INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Bosque

We stayed at Innside palma Bosque with our wedding guests for the week of our wedding at finca son berga in August of this year. The staff could not have gone more out of the way to make sure we had an amazing time and that all of our guests were well cared for. A particular shout out to the barman who looked after us at the pre wedding party we had the night before at the hotel. Created a fantastic atmosphere within an ideal private zone. The facilities were superb & exactly what we needed. Probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Could not recommend more & we will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

My husband and I just finished our stay here and we had such a wonderful time! I am a manual wheelchair user, but declined a wheelchair accessible room as I really wanted to have a view of the port (wheelchair accessible rooms only have a pool view). However the standard room was totally fine for my needs and they even have shower chairs that can be delivered. We were traveling with our small dog and he loved the treats, dog bed and toy that were in the room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

Stayed for 7 nights with my Dog 1. Dog friendly - they even had a dog welcome package (ball, natural treats, bowls and a bed) very carefully designed for a comfortable stay. Although they charged 40€ per night for my dog. Which in my opinion is more a dog accepting trait than being dog friendly. 2. Quality- the room I was in, was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with view to the pool. The overall atmosphere and the facilities are really good. 3. Staff - courteous and friendly, with a reception that is open almost all day for customers. 4. Free Minibar - we got juices and water for daily consumption and that was a plus. 5. Location - quiet and intimate road but super close to the castle. 6. Food - we liked to eat out instead of the in house restaurant, which doesn’t allow dogs. We found an Indian restaurant next to the hotel which was the best find as they did the food exactly to our taste without spices.

Love this hotel. Stayed here for the second time. Great facilities with a decent hotel gym and multiple bars. Has a nice restaurant and is in a decent location. Easy access to the restaurants are bars in and around the port but with a good enough distance so you don’t get all the noise. Staff are great. The pool is really nice although it gets quite busy. There is also a terrace and an indoor pool. The rooms are a really good size, with a fridge.

My friend and I spent 4 nights at Palma Bosque and it was amazing. |We arrived at lunchtime . Reception checked us in and we were by the pool at 12.30 .||Found sun beds immediately . |The food and drinks at the pool bar were perfect, really lovely staff . One day they had to close for food early due to how busy it was . It wasn’t an issue though . || Our room was gorgeous, so much storage , lovely view of the pool. |It was kept so clean and tidy . Huge towels changed every day . ||The breakfast was fantastic, I cannot recommend it more highly .|The food was topped up constantly and all the tables were kept clean and cleared quickly. |I loved all the little details of the food , at every station . |The food was fresh and well presented. |Two days we booked a Bali bed, we loved it , worth the extra cost |100% recommend and cannot wait to return

We had a wonderful stay at Innside Palma Bosque, the hotel has all amenities that you would need, the breakfast was great and a lovely relaxing pool area. The hotel rooms are lovely with a large bed. The location is so handy to the main area of Palma by walking or public transport. Unfortunately during my stay I took unwell and required medical attention, I cannot thank the staff in the hotel enough especially Marianne who went above and beyond to ensure I got the care I needed and all staff present were kind enough to enquire about my well-being when they next seen me which was so lovely. I will definitely stay here again and can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and consideration during my stay ❤️

First time in Palma and ultimately first time visiting this hotel. We were fortunate enough to of picked this hotel out of the hotels recommended to us.||We were here for a long weekend. When we arrived our room was not ready, but we were offered for our cases to be held in the luggage room and could use the hotel facilities whilst we waited. As it was early afternoon and had been up early doors we went out to view the area.||Palma was absolutely roasting! Even the locals had said it was hotter than normal! There was a lovely supermarket approx 5minutes walk away where you could get everything you needed. If you wanted to go out for dinner etc the harbour was approx 15minute walk or you could arrange a taxi with reception. The taxis always came very promptly and very reasonably priced!||The hotel itself… the room was of good size, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. Bathroom of good size as well. We did have an issue with our air con where it leaked twice. Reported on both occasions and was resolved very promptly and had no impact on our stay at all.||The pool was a great size and sits in a bit of a sun trap which is great. One thing I don’t understand is the charge of 50€ (I think) for the use of the cabana beds which also got you one or two drinks. Most of the time they sat empty.||We had lunch in the restaurant next to reception one day and the burger was lovely.||Overall good hotel and great location. Not one to stay in the same place twice but I would revisit this hotel.

In general we are satisfied with the hotel. We were surprised they do not offer towels for the beach. Its a nice gestuture you have drinks refilled each day in the mini bar. The location is good, its 20min walk to the city center. But there is no any beach nearby.

This post has nothing to do with the hotel. It's honestly very pretty with reasonable prices. We've yet to spend the night but I arrived here with a group this afternoon and decided to grab a QUICK bite to eat at Innside's restaurant "Syndeo." Don't. waste. your. time. Go for a walk down the street and find quite literally ANYWHERE else. We sat down ordered our drinks and food at the same time. After 25 minutes we finally got our drinks (minus one because for some reason they couldn't make it and waited until the rest came out to tell us) and then waited another 30 MINUTES for our food. Might I add, there were probably only 5 or 6 other people here so any excuse that they were busy is capital B.S. Ate the worst salmon tartar I've ever had in my life (only because I paid for it) and my friend's burger was completely raw when she took a bite. While taking a plate off the table the waiter spilled breadcrumbs all over the food and into drinks, didn't acknowledge it and walked away. Everything about this experience was a big fat ZERO. Hopefully our hotel experience is better than whatever this was. Crap service and even crappier expensive food, DO NOT waste your time here when there are plenty of other local spots that I'm sure are a fraction of the price and 100% more delicious.
