Inspire House Hotel Chiang Mai

Good. Will stay here if i come again to chiang mai. Near to the bus terminal. Friendly staff. The woman bartender is very friendly and beautiful. I miss chance to try her Americano. If you’re from Malaysia, this area is very cold at night.

Great price, quite decent quality. The hotel is a bit worn out but generally clean and well-equipped. If you need a place to stay for a short solo trip, it's an ideal option

Cats are allowed, was room service if we wanted, 711 around the corner.

For my initial booking I selected breakfast. I received a reply to say breakfast option was cancelled. The hotel itself was gloomy. Very little lighting down corridoors in day time.The room appeared clean at first glance but then found guest towels were folded but dirty. Bedding not ironed and dirty. Floor towel/mat might or might not have been washed since the once white colour was more brown. Bathroom not fully cleaned. No staff around at morning checkout at 8am. When I sent a message to the phone number displayed at the front desk, the return message said drop the key in the box on my way out.

The hot shower needs to be fixed, molds are all around the corners of the toilet and bath. I expect the hallway to be lighted throught the night, as early as 5am they turned it off so the hall way is dark when you go out your room. There should be atleast one light on. Coz it feels creepy it was too dark. When you check the fire exit way it was dirty too full of dust.

We have stayed here a couple of times when we have had to visit Chiang Mai for one or two nights. The units are clean and have all the necessary things one might need for an overnight stay - nothing fancy. It really isn't a high end hotel, so if you are looking for fancy ultra stylish accommodation you might want to give this one a skip. The rooms all have aircon and you have the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king size bed. The towels have all seen better days and so has the linen. Television, bar fridge, complimentary water, writing desk and wardrobe completes the picture. The bathroom is basic with basin, toilet and shower (which has hot water) and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Staff is very friendly and will help you out with getting taxi - but be aware that the taxi's they get do not run on meter.

Budget hotel with rooms looking nothing like the website. We travel a lot and are easily pleased, but this motel was even too old and dirty for us. The floor had hair and dust balls in every corner. The bathroom was full of mold and extremely dirty. We cleaned the bathroom and floors ourselves but the mold we could do nothing about. Most things have a thick layer of dust. Give the place a good scrub down and replace some of the old torn furniture, put a couple of hangers in the closet, towels that aren't severely worn and this place could do much better. It did have free WiFi, and good water pressure in the shower. Staff also was extremely nice.
