My daughter brought me to this spot for a quick treat and I enjoyed it very much. They have a huge menu so there's definitely something for everyone! My avocado toast was amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming. I highly recommend this cute spot 😍 👌

I’ve been coming here for years, still never disappoints. Best açaí and fruit bowls i’ve ever had, and I even went out of my way to compare different larger chains, or even places closer to Dallas, still nothing compares. Their smoothies are on the same timing. You just can’t go wrong here, when you step inside you feel like you’re in a sims world with their unique interior design, feels like a pause on reality to just enjoy some nourishing food and drinks. If you’re far, take the drive- it’s worth it. If you’re close by, you’re really lucky to have the convenience of truly remarkable food.

I’m not a health oriented person, I eat a lot of beef, junk food, things I shouldn’t and I really liked the food. Service was super friendly. I got the royal bowl and a coffee. Place is very unique, trying to be healthier, will for sure go back.

I saw a review for this place, on Facebook. I browsed the menu and decided to try it. This place is very cozy. Reminds me of a time when you would go to your best friends' house and they would whip up something for you to eat. I got the avocado toast and a lavender lemonade pop, (because someone bought up the entire lemonade stash, right before I got there). The toast was fantastic. The hummus added an unexpected creamy twist to the sandwich. I had to wait for the lavender pop to melt a bit. I drove to the next red light (six blocks away), turned around and went back for another order. Yeah, it is THAT good. I shared it with my co-worker. This is my new go-to spot. This place is worth 10 stars. Soon, they will be opening earlier in the morning, at 6 am. And between the hours of 6-8 am, you will be able to get a free tea. (Don't know how long this offer will last.)

I absolutely love this place! Went for the first time today and even just walking in I loved the vibe of the place. I got the royal bowl and there was a bit of wait for food but I didn’t mind waiting. They were also very nice the entire time I was there. The food was super good and I was so excited to find a place that suited my various dietary restrictions (especially my gluten intolerance) with food that’s healthy and delicious. They have a great variety of options and I’m excited to try more of the menu. I will definitely be back!

I came here today for the first time with my friends. I ordered the honey-lime-pesto avocado toast and the pineal smoothie. They were AMAZING, so rich in flavor.

Sooo… I stumbled upon this hidden gem about 3 minutes away from my job on the prowl for some all natural, good and holistic type of food 😁. I must say that InnerCHI is now one of my new favorite places. It’s such a plus that it’s located in Garland/Rowlett area. 🥰 I am so grateful for the integrity of their ingredients used to serve us bowls, smoothies, tea, juices, herbal shots, toast etc. Their menu is filled with so many great nutritious options. Something I confidently always say and take into consideration when it’s comes to eating out is the simple fact “I am a real person, who needs real food.” They do no disappointment! Glory be to God for small family owned business like this. 🙏🏽💕 Me telling you to go now 👈🏼 trust me, it’s a favor. 🫶🏼 Worth every dollar, and this is not over exaggeration, just appreciation. 💯

i love EVERYTHING about this place! i had The Daily shot and it was soooo yummy. and the toast was very flavorful and crunchy! fun card games to play and vibey music. i wanna put everyone on this place! very expansive menu as well.
