My stay at InterContinental Amman was exceptional in every aspect. The service was outstanding, and the entire team was consistently friendly, cooperative, and supportive. I encountered a minor issue with my room, and the way the staff handled it truly exceeded expectations. Both the Duty Manager and the Housekeeping Manager stepped in immediately, resolving the matter in a very short time and upgrading my stay to a beautiful suite. Their professionalism and dedication were remarkable.||||The Club Lounge team also made our experience memorable. They were warm, attentive, and even celebrated my wife’s birthday, which added a special touch to our stay. My sincere thanks to Areen, Ahmed, Raiuf, Ward, and all the other team members whose names I may not know but whose efforts were genuinely appreciated.||||The food was exceptional — both in flavor and in the variety offered. ||||Our experience was unforgettable, and we look forward to many more visits in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cinco de Mayo in the InterContinental Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. The décor, music, and warm hospitality instantly set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was exceptional — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the guacamole tasted incredibly authentic, and the portions were generous. You can feel the attention to detail in every bite. The highlight of the night was the service. The team ( the chef, Raman and Qusai ) were friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. They checked on us often, made excellent recommendations, and created a comfortable, relaxed dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just craving delicious Mexican food in a lively environment, Cinco de Mayo at InterContinental Jordan is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! 🌮✨

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent, from the services to the overall atmosphere. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I spent three nights at the InterContinental Amman and it was amazing. The check-in was perfect, friendly and efficient. My room was upgraded due to my IHG status and it was a really nice, large 2-room suite with an extensive bathroom and a lot of amenities. Housekeeping was amazing and attentive. The gym is well fitted, maybe a little older machines, but in general one of the best and spacious hotel gyms I have encountered so far. The staff there is also very welcoming and helpful. The massage in the Spa done by Elena was dream-like. The indoor pool looked really nice from the gym, but I did not use it. The InterContinental Club Lounge is one of the best I have seen, both in terms of space, atmosphere, and staff and the level of service provided. Especially helpful were Mohammad and Areen at the lounge reception and Ahmad looking after your well-being in terms of food & beverages. I can only recommend the hotel. Maybe the building is a bit older maybe the furniture are not top-notch modern 2025 style, but everything is fitted nicely and with great quality. The location of the hotel is convenient, slightly outside the busy city center, but nevertheless central and in walking distance to the main attractions. The staff in all areas of the hotel – which I encountered – is awesome. I felt very welcome and would come back anytime.

Our stay at InterContinental Amman was excellent. Everything was just perfect. We were upgraded to a suites room, that was very spacious with a good view. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very nice, with a big spread. The staff at the restaurant provide the best service, always attentive. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would love to return to this hotel. Only flaw I could find is the housekeeping, cleanliness needs some improvements.

We stayed at Intercontinental Amman for a few days. I wanted to write a review specifically for Majdi Tyseer, who is the manager for multiple restaurants. Majdi took personal care of my family - he ensured we get the best meals across multiple restaurants within Intercontinental. Majdi accommodated us for the new year 's special program at the last minute. Hats off to Majdi for going above and beyond and making our experience phenomenal. I will recommend Intercontinental Amman to my friends and family, only because of Majdi Tyseer.
