INNSiDE by Meliá Lima Miraflores

The room, motel and staff was great! I booked a room with a king bed and it was very comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom and shower. I only speak English and the staff was great in answering questions I had about the area. I also preferred a taxi over an Uber and the called a great taxi service for me. Would definitely recommend this comfortable accommodation.

My family had a great time! Beautiful room, hotel and location. The pool and bar on the roof were relaxing and Yizak the bartender was excellent and so nice :). Highly recommend for families with kids- the bunk beds were a hit. It’s hard to find places that are good for kids and this was perfect.

Excellent location. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Scenic rooftop bar. ||We spent a night at this hotel on our way back from Puno. We were very impressed with this hidden gem. It is located in the heart of the city and it offers top notch service. I would like to praise Huber at the restaurant the way he dealt with a minor issue I had with the soup I had ordered.||Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Lima.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful, the staff who cleans the rooms did a great job and the staff working the rooftop were very nice people. The location is prime, I felt safe in the area and there are plenty of small shops, restaurants and bars to explore. It is also a couple blocks away from the ocean (circuito playas) which is gorgeous. The hotel rooftop turns into a club at night (Cataleya) so it’s perfect for going up to grab a drink, vibe and listen to music. I stayed there with my husband and six other family members and we are all beyond satisfied with our experience. When I return to Peru, I will be staying at INNSiDE again!

Great hotel and location.|Hotel is in the centre of Miraflores and within walking distance of the coast and main parks.|Hotel is modern and the rooms well appointed. Check in process easy. We were also able to book a return airport transfer which was great. |Bedroom was very good with a comfortable bed. Mini bar was replenished daily, however on two separate occasions (we stayed on two separate stays a week apart) the beers were not replaced though the soft drinks were. We complained to the receptionist but it concerned me that this happened twice and why only the beers??|Breakfast buffet was good although there is limited seating which meant sharing a table with others on one occasion. |Rooftop pool was a great addition as was the bar - nice to chill.|Overall a good choice if staying in Miraflores.

Everything was good. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. There are some things to improve for sure. The food for example was one day good and the other day not so good.. and the other issue is that the staff in the kitchen, can barely understand English so it was a little difficult to communicate without translation. But generally the staff was very polite. Also, I stayed in a 4 people's room which I think was way too small for 4 people. Maximum 3 for sure. Other than these "issues", the hotel was great.

Hard to fault anything about this hotel. Rooms are spacious and spotless, buffet breakfast was varied, replenished and good quality and there is a pleasant rooftop bar and pool. All staff were friendly and courteous. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in close proximity but the hotel remains peaceful.

Nice area, modern hotel, walkable to eateries and Larcomar waterfront, welcome snack was nice, didn’t get breakfast ($10 per person per day), have to request iron and ironing board, nice rooftop area, cute robe/slippers (didn’t use), nice shower pressure (not fan of rain showers🙂), chrome cast adapter by request. Thanks for the two night stay!
