I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the entire team made sure everything was perfect. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing great service. The attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, and the willingness of the team to go above and beyond made my stay unforgettable. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, the restaurant staff, or any other department, everyone contributed to a wonderful experience. I loved this hotel . The entrance is beautiful . Reception had the best view ever !!! You can have your breakfast watching the city . Rooms are exactly as in the pics. Very comfy and chic! My hubby and I visited Thailand to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, in particular zee who welcomed us! Pai was also amazing, helping us with our luggage and arranging a taxi to the airport, making everything so easy for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt truly looked after. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The hotel boasts an ideal location, being conveniently situated near the BTS Skytrain station, providing easy access to both fantastic shopping malls and numerous popular tourist attractions. The staff are truly excellent, consistently demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and providing a welcoming, prioritized experience for all guests. Furthermore, the meeting rooms are fully and impressively equipped, and the dining experience is a highlight, with delicious food served at every meal.

Great place. Convenient location next to the BTS, Lotus, 7/11s and lovely eating places and service is nice too. The rooms are small though but that's what you get in a vertical. Bed is very comfy and breakfast is decent. The top roof pool is amazing. Would love to stay again.

Only 4 star due to the location. Everything about the hotel itself is brilliant, rooms are beautifully set out and clean, the rooftop pool has spectacular views to sunbathe to. The locations was the only thing that caused a little issue - a trip to main Bangkok was either by a grab taxi which would take 40-50 due to heavy traffic or the train which was a similar time.

I had a great stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok. The hotel has a modern vibe, clean rooms, and a really comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me most was the service. I arrived much earlier than my check-in time, but the staff — especially MB — were incredibly helpful and arranged an early check-in for me at around 10:30 AM even though my check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. This made my trip so much easier. The location is convenient, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.
