came and I paid plus usual tip even tho someone does not get the concept of a lemon wedges....but something was nagging and I checked when I got home - I was charged $13.95!!!! WTF - I called and spoke to the waitress - they had to raise the prices as Romaine went up - fine but you have to advertize that - you cannot just willy-nilly jack the price without telling the customer somehow - advert by the door, written over on the menu, an insert, lots of ways but this is a NO_NO. She seemed surprised so I said check with your management, in fact if they told you to do this, it's even more wrong. I will go back for a refund - it's the principle of it but I'm never going back to eat - ever - and I hear the Inn is being turned into Condos so good on it.

Yelp
Had a great stay. I enjoyed the the room and especially the jacuzzi. Staff treated us great and met every accommodation we asked for! One of the front desk girls, Katie was her name, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! The only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is because of the food. The pub was over priced for what the food was. I had the calamari and I could tell it was frozen (which is a no no for me when we're in nova scotia) and tasteless. I had one piece and didn't eat anymore and usually the staff see that you haven't eaten anything and ask but the waitstaff seemed to busy to notice or really care but they were quite busy and I didn't want to cause any trouble for anyone so I just paid for the food I only could manage one bite of. But other than the food I would definitly reccomend a stay here. It's beautiful and peaceful. It gives you something that larger hotel chains can't give you.

Yelp
A wonderful hotel with all the amenities of a large 5 star chain but better .The Beautiful property and wonderful styled and up kept suites offered the charm elegance and affordability we were looking for ..Throw in a wonderful menu, patio, and great staff, and you won't forget this little hidden jem ..Top notch place.

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner at Oliver's (the pub) last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rob, our waiter, was a delight. The place was pretty full and the service was still prompt. My wife had the seafood casserole, I had ribs and a Caesar salad. The food was first rate. Even the vegetables were fresh, interesting and flavourful. And the price was reasonable.

Yelp
This weekend my grandmother turned 85, and that is certainly an occasion worth celebrating. After mulling over suitable birthday-lunch locations, my grandfather made the executive decision that we should go to Inn On The Lake. I have not been to this restaurant/Inn since I was about 10 years old, and my only recollection was that they served up some pretty choice garlic bread. Now I still enjoy a hearty serving of garlicy carbohydrates, but my grown-up self was in the mood for something else, so I was very happy to see the wide selection of lunch/brunch offerings that were available in their modern and inviting dining room. There was a lot to choose from, but I eventually settled on the 'Warm Asian Inspired Chicken'. Other orders around the table included the Tuscan Roasted Vegetables and Penne with Chicken and Bacon. Imagine my delight when my meal was presented to me with not one, not two, but five chicken skewers. FIVE! They were not skimping on the meat on this one. (And I deeply appreciate any dining establishment that helps me meet my daily protein requirements.) Beyond the sizable meat content, the noodles and vegetables were also plentiful, and the dish came in a spicy (but not too spicy) coconut thai sauce. I ate every last bite. I also got to sample the other meals and everything was delicious. I was too full from poultry-fest 2011 to indulge in desert, but I did have a cup of coffee. As the antithesis of a coffee snob (I will drink anything that's remotely caffeinated), I don't usually notice the quality of the coffee in a restaurant - but this was really good coffee, so good that I'm kind of kicking myself for not asking our waitress what kind it was. It was an excellent ending to an excellent meal, and I'll certainly be going back. Score one for Grandpa's restaurant selecting abilities!

Yelp
My wife took me to The Inn on the lake the food was at best disappointing I had calamari it was terrible tasted like it as from a box. I had a pasta dish that was recommended by our waitress again just average. My wife had filet mignon that was over cooked. The only good part of the meal was the waitress was friendly and attentive. Not one to complain we will just not return. Not worth $150.00 we were told it was closing in favor of condos good idea.

Marjorie H.

Yelp
Dropped in here for a bite to eat with my husband. Food was good. Our server, Kaleigh, was just a dream making sure we had all that we wanted. It was a little noisy but all in good fun on a Friday night!

Yelp
My recent partner decided to surprise me for Valentine's Day with a night away, because it was our first valentine's day/ trip away together he went all out and booked us the King suite. The inn is absolutely beautiful, so it was a really nice surprise! We had dinner at Encore where the food was amazing and the waitress was even better! She went above and beyond to make our night special and it was very appreciative! When we went back to our room after supper we decided to turn on the fire place and go in the hot tub. Unfortunately the fire place did not work, and the hot tub only had one functioning setting. The hot tub would only go on the highest setting, it was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk and we joked it felt like we were getting beat up! I decided to contact the manager a couple days later to bring this to her attention because these amenities did cost extra. I did not complain, I did not ask for anything in return, all I did was bring it to her attention. It did not ruin our time but for a couple in a similar situation (first Valentine's day, just started dating) it could of ruined their night away! The manager/ owner responded that they were checked and they both work, I responded back to her email, and she decided to respond back to my partner instead of dealing with me! I feel that she did not need to bring a third party into this, as well why would we fabricate about the hot tub and fire place not working when I'm not asking for anything in return? Like I said I we made the best out of the night, but unfortunately management put a damper on the whole experience. I recommend the inn but I also recommend management to get lessons on how to deal with things properly and professionally.

Yelp
We ate there last night and have to say we were not impressed at all. To start there is a no ball cap rule its 2015 people your restaurant is not that fancy. The server was friendly but not that great at serving we had our meals ate before asking if we wanted anymore drinks. It wasn't that busy there only two other tables with people at them so the waitress staff were not overrun. I ordered a steak medium well with fries but got a steak that was way over cooked and dried out didn't get fries got mashed potatoes which is not what I asked for. No big deal the mashed potatoes are probably a little healthier. My wife ordered wings and a spinach salad in which the waiter didn't ask if she wanted the wings first or with her meal. The wings were frozen wings out of the box not what you would expect from a restaurant with a no ball cap rule. To go back for a second when I ordered my steak I asked what the side was she said some kind of potato she wasn't sure. Ok they serve the same kind of potato and veg with four of five dishes the only difference is the protein and she didn't know come on get with it. So to end this long winded review if your looking for an overrated restaurant with subpar food go there by all means. I am no food critic by no means but i am pretty sure I could cook a better steak then I received there will not be going back.
