Amazing stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit! From the moment I arrived, Honey and the entire team made me feel so welcome. The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with lovely bathrobes adding a special touch. I truly enjoyed the rooftop pool, the excellent restaurants, the beautiful interior design, and the outstanding service from the whole staff. Everything combined to make my stay unforgettable – I can’t wait to return!

Great hotel with thoughtful details – just be mindful of location for toursI stayed here for a short trip and was genuinely impressed. The hotel is clean, well-appointed, and had all the right amenities for a comfortable stay. Staff were warm and attentive, and I appreciated the little touches – like daily stocked complimentary water and juice, and block-out blinds that actually worked.The breakfast buffet was a standout – a wide, fresh selection and bonus points for the unexpected but very welcome addition of celery juice. I also dined at the rooftop Spanish restaurant and highly recommend it. The grilled octopus Gilda and garlic prawns with toasted sourdough were absolute highlights – fresh, punchy and well-executed. Yum.A couple of things to consider: I stayed in a corner room away from the lifts, but facing the main entrance and freeway. Despite the double glazing, some traffic noise filtered through and did affect my sleep. Also, while the hotel’s location is convenient in many ways, it’s just outside the standard “pickup zone” for many tour operators. I had to take a separate taxi (at my own cost) to a central meeting point. Factor in an extra 30 minutes for this if you’re planning excursions.All in all, a great stay – just plan ahead if you’re doing tours, and maybe request a room facing away from the road.

I arrived at the hotel rather late and tired, the reception staff Fluke greeted me with a big warm smile and pleasant welcome. And I got an upgrade for my room because of the room I booked was all taken, what a pleasant surprise! I love the whole minimalistic design with grey & white tone in my room. Everything in the minibar is free which was great. I wish I had more time to spend relaxing in this room. Breakfast is great, with a good mix of local and international taste. And the view from 31st floor (breakfast area) and 33th floor (swimming pool) was breathtaking. Super happy to that I decided to treat myself a night at this beautiful hotel. Will be back if I had the chance!

Our first time staying at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit. Overall experience - Great! We stayed at The Townhouse that has 1 sofa bed and 1 king bed. Overall size is good and love it that shower + bathtub & toilet area is separated. Breakfast selection decent and with a great view at Level 31. No complaints.

The gentlemen running the pool service are fantastic. Sing and prom is who I got to see today sorry if my spelling is off. Service is great views are great and lucky for me the weather has been calm and good temperature. Staff all around here are great the rooms are small but they found a way to make it feel larger than it is. Great stay location near bts have to give two thumbs up for this hotel.

Amazing breakfast and top-quality Spanish food — definitely a highlight of the stay. The hotel has a clean, modern feel with a cool design throughout. The room was very small but well-kept and thoughtfully designed. The gym was also tiny, really only suitable for one person at a time, but it had the essentials. Overall, a stylish place with great food — ideal for solo travellers or couples who don’t mind compact spaces.

Our first time staying at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit & had our dinner at Level 32 LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar.Overall experience - Great!We stayed at The Townhouse that has 1 sofa bed and 1 king bed.Overall size is good and love it that shower + bathtub & toilet area is separated.Dinner at Level 32 LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar was yummy too! Though the bar could be more attentive to my request for birthday when I made the booking.Overall good view and food was great too.Breakfast selection decent and with a great view at Level 31. No complaints.

The hotel design is beautiful and the view from the rooftop is spectacular. The room itself is quite small and doesnt feel as premium as the hotel looks. the location is convenient near the BTS and shops and food choices around. Still a bit far out, if you want to get a taxi, the road in front is always congested, so it will take quite long to get out via taxi. However for the price its good enough.
