INNSiDE by Meliá Lima Miraflores

I come often to stay in this hotel while working in Lima and everytime I enjoy myself a lot. The hotel is very trendy and has a nice decor and good vibes all around. The rooms are really comfortable and well kept. The breakfast is really good and the restaurant service is amazing, try the ceviche norteño and the lomo saltado for a deliceous peruvian meal. Nicol was my server last time I was there and she was so caring and attentive. Get the chilcano cocktail in the rooftop bar! So good

Our server, Nicol Mery, was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, attentive, and made excellent recommendations. Nicol also makes some of the best cocktails we’ve had anywhere. The rooftop atmosphere is beautiful—open seating surrounded by lush plants, a stunning blue lap pool, and great music from the 2000s through today that creates a lively yet relaxing vibe. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’re already planning to return tomorrow for another amazing evening. Highly recommend for both the food and the unforgettable experience!

Modern and comfortable hotel. Rooms are reasonably sized for a city hotel, very comfortable and with modern decor. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is good, but the service is a little slow. The location is amazing to explore the miraflores neighborhood.

Great stay! Very centrally located, comfortable room and beds. Wonderful hot showers and clean rooms. Great value for the money. Alonso was especially helpful and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

A special thanks to Sofía Huamán, for her warm hospitality and for gifting us a beautiful Peruvian souvenir that made our visit even more special. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location in Miraflores is excellent. Highly recommend for both comfort and outstanding service.

Bed and pillows were really comfy. Had a great nights sleep. Loved the roof top pool and bar. Reasonable prices for drinks. Service was really good. Cinthia served us at the restaurant each time and she was fantastic. Would stay there again.

This rude lady ruined our meal on my daughter’s birthday by calling us insults in Spanish. Then she wouldn’t make eye contact with us. She was very rude. I like this hotel very much and hopefully guests like this are not to be expected.| I hope her employer sees how rude and terrible she was to strangers for no reason.| Other than that hotel was exceptional. Great location and wonderful staff.

The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel manager and reception team were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
