INNTU Hotel

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Many restaurants are walking distance and a lot to do; very safe. Hotel is clean, breakfast ok (love the coffee and the made-to-order omelets), the people working here are very nice and friendly, shower works good. The room was pretty quiet and had a great view. But otherwise meh: -There isn't enough lighting at night (the bathroom is dark, the room is dark - they need more lamps) -The floors and walls appear tired and worn (but clean) -The bathroom door doesn't stay open - it springs closed. -The beds are on wheels so they move when you sit on them. -The blackout blinds leave gaps on each side so that in the morning, slivers of light shine right into your eyes in bed (we fixed it by strategically hanging a long shirt on one of the spokes on the sheer blinds to cover a portion of the gap). -There's no coffee maker in the room -When we were there, they didn't have enough towels... they couldn't provide any extra towels when we asked for another one because they had "run out." When they provided new towels the next day they were damp. -No tissue box in the room - just little, personal-sized tissue pockets -The shower was spacious and the water pressure was great. But what's up with the little plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner and little bars of soap? Please get with the times and get large bottles of soap / shampoo that are refillable. -The value was good for what we paid.

Many restaurants are walking distance and a lot to do. |Hotel is clean breakfast ok, the people working here are very nice and friendly, shower works good, ac good, bed was one of the worst mattresses I have slept on, wifi, also very bad, especially on higher floors. Small gym bike treadmill and stepper on roof very nice but no wifi, if they had good wifi and better mattresses this place would be very nice. Unfortunately, after 4 terrible nights sleeping, we will not return.

Don’t stay here if you plan on having guest or your whole party isn’t on the reservation. They’ll charge you double for the room. This used to be a great place but the policies are ridiculous and now all its good for is the rooftop view

On the west side of Laureles, making it easy to find restaurants on the primavera avenue and away from the noise and bustle of avenida setenta. Some higher floor rooms are suite like and recommended for an extended stay.

Very nice place people very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately beds are very bad and wifi is terrible on upper floors. Ac worked good and shower was hot. Restaurant breakfast was ok, service was very good

This hotel is in a great location, close to nice restaurants and right in front of ‘Segundo Parque de Laureles.’ While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from more attention to detail.Firstly, the room I stayed in had damaged floor panels caused by water from the sink. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a microwave and coffee machine, which are standard in most 4-star hotels. Another disappointing feature is that the pool is only accessible for a fee and requires a reservation, which is absurd for a facility meant for guests.|The rooftop has three workout machines, but they barely function. There’s also a jacuzzi, but this is my second stay in two years, and I’ve yet to see it in working order. The hotel has a lot of empty spaces on the first two floors and the rooftop, which could be utilized better. For instance, they could add more workout machines or turn the rooftop into a bar or lounge area for guests to relax.Some staff members are not very friendly, as noted by other reviews as well. The breakfast is decent, with plenty of options, but overall, the hotel doesn’t meet the standards of a 4-star property. Considering the price, you’re better off staying at another nearby hotel.For example, the new Urbit Social Lofts nearby is lovely, with super friendly staff. Although it’s still under construction, it promises to have a fantastic rooftop soon.In summary, this hotel should either improve its amenities and services or downgrade to a 3-star rating. Fixing issues like the damaged jacuzzi, making the pool free for guests, and enhancing the overall experience would go a long way in justifying its 4-star claim.

It was a walk in. Welcoming helpful efficient staff. For Laureles it's good location - quiet and close to wherever. Rooms are very good. |Two cons:|No hot war (or cold); only inbetween warm.|Breakfast is rather underwhelming for this kind of hotel.
