I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Jordan in Amman and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. Exceptional service throughout my 10 night stay. I enjoyed all the benefits of the Spa including the hour long massage. Breakfast was always worth looking forward to as the choice of food was really good. Evening meals were equally pleasing especially the Indian cuisine on offer. The hotel was well appointed and the staff always helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent and friendly hotel with the best hospitality. From fresh Arabic coffee to Arabic breakfast. I had the pleasure of using the Club lounge and it was a delight my host Lujain and Raouf looked after me very well. I enjoyed the curry evening and cocktail hours. Then lovely fresh mint tea and baklava.

I really loved staying at intercontinental Jordan. It was exceptional and amazing. My daughter did a surgery and we had to stay in the hotel for a couple of days and the staff were super friendly and helpful, they kept asking if we need assistance or help with anything for my day which was really nice of them. The rooms are very very very clean and spacious. The food is really good. Mua’yad kept checking if we liked our rooms, really nice of him. And also muntasar was really friendly and helpful when we solved an issue (not related to anything negative about the hotel). Highly recommended!!
