One if the best experiences, despite the extreme heat at same week. The crue are very kind, welcoming and proffetional. The rooms are very clean,. Our stay in luxed breakfast and dinner, it is defenetley wotlth it. The food is very good . |The kids had a great experience with the animation crew (Hamdi and Sondus) enriched our stay in a great way. The kids loved them, they are very proffetional, kind and friendly. |Will visit again no doubt

This place and staff never disappoint. From the welcome at the door by Mohammed, the reception staff, this time Mais, Kiras & Bashar, to the staff in the Beach Bar, Mohammed, Badr, Abdallah and those others I didn't quite catch the name of. In the Lebanese restaurant Mohammed Saleh was a star making sure we had everything we needed.|With the brilliant view down the Gulf of Aqaba and plenty of space for people to find a quiet spot it was a brilliant weekend stay

I recently visited this outstanding Lebanese restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience in every sense of the word. From the warm welcome and excellent service to the exceptional quality of the food, everything exceeded expectations. The dishes were bursting with authentic flavors that truly reflect the spirit of Lebanese cuisine. From delicious starters like hummus and tabbouleh to rich main courses such as shawarma and kebabs, every dish was prepared with great care and high-level professionalism. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was simply outstanding. As for the service, it was absolutely commendable. The staff was incredibly friendly, quick to respond to requests, and made us feel right at home. I would also like to extend a special thanks to the amazing animation team — Hamdi and Sondos — who brought an extra dose of joy and entertainment to the atmosphere. Their presence was truly delightful and added a wonderful touch that both children and adults enjoyed. In short, it was an excellent experience on all levels. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Lebanese flavors, outstanding service, and a fun, welcoming ambiance.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The reception service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The restaurant served delicious food, and the response to requests was quick and efficient. The pool and beach area were beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel

The beach bar/restaurant is where most, if not all of the attractions/events were that weekend. I would expect much better customer service but it was not great overall. You always had to flag down a staff member for something and minus the food, drinks took a while even if it wasn't a cocktail. I understand it is a business that wants to make money, but the fact that you can't use your status to get discounts at that particular restaurant, where fire dancing, belly dancing, Independence day mini-event, and an air show was. I don't really agree with that since you draw most of your customers there with attractions and can't reward your loyalty members with status. But again, as nice of a brand hotel it is, money is clearly prioritized here. The cleanliness and atmosphere, room care, responsiveness of staff, and customer service at the front desk were great. Breakfast was great as well. The pool staff will give you miniature ice chests with bottled water which was greatly appreciated. Small note, but the volleyball net is much higher than it should be for beach volleyball if that’s your thing.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and I felt genuinely cared for as a guest. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family. A truly wonderful stay!

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days and we’re sad to go! This is such a beautiful hotel with brilliant staff. Everyone is so helpful, kind etc. I had work stuff to sort out which Yaseen at reception was so helpful with. All of the staff at the buffet were so welcoming and Daniel at the pool was the kindest! Everyone was so great, I definitely recommend coming here for a 5 star experience.

I stayed for 3 days and honestly, it was one of the best experiences ever! Everything was perfectly organized — from the warm welcome to the outstanding service. The place is super clean, literally spotless, and the staff are extremely attentive and caring. I truly enjoyed my stay. If there were more stars to give, I definitely would!
