InterContinental Bali Resort by IHG

I am fortunate enough to travel for work and pleasure and have stayed in some beautiful properties. However, sometimes the service can fall short. This was not the case at the Intercontinental Jimbaran and it was apparent from the very moment I arrived. Concierge were warm, welcoming and on their game as was reception and the overall arrival experience. Faultless. My room was spacious, clean and all amenities and luxuries well presented and easy to use. Great shower, huge robe and a very comfortable bed!|Breakfast also excellent and I was lucky enough to dine in both Bella Cucina (again service was exceptional and the food divine) and Jimbaran Gardens (best Nasi Goreng I had in Bali was by the pool!). The gardens are also stunning and make for a relaxing walk around the property. The gym is also very well equipped.|Clearly a property that doesn't rest on it's location or laurels and is well led from the top down. Can't wait to go back.

This has got to rate as one of the best hotels in which my wife and I have ever stayed. I appreciate that I am Diamond Ambassador with Intercontinental Hotels, but even so to be greeted at reception by the Club Lounge manager, Dewi Cakra, was a first for me, and I have booked club rooms at IHG properties all over the world. Dewi and her staff in the Club Lounge, particularly Manuella, were exceptionally attentive. No request was too much trouble and was always met with a smile. The breakfast in the Club Lounge was of a high standard with a good choice of food. We did not have any of our breakfasts in the main restaurant, but I would be very surprised if that did not also rate as excellent. The grounds of the hotel are vast and well maintained. Sunbathing is not our thing, but if it is yours you will find the facilities to be excellent. There were a large number of sunbeds available and they were well spaced out so that you are not on top of each other. When you get too hot and need to cool down there were excellent pools in which to swim. There was also easy acccess to the beach. Yes, I was very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, but other rooms into which we, very nosily, peered were also very impressive. In short, if you want a relaxing break in Jimbaran, and to be well looked after, this is an excellent choice of hotel.

I had he pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Bali Jimbaran when it first opened Bali Jimbaran when it first opened — and even back then, it was outstanding. Now, years later, it’s only improved with age, like a fine wine. And some of staff are still there . And their sons and daughters have joined the staff. This makes for a great vibe||The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, serene pathways, and multiple pools that invite total relaxation. The entire property feels spacious and calm, with a timeless elegance that many newer resorts try to replicate but can’t quite match.||One of the true highlights of my stay was the Club InterContinental experience. The staff in the Club Lounge are genuinely exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional. They remembered my preferences and always made me feel welcome without being overbearing. The food and beverage offerings in the Club are excellent, and the quiet, refined atmosphere is a perfect escape.||Whether you’re a returning guest like me or visiting for the first time, the InterContinental Jimbaran is a resort that continues to impress. It’s rare to find a place that holds up so well over time — and somehow gets even better.

Every moment at the Intercontinental Bali resort is dreamlike. You can feel the sunshine, wind, sea, and all nature of Bali. And it is the kindness of the staff and the best service of the resort that brings this dreamlike moment. The cleanliness of the hotel room, the kindness of the staff, the restaurants and facilities inside the resort, everything is perfect. A variety of sports activities and spaces are harmonized with nature. In particular, the Sunset seen from the Sunset Beach bar is one of the best experiences. And even though I have visited numerous hotels and resorts, I have never experienced a club lounge with as much fun and diverse food as this place. If you want the best healing in your life, it's the Intercontinental Bali Resort.

The resort is beautifully designed, blending traditional Balinese architecture with modern luxury. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They provided outstanding service throughout my stay, from the friendly check-in process to the attentive dining experiences. The facilities, including the stunning pools and lush gardens, were impeccable. The beach access was a highlight, allowing for peaceful sunrises and relaxing evenings. The resort’s spa offers a variety of treatments that incorporate traditional Balinese techniques, and I treated myself to a relaxing massage that rejuvenated my body and mind. The tranquil setting and skilled therapists made the experience truly luxurious and a perfect complement to the overall stay. Overall, the InterContinental Bali Resort offers an unforgettable experience to us!

A very grand and beautiful resort that is worth staying at! The room was very clean and well maintained, along with the grounds and pool areas. ||We loved eating at the teppanyaki restaurant throughout our stay. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you! Do yourself a favour and spend the money and stay here.

Lovely hotel - excellent staff who make the experience of being in such a big hotel very personal. Good spot on the beach and we enjoyed a lovely evening having dinner and drinks. The staff especially Renata and Sukra definitely enhance the experience. The views and peace make it a super fun way to relax and soak up Jimbaran. The only downside has been the length of time it took to check in and then a further couple of hours delay to get the room - well.past 5pm by this time - only to.find the room allocation was not what had been requested and agreed. However, the hotel and staff are a good choice in Jimbaran.

Our feedback about this awesome resort is very, very positive. Last year we stayed at the Bali Intercon and loved it and so returned again last week and honestly, this is an amazing hotel. The staff are professional yet friendly, the food is excellent and the grounds are superb. The beach location is brilliant to top things off. This stay was a special one for my wife and I as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We received an upgrade which was unexpected and very thoughtful - we hugely appreciated it. We stayed (two rooms) with two teens and they love it too - no mean feat!
