Intercontinental Amman (Jordan)

We checked in to this beautiful property the wee hours of July 4th. We were welcomed warmly. They had treats waiting on us in our rooms. We had club access during our stay. Raouf and Qusai took great care of us. They were eager to serve. The food and drinks were excellent. The decor and views are fabulous. We also enjoyed the gym and the pool. I highly recommend this property and the club on the 8th floor.

They are kind fast and always helpful for anything you need. Will plan to come back because of them. The staff in the restaurant downstairs this wonderful Lady at the breakfast shift (so sorry I forgot her name) was extremely welcoming. Although there weren't many she went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely meal and advice for my visiting sites. Service was great. All the pool staff was lovely and made me feel at home. Thank you guys !

Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Cinco de mayo offers excellent food!||I recommend the chicken tacos and beef fajitas.||Our waiter Abdul Hadi was very attentive and super kind. We were spoiled :)||Nothing beats spending a summer Ammani evening here!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The minibar inside the room was outrageously overpriced — I ended up paying 20 dinars just for some chips, snacks, and a soda. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total rip-off. In most five-star hotels around the world, the minibar is complimentary or at least reasonably priced, not an overpriced trap to squeeze more money out of guests. This was my first time staying here, and it will definitely be my last. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, it was a very bad experience with them.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The stay was perfect, the rooms were comfortable. We went to our favorite restaurant, Burj Al Hamam. The food is excellent as usual and the service is excellent. We would like to thank Mr. Mohammed Shahada for taking care of us all the time and the DJ music is great. Thanks to everyone.

My room was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean – a perfect retreat after a long day. The attention to detail was clear in every corner. A big thank you to the Guest Relations team and the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I was so delighted with my experience that I immediately booked another night – and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier hospitality in Amman. I’ll definitely be back again!

This review is especially concerning the club lounge at the Inter. Raouf offered us the most excellent service, being especially attentive to refilling our drinks and had a great knowledge of the food. His customer service is excellent and he offers the most luxury experience. He is truly a well trained employee which transforms the experience. He greeted us with a warm smile every time, and was the best part of our stay at the intercontinental Amman.
