Intercontinental Amman (Jordan)

Excellent hotel with all facilities you can as for. Nice room. Good AC! Several restaurants (have not tried all yet), and large generous breakfast buffet. Professional and friendly staff! Nice gym & pool as well. The business lounge has all facilities.

I have been at this hotel for work and everything was amazing. The room was very modern and beautifully decorated. The indoor swimming pool was at perfect temperature and the sauna was really hot. I had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant and the food was so delicious and my waiter Majed was outstanding. In fact, all staff at the hotel are genuinely friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely outstanding stay at the InterContinental in Jordan. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were beyond anything we expected. We came as a gymnastics team for a competition, with lots of children (and yes—plenty of running around and noise), and the staff were incredibly patient, welcoming, and accommodating the entire time. A huge thank you to Yazeed, Aya, Muhammad, Ward, Muntasir, Anos, Dina, Natalia, Omar, Ayad, and Mahmoud—and honestly, these are just some of the names because every single staff member we interacted with was amazing. They handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. The rooms were unbelievable, the overall experience was exceptional, and when one of our children got sick, the team went above and beyond to support us and make sure everything was taken care of. That level of kindness means a lot. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are incredible, and the location is perfect—so much is walking distance and close by. I truly loved this stay. I’m not only coming back—this will be my go-to hotel every time I visit Jordan. Highly, highly recommended

My stay at InterContinental Amman was exceptional in every aspect. The service was outstanding, and the entire team was consistently friendly, cooperative, and supportive. I encountered a minor issue with my room, and the way the staff handled it truly exceeded expectations. Both the Duty Manager and the Housekeeping Manager stepped in immediately, resolving the matter in a very short time and upgrading my stay to a beautiful suite. Their professionalism and dedication were remarkable. The Club Lounge team also made our experience memorable. They were warm, attentive, and even celebrated my wife’s birthday, which added a special touch to our stay. My sincere thanks to Areen, Ahmed, Raiuf, Ward, and all the other team members whose names I may not know but whose efforts were genuinely appreciated. The food was exceptional — both in flavor and in the variety offered. Our experience was unforgettable, and we look forward to many more visits in the future.

I have stayed here 5 times so feel like I know it pretty well by now. Rooms are very neat and clean (with great bath products!), and staff are exceedingly friendly, responsive, and eager to make your stay comfortable. Spa, pool and gym are fabulous. Lebanese restaurant on the premises is the best in Amman. It's for all these reasons that I keep coming back.

I went to a catered iftar with colleagues from Queen Rania Teacher academy. The banquet space was beautiful, roomy and well decorated. The food was very good and had a nice variety of local and international cuisine.
