InterContinental Bangkok, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at the Intercontinental Bangkok for 4 nights on a recent solo holiday and had a fantastic stay! Love the new renovations, to common areas, rooms and facilities all look great, with clean and modern decor. The hotel is also in an ideal location, connected right to the BTS and within walking distance of all of the major Sukhumvit malls and so many restaurants and bars. It doesn’t get much better for enjoying Bangkok!||||My room was spacious and the bed and linens were so comfortable, very high quality. I was able to control the room temperature perfectly, and the shower as well, which also had great water pressure. The amenities in the room were nice, including comfy robes and quality toiletries. I also appreciated the welcome fruit bowl, which was topped up during my stay as well, a very thoughtful touch! Housekeeping was great, my room was cleaned twice and day and water was topped up both times, so I never ran out. ||||I used the pool, gym and spa during my stay and all were excellent. The gym is large with a good variety of very new equipment that is well maintained, and was never busy or crowded. The pool though small was still great for an afternoon cool off, and I particularly enjoyed the slightly warmer jacuzzi pool which offered great views. My body scrub and massage at the spa were excellent; the service was warm and professional, the products were of high quality, and my therapist, Ms. Patty, was very skilled and also very caring and friendly, a truly exceptional treatment! I also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the spa, which was a great temperature and very relaxing before my massage.||||And the service was the highlight of my stay! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, everyone from the staff at reception who quickly checked me in and out, acknowledged my IHG membership, kindly arranged an early check in and late check out, and happily changed my large notes to smaller ones every morning, to the welcoming lift lobby attendants and bellhops who helped with my bags and with arranging taxis for me, to the staff at the gym, spa and pool who were attentive and welcomed me warmly every time I visited. ||||I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Bangkok!

It’s literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at me and my husband it was the perfect choice for our honeymoon! everything was perfect from the reception to the check out with Jane and Plai they were so kind and nice I wouldn’t ever forget their kindness and their smiley faces! and the room we stayed in the junior suite room it was spacious decorated well and the honeymoon set with the heart shaped dessert and the cute note which i have kept with me to remember :( <3 it was so nice of them to care about the details! the bed was the most comfiest bed with a great view of the city! also the location of the hotel is amazing very close to many shopping centers and many facilities LOVED MY STAY THERE THAT NO WORDS WOULD BE ENOUGH YOU JUST HAVE TO BOOK YOURSELF AND EXPERIENCE IT!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

We thanks the front counter staff who able to check us in at 12noon + instead of 3pm.||This is truly a 5 stars hotel when the room is super neat and clean as well as spacious. ||We enjoyed the good facility at Gym , sauna, steambath and roof top pool. ||Good acoustic room without any disturbance noise from the walking corridor. ||Breakfast at the M-Floor comes with various variety and good taste too. ||Thanks Intercontinental staffs and Manager for the services and comfort room.||We will definately revist this hotel again or any intercontinental hotel within Thailand or other region. ||Thank you so much !!

1). The food at the Club, as it was before the hotel was renovated, is good and varied selection. 2). Excellent, truly Royal service at the Club Lounge. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Everyone looks nice and beautiful. This is definitely the best Club Lounge in Bangkok. 3). The entire hotel is very clean and shiny, all common areas are cleaned regularly and promptly. 4). The excellent staff in charge of luggage, as soon as they see you with a baggage, they immediately rush to help. Really great service. 5). Good cleaning of the rooms, everything is updated on time.

We arrived at the hotel to celebrate the 44th anniversary and from the moment we entered the hotel we felt the consciousness of the high service that the hotel gives to its guests. All the staff were very friendly, hospitable and very courteous. We enjoyed every moment and even regretted that it was all over. We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel. There is no doubt that we will be good ambassadors for the Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok and we are sure to return soon.

After checking out from another hotel in Bangkok at around 11 am, we went directly to the Intercontinental Bangkok. Knowing that check in time is 3 pm, I approached the reception officer Mr Gun hoping that he would have a room ready for an early check in, telling him that I wouldn’t mind to check in later in the afternoon if he doesn’t have one. Gun was very helpful and kind and he immediately assigned a room for me. That was a surprise and I was very grateful for his kindness. He surely reflects the quality of the Intercontinental Hotel. Thank you Mr Gun for making my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok a very pleasant experience

I would like to commend First (concierge) and Front desk associates for assisting me in finding what I needed to buy. Then Song Fa at room service team for their excellent punctuality and service. The rooms are very clean and spacious, bathrooms very clean and good water pressure (hot water is instantaneous, hallways were fresh smelling and the AC controls worked. Housekeeping did a great job for make up room. Excellent job for the whole Hotel Intercontinental Bangkok Central team. We will be back.

The hotel is centrally located in the city center and is beautifully, modern and elegantly furnished - with a unique view over Bangkok. The rooms are absolutely clean, modern, elegantly furnished and very well equipped. Security is excellent. The service is great. The hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is very nicely and appetizingly prepared and has a very extensive range of food and drinks - very inviting. The restaurant area is also very modern, elegant and beautifully designed. Overall, the hotel has a very high feel-good factor.
