I had an excellent experience at the InterContinental Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.||The facilities were truly impressive — the gym and pool were top-notch, and the dining options offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The location was convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and business areas.||What stood out most was the level of service. Every member of the team, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. The service and reception were outstanding, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful.||I especially enjoyed the Club Lounge on the 7th floor, which was excellent. It was our third visit to Bahrain on holiday, and, just llike the first 2 times, we made a point of staying at the IHG Intercontinental. We were very well welcomed and most grateful that we could check into our room so early in the day. This truly exceeded our expectations, THANK YOU! During our stay, we noted quite a few staff being so kind and helpful. Subir and Rebecca for example, always respectful and welcoming at the pool area, always available without pressuring us with food and drinks but prompt to serve them when asked. Kyi at Elements was excellent, smiley and very considerate, taking time to explain to me the pool breakfast booking available- which I recommend! Hsu, in Noor was so gentle, so precise and attentive to details. She knew our little daily routine! Finally, Anne in Reception was very helpful and helped me with advice on how to recover missing points - as we paid on the day and ommitted to note our IHG membership... I would like to add that the staff above stood out because we interacted mostly with them BUT, they are a true reflection of all the staff here, at Bahrain Intercontinental and the main reason why we will likely return next year. They are the true asset.

Had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Bahrain with my wife. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa at reception always welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was great with a wide selection, and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurants. The executive lounge was also a highlight great service and friendly team. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

One of the most wonderful hotels I have stayed at in Bahrain, and without a doubt I will be returning again! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth at the front desk by Bro. Noor. He is truly an outstanding person with a genuine heart for hospitality. Without me even asking, he extended my late check-out before I had entered the room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. He also carefully considered and fulfilled my additional requests, setting the tone for a memorable stay. On Noor’s recommendation, I visited the spa after two weeks of continuous travel, and I cannot thank him enough. Ms. Sira, the therapist, gave me one of the best head massages I have ever experienced. I had been suffering from a migraine for five days, and within minutes she relieved the pain completely. She knew exactly the right pressure points and worked with such professionalism and care. Truly outstanding! The food experience was also excellent. I tried the in-room dining and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and the delicious taste. The breakfast buffet was equally delightful, a wide selection of items and very friendly staff who constantly checked if I needed anything, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Housekeeping deserves a special mention as well. Though I regret not remembering the names of the two gentlemen who assisted me, their attitude was fantastic. Always smiling, they immediately resolved a leakage issue I reported and even offered me a room change, which I gladly accepted. Their quick action and commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed me. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. I felt genuinely cared for and pampered throughout my stay. Every department, front desk, spa, dining, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stand out and keeps guests coming back. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to Bahrain, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, care, and true hospitality.
