I am a frequent traveler. I have bought insurance from this agency for years. The reason I kept coming back was their well-designed website.
Over the years, I had to call a couple of times, and on both calls, I got 2 agents who were short, not helpful, and seemed to be bothered by the call. I put up with that customer service.
Last week, I was trying to purchase insurance and had a question. I called and the holding time was too long. They offered for a call back within 24 hours, so I left a message. No one called me back. I left another message, and again no one called back after 48 hours. I tried the chat option, but my question and the explanation were hard to do by a chat. There are intricate insurance questions that can only be explained by talking to someone. I asked the person if they could call me and he said that they are not able to call back.
I have bought so many plans from them and they made a commission effortlessly because of their good web site. Fortunately, I never had to file a claim. I can imagine how horrible it would be dealing with them if I ever needed help.
I was a loyal customer. No more. There are so many better agencies that would pick up the phone and talk to you in a courteous manner.
