[generous hospitality in the heart of Bangkok] Just came back from a 5 day 4 night stay at the Intercontinental Bangkok and this grand dame is going from strength to strength! The stay period was over the Chinese New Year and the festivities were dazzling. Lion and dragon dances in the lobby to usher in the new year. Hospitality was generous and welcoming. Club lounge was well stocked with the best drinks and food all day long, the club lounge team working doubly hard over the busy period. Had a suite that came with its butler service. k. pony was excellent and looked after us well. Housekeeping was excellent. My housekeeper had a very keen eye for detail and kept the room in tip top condition during the stay. Gym was very well equipped and views were amazing. If you don’t get club lounge access that’s where to take it in. There are trainers on hand if you need assistance. Special mention to the check in desk manager who was accommodating on our requests and provided a hassle free check out. Will be back.

I have stayed at the Bangkok Intercontinental more times that I can count, over the past 10+ years. 5 stars is not enough! It is absolutely my favorite hotel in the world and I have been fortunate enough to visit nearly 50 countries. The management team and staff are consistently exceptional. The Club lounge, managed by Umavadee, is by far my favorite of any hotel. Her staff is so welcoming, accommodating and professional. Remy (F&B) does superbly with the restaurants. The Fireplace Grill is truly a fine dining experience (save room for the Crepes Suzette!). The front desk is always ready to help, with a smile, and the housekeeping staff goes out of their way to accommodate your requests. For my most recent visit (Valentine’s Day), I have to give a special thank you to Ying, Beam and Gam, who gifted a very special piece of art to commemorate the holiday. It was so thoughtful and personal and will be cherished always! The Intercontinental Bangkok has become a second home and I highly recommend you stay and experience the outstanding hospitality!

InterContinental Bangkok is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay in the city. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. Large windows provide pleasant views, especially at night when the city lights come alive. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall design feels modern yet elegant. The location is extremely convenient, right next to major shopping malls, BTS Skytrain stations, and many dining options, making it easy to explore Bangkok without hassle. Service is professional and attentive without being intrusive. The lobby area feels grand but welcoming, and the breakfast selection is generous with both Western and Asian choices. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a relaxing and upscale base in the heart of the city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! A huge thank you to the team for making my wife’s birthday celebration so incredibly special. The room setup was beautiful and full of thoughtful touches that truly surprised us. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of Rainy, Gam, Beam, and Ice Cream. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for their guests. We had a truly exceptional stay at InterContinental Bangkok.The room was spacious, modern, and elegantly designed. The bed and pillows were especially soft and comfortable, allowing us to relax immediately upon entering the room. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped. The overall atmosphere of the room was outstanding, particularly the beautiful sunset view in the evening a scene I hadn’t experienced in a long time. It truly made this vacation deeply relaxing and unforgettable. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Somchai, a tall and graceful gentleman with a sincere and warm smile, along with Ms. Sinee and Mr. Setos from the Housekeeping (HK) team. They checked in on us and provided turndown service with remarkable care. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality exceeded my expectations and made me feel truly special. Breakfast at Espresso was another highlight of our stay. The service was highly impressive, with all staff being friendly, attentive, and professional. Mr.Chakapan and Ms. Sitthimon took excellent care of guests in the restaurant, engaging in polite and warm conversations. We would also like to thank Charnwit, Prapram, and Kamonchanok for their outstanding service. The breakfast overall was of excellent quality, and the team’s attention to even the smallest details was truly commendable. The hotel also offers outstanding facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, and spa perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Both the comfort of the rooms and the quality of service were exceptional, making us feel well cared for throughout our stay. For travelers who value comfort and attentive service, InterContinental Bangkok is a truly outstanding and good choice 🌟

My Stay is from Feb 5-8. Overall, staying at InterContinental Bangkok was a perfect accommodation experience. Its prime location makes it ideal for travelers who want to balance shopping, dining, and relaxation with ease. In addition, the hotel’s facilities are truly first-class and impeccably maintained. Most importantly, the staff make a remarkable difference. From the warm and genuine smiles at the Club Lounge front desk to the luggage service team who diligently followed up on stored baggage without ever giving up, you can genuinely feel their sincere, passionate commitment to service. I want to express my appreciation for Nacky at reception. I arrived early in the morning after a long flight and was tired and looking to rest. Her service was caring, thoughtful and expeditious! She arranged a room much faster than the norm and ensured my bags were there by the time I reached it. Her friendly and positive demeanour made my welcome to the hotel enjoyable and smooth. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made every visit to the lounge a delight. She was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure I had everything I needed while enjoying the amazing views and complimentary food offerings. Her service elevated the entire Club Lounge experience, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Overall, the Intercontinental Bangkok exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!
