Had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel – the hospitality was warm and welcoming throughout. The restaurant stood out with its delicious dinner and breakfast, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all amenities. The only drawback was the lack of a good view from the window, but overall an excellent experience.

It was difficult arriving but the staff made efforts to make my stay brilliant. Restaurant with local food has a very good waiter service and I will recommend to try local dishes and enjoy the time there . Assistants waiter a look the part and working as a time with head one and supervisors. Traditional food serve with care. Thank you to all F&B team for our pleasant stay

I had a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel for couple of nights. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. From the facility to the people it was awesome. The rooms, the house keeping, the restaurant and the staff they all were great. I would love to give special thank to Abdul Malik from the breakfast restaurant, very helpful, cheerful and overall a great guy. Thumps up everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The first 4 nights the room was dingy and smelled like smoke. The AC sounded like an airplane taking off. The bathroom and shower were slimy with hairs that were not mine. I asked housekeeping to clean again but it was still slimy. The last 3 nights were in a different room that was much nicer, however it took an hour to check-in. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice and helpful. I stayed at a few other hotels on my 4 week trip to Jordan and I do think they offered a better value but this hotel was okay if the price is right. :)

Fantastic stay at Intercontinental during an unforgettable journey around Jordan. Nice rooms and pool area, but what made this stand out was the opportunity to use the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks in the evening. The lounge team (Raoul, M. Hamad, Qusi and Amjad) at the lounge served excellent food and great service. would highly recommend this if you stay in Amman

I recently attended a business conference, and I have to say, it was quite the experience. The conference hall itself was really neat and spacious, which was great. But the real highlight? The food was absolutely spectacular; every meal was a culinary delight. From small snacks to lunch, each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
