A Perfect Family Staycation – Peaceful, Warm & Memorable. We had such a calm and beautiful staycation with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The hospitality was truly exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The ambience of the hotel created the perfect setting for relaxation. It was peaceful, elegant, and ideal for spending quality family time. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful variety and great flavors that everyone in the family enjoyed. Overall, it was a refreshing and memorable experience for us. A perfect getaway without having to travel far. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable staycation.

The hotel has excellent facilities. The pool and sauna are excellent. The room needs to be updated. The floor tiles, wall coverings, furniture all had dings and signs of age. The location was excellent with stunning views of the marina, sea, and the city. Breakfast was excellent! With some updating this hotel would be perfect.

We really had the best time at InterContinental Abu Dhabi. The location yes great - close to Corniche, and the hotel has probably the best beach in a separate marina. There are a lot of walking paths near the hotel, including in the marina. Very kind staff and food is absolutely delicious. Finally, amazing gym and spa facilities

We stayed at the hotel from 15th to 22nd December as a family of four. ||I was impressed that our room was pretty much ready. Didn’t have to wait too long. I was also very happy with the size of the rooms. We had a one bed suite. Everyone particularly the duty manager that day was super friendly and answered all my questions. ||We had lounge access and I have to say that the service in the lounge was brilliant. I’d like to thank Sangay, Sheila, Mathi and Rowena for their hospitality. There were a few things at the breakfast we were disappointed by as the options are less than that of the buffet Selections. For example, they do masala tea, have oat milk and Nutella downstairs but they don’t have it at the lounge. I understand that it’s a ‘business vibe’ etc but I’m sure those in business like their masala tea! The staff simply apologised saying they can’t get it and don’t have it but after day two they did ensure there was a pot of it for me and my husband had his oat milk latte. I did go and speak to reception about it and our requests were met. I understand about the hot drinks and the smaller kitchen but they do pancakes and Nutella comes in a sachet! On the first day my daughter went and got it herself in the middle of her breakfast from the buffet some floors down. They also don’t have any Indian options for breakfast in the lounge so it would be nice to know we are having the same if not better than Selections. There just needs to be a smaller quantity! Thank you for the beautifully cut and prepared papaya though the avacado was a bit sparse at times! ||Canapes however were fab an we were particularly happy when there were vegetarian sushi options one night. In fact as we are vegetarian the chef made us a special dish of my daughters favourite avacado rolls and some dishes came form the oriental restaurant. We really appreciated that special touch so thank you. Drink options could be better though . ||It’s a shame the jacuzzi wasn’t working although I enjoyed just sitting in the hot water. ||One day, the husband an son were very much looking forward to their favourite football team playing but my son wasn’t allowed in the bar after a certain time of day and they not able to watch the match. The reception team did what they could but it didn’t work in the end unfortunately. We didn’t understand why he couldn’t sit outsider and watch a screen with his parents. ||Other than that we really enjoyed the bread at the Lebanese and it’s a very pretty place. We’ll be back I’m sure

I am very grateful for such a memorable and welcoming experience.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Bagus. His service was attentive without being intrusive, and he checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The food quality was excellent fresh ingredients, great taste, and beautiful presentation. It’s clear that both the kitchen and service team care about customer satisfaction.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Loulya and Mohamed El Feky for helping me organize a truly unforgettable anniversary surprise for my wife and me at John’s Social. They arranged the best table with a beautiful view, prepared a stunning vase of flowers, and surprised us with a cake featuring a printed photo of us. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making our special moment even more magical and memorable. A special thank you as well to Benjamin and Marco from John’s Social for their exceptional hospitality. Their warm and professional service made the entire evening perfect. We truly appreciate the whole team for creating such a wonderful experience

My family and I just stayed here for 3 days and it was excellent! Rooms were good and clean, and it was attended to very well. The outside areas of the hotel were excellent too and my kid enjoyed the slide. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again.
