INNSiDE by Meliá Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning, and staying close to the airport was both practical and economical. It turned out to be an excellent choice. At check-in, we received a welcome beer as Meliá Gold members, and the staff kindly placed our rooms next to each other. Everyone at reception and throughout the hotel was friendly, polite, and helpful, which made our short stay very pleasant. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and being just minutes from the airport allowed us to sleep longer and more peacefully before our flight. Another big advantage is the 24-hour food service—late at night I was able to get a pizza, something you won’t find in Meliá properties in central Paris or La Défense. 👉 Important note for travelers: This is not the right hotel if your plan is to explore Paris. Since it’s in the airport area, the train/metro ride into the city costs about €13 each way, which quickly adds up. For sightseeing, it’s better to stay in central Paris. Overall, the hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience if you need to stay near the airport. I would definitely choose it again before an early flight.

The hotel was clean and overall fine for an airport stay. However, the location and transportation options are not very convenient—you’ll likely need to take an Uber or walk quite a distance, which isn’t ideal with luggage or in bad weather. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant was a major disappointment; the food quality was poor and needs significant improvement.

Perfect hotel for a quick stay waiting transfer flights. Very convenient, close to CDGVAL train system connecting all terminals. Very kind and friendly check in and out from reception, Laura. Spacious and clean room. And finally a nice breakfast.

Best hotel we stayed at during our tour across Europe with my family. The staff were absolutely amazing and so kind, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. This was by far our favorite stay. We only stayed one night because we had an early flight out but I would be so tempted to stay here my entire stay in Paris if it wasn’t so expensive to get to/from the city center. The breakfast was great and we also ate dinner here which was one of our favorite meals while in France. I highly recommend staying here. We had connecting rooms with a king size bed and two twin beds for our teenage daughters. Great hotel all around.

I cannot write more Hospitablewords of praise than a great big thank you to the night Team. Tonight I was completely stranded, And could not make a reservation to regular means because the system did not allow for a booking after midnight. I showed up at the hotel, hoping to be able to get a room. Initially, I was told the hotel had no availability. Mohamed Rayane the Night Shift manager, Made it all possible for me. He was able to find One room which was not cleaned, then contacted housekeeping at 2 o’clock in the morning! I was able to get some rest. I’m beyond grateful

The location is good, close to the airport with CDGVAL. The room is clean and much bigger than similar hotel near the airport. We ordered room service for dinner, it was quite good. Burger was excellent, pizza not so much. I wish there were a bit more things in the room (teethbrush, water bottles...). I am disappointed by the service to customers. I asked a body weight checker to check the luggage weight, but the hotel put a machine in the lobby for that, with a 2 EUR fees per luggage. It should be free for customers.

I did not expect a last minute booking at an airport hotel after a nightmare experience at CDG airport, would be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Missed our flight and had to check in late bit was greeted warmly and with such care by the person at the front desk, that it instantly made us feel relaxed. We got upgraded to a bigger room, which was clean, nicely designed, and had all the amenities we needed. Really appreciated the late checkout time of 12 noon as our flight wasn’t until the evening. The breakfast was ample and the lobby had an extensive bar and some nice games tables to play with. Unfortunately lost the card of the gentleman at the reception and did not catch his name (we checked in evening of the 8/9), but just want to give a big shoutout to him for turning a terrible day around! He was a star 🌟

I had a really pleasant stay at INNSiDE by Meliá at Charles de Gaulle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a good night’s rest. Service overall was great, but I especially want to thank Myrah at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful — exactly the kind of first impression that sets the tone for a great stay. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel right at home. Big thanks to her for making the experience even better.
